Bottle Theory

This is a relaxing, neighborhood brewery! If I lived nearby, this would be a great local haunt. Reminds me of the breweries in Durham. So, I do not have a good reason to drive to Apex for this. But, they also had a hard seltzer on tap and wine! So, they are not limited to beer. If you live in Apex and looking for a comfortable bar, this is the place to go!

Bottle Theory is a wine and beer bottle shop and just recently also added coffee to their morning menu. You will find seating, bottles of beer in the fridges, international wines along the walls and a nice bar with barstools and menus. There is patio seating as well and food trucks on rotation in the evenings . They offer wine tastings on certain nights and trivia on Thursdays. We stopped in to try a coffee drink and were impressed with Zach's coffee knowledge. Coffee is served in paper cups to dine in our take out.

This bottle shop is awesome!! The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable and will let you try several samples before committing to a pint. There's a vast selection of craft beers on tap and their bottle selection is impressive too! They also have a lot of wine options if that's your preference. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, but our favorite spot to sit was in one of their cozy booths. You could control the lighting and the radio volume! It's perfect for date night! We also ordered food from the Bomb A$$ food truck and it was delicious! We are looking forward to returning soon.

What a great find right off the bike trail! They have a fantastic selection of beers AND Wines!They have 2oz pours if you want to create your own flights.....Nice booths if you want to get a little work done remote. Nice patio out of the blazing sun in the afternoon and they have heaters in the colder months

The vibes in here are so welcoming and open! Not only is it welcoming to pets and children, but there are games to entertain an audience of any kind! The owners are so nice, and do everything they can to help customers and employees and the food trucks that they have in rotation weekly are to die for!!

Bottle Theory is a new craft beer and wine shop that has opened in Apex. The draft beer selection was a great mix, I got one of the IPAs. If you don't see anything on draft, they have bottles and cans. Wine is also available. It was a fun time and I can't wait to return.

Awesome beer and wine selection to enjoy on premise or take home. Love the vibe and find the gated kids play area with parent bar stools on the side to supervise kiddos useful but humorous. A little off the beaten path for now but lots of construction in the area with potential to become a neighborhood hangout. Only downside is their prices are higher than other similar establishments.

I've been here about 10 times now. The beer selection is first rate, but it is way, way, way overpriced IMO. Plus, no 32 oz growlers, only 64. I keep coming back because of the selection, but the $15 Prarie Artesian for 12 oz maybe it's time to stop. I get paying top price for some of the top rated beers but I think you can do better at other bottle shops.

Great selection ... even for this wine drinker ... appreciate the love and detail the owners put into their business. Definitely recommend!

We ended up at this spot on a cloudy afternoon. What a cool place ! My girlfriend drinks wine and I'm more in to beer. So this place was perfect as they had great selections on tap for both. And the staff was super cool! I wish I had caught the names of the bartenders. But they were very helpful and on point with tending to our questions and needs. We will definitely be back ! Oh, and they did have food. There's a nice spot in the back (outside) to enjoy nice weather and there are some private booths inside as well. Definitely check it out. Hopefully they will eventually create a spot in my town of Holly Springs. God knows we need it!
