We visited the establishment this morning and the food was delicious. I had the vegan skillet which was very Tasty and Hot. The table also has an omelette, potatoes and muffins. We even placed a to go order of the fish and grits. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. BRF was clean and smelled of good food, and the music playing was on point. We will return and recommend. I forgot to take pictures

The food is decent here but the service is super duper slow. Took us really long time to get sat and when we finally did, took us forever to order then forever to get our food....then the check.....then the bathroom was not the cleanest. If you want to stop by this place, make sure you don't have any plans afterwards!

When me and my husband woke up we said we haven't been to river falls lately. We made the journey to get there around 10:50. We was quoted a 20 min wait. We didn't get seated until 11:52. That was a very long 20 mins. When we sat down we got menus and placed our orders. We waiting 10 min for our drinks and 40 mins for our food. Now i wouldn't be so mad if it was crowded, but it was at a capacity of about 50%. Once we recover our food the waitress never showed back up to see if we was ok if we needed a refill. We finished our food and still waited another 20 mins for her to show and check on us. After about another 5. My husband got up to go check and she was not looking like she was ready to check nor see if any assistance was required. I have been here a few times and this service was the worse. We have to do better! We come support don't treat people like they getting on your nerves by showing up and requesting good service.

The customer service was terrible. My fish and grits were good but my family didn't like their food. It took 20 min for us to get our beverages and then another 40 min to get our food. The waiter forgot to bring us our drink order and when we asked for them he said "oh yeah". It was my fault that I chose to go here though because this experience was identical to the experience when I went to the Ogontz Ave location. Ambiance was mediocre. The music keptGoing in and out, and it was too loud at times. You welcomed the loud music at times because there was a woman there who was speaking sooo loud we could hear the whole thing. And there were so many babies this morning that their crying was too much.

1st time there today. My wife and I were at the East Falls Falls Farmers Market then wanted to get breakfast. Boutique is right across the street from the Market and what a great place. We waited about 10 minutes for a table which was fine. Once we got a table our server was attentive. We started with lattes with Oat Milk and split an omelette with grits. The omelette was delicious. Stuffed with the items we ordered. It took a little while. Not sure if they were short-handed or just a number of large parties.Loved the space - one entire wall is windows. It's tastefully decorated and the music is smooth jazz. Generally, a little louder than most breakfast places but it's an upbeat vibe.Highly recommended

Positives: The food is delicious. The southern fried whiting is amazing. They have plenty of gluten free options that are well made. The staff are friendly. The location with big bay windows looking out on the Schuykill make it a destination. They can do private parties at a good rate, and just kill it with their amazing food. They even waived a service fee for us due to the hard circumstance (death in the family).Negatives: Service is sloooooow. 3 out of 3 times I have been there, the wait time was longer than expected. If they tell you 30 minutes, assume it will be an hour. The food is also somewhat slow to come out. On our last visit a dish had to be remade because the kitchen did not get the note that they needed to make it gluten free.I will need to come back on a weekday when they aren't slammed, to see how service fares. If they can get wait times under control, this restaurant could be a community anchor for a long time.

OMG!The location is simply wonderful. After a nice meal you can walk along the Schuylkill River.For a morning breakfast with friends the service is wonderful and pleasant. I BYOB our mimosa's. There was a $7 fee for serving our brew. The food was freaking tasty. The grits and cheddar cheese was freakin amazing. I have been her twice and everything we have had is simply freakin Good. Sorry for the profanity but the $%ish is good.Enjoy and compliment the Chef.

We chose this restaurant for family celebration of birthdays. We were seated right away without a reservation. Food was tasty and arrived quickly. I would recommend this restaurant not only because of the quality of food but because of the great location.

The service was horrible! We arrived and was told there is a 25-30 min wait. I asked why so long when there was several tables, inside & outside, available. She said they were short staffed and only had two servers. That 25-30 min wait ended up being hour and a half. Then when we finally got seated, I timed it to see how long it would take to receive our food after ordering. It took 50:38.04 mins to receive four orders! The waitress kept telling us it will right out. The final straw was when a table that was seated after us, got their food before us. Do not come to this location if you don't want to be pissed off. I will never come back. Damn shame they are running this brother's restaurant like this!!!

We are from Oregon. Found this place here on yelp. We are traveling with a vegitarian and someone with big eating restrictions and they have something there for everyone! I order ALOT of steak and eggs and this way hands down THE best steak and eggs I have ever had! owner cooked it herself!
