Love that they have draft and a very large selection of other beers.

This is the best bottle shop in the Triangle. The owners go out of their way to find new brews and selection from breweries you wouldn't think of. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly, and they even have music and trivia nights! If you're in the area and are looking for your place to buy great beer, wine, and enjoy a night out, this is it.

Bottle Revolution (which I think now has a new name and ownership as of 12/2022) is my go to bottle shop on Wednesdays since it's by a standing weekly appointment in the area. There is always a decent selection of North Carolina beers, and outside of the state, rotating in and out. Be sure to look in the coolers as that's where you'll find the wonderful smoothie beers that must stay chilled.

Great selection, I have so much fun just walking around reading the names and looking at the art of the can. They have a decent selection of German beers too. We went with ciders tonight. They have some beer that you can get cold too. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, didn't rush us, and answered our questions. Near some great food (Guasaca and Vic's are where it's at!), we sat on the patio and just enjoyed the Friday.

Been a regular haunt since I moved into the neighborhood a couple years ago. I just dig it here. Definitely a bummer we can't hang inside because of the covid but that's not their fault. You should minimally stop in for a six pack Togo. Two thumbs up on the selection.

Not my favorite Bottle Rev location, I prefer the Morrisville location because of the layout and friendly staff members. It is extremely difficult to navigate this store while shopping for beer because there is no real area to sit around and drink what's on tap. On the bright side, this location does have a good outdoor area for nicer days. In the end, if I am around the area this is a good spot to grab a beer or pick up beers.

Oh man. This will absolutely now be a must-stop when we come back to Raleigh. The pure variety of local bottles and cans available was impressive, but the the drafts available were incredible as well. When we walked in, they had Barrel Culture and a New Anthem tap takeover, neither of which have really made their way to Charlotte. Aside from the awesome selection of brews, what really got me was the wonderful patio. Man, if you can find a good seat out there and it's nice weather, you're golden. They might even have live music, which makes it all the more relaxing. PLUS PLUS, you're right next to several restaurants, including Guasaca for Arepas! Between the location and the high quality selection of beer, Bottle Revolution is an awesome stop to get your fix of sun and alcohol. We WILL be back!

I've been here a few times. Pretty good selection of beers and a precious few decent wines (I'm not a CA wine lover; prefer French/Italian/Portuguese/Spanish) and there is a nice outdoor area where you can enjoy your beverages. I went in there to get a bottle of wine as we were out with my daughter who would be moving shortly. We got food next door and we were seated in the area for food not the beer/wine. I looked over the glass selections which left me zero to choose from. So I bought a bottle I thought we'd enjoy with our food.As I was paying for the bottle I was asked if I was taking it away or drinking it here. I was then charged a corking fee! What??? I'm sure they will say it's because they make wine by the glass available but I think I already addressed that above. I also pointed out that I was sitting over by the food tables next door and not in their area. Didn't matter. The staff was not rude at all but they weren't changing their mind either. So I paid the corking fee and left.I'm sorry but when a place offers very few options of one drink and charges a corking fee but not charge one for their main product with dozens of options I'm probably not going to recommend it or return. Again, it's not the people here, it's the policy. A policy that I respect they want but will mean I'll not buy anything there again in the future. This charge seems petty. Would give them one star but gave them two because the staff was nice.

Okay. I crossed behind the enemy line. Wish me luck!As long time and loyal patron of Tasty Beverage Co., I've always wanted to see Bottle Revolution, but with reservation. What if I started to like it too? Does that mean I'm a beer ho, and I just want beers inside me and I don't care who or how hard and fast they are giving it to me? I'm ashamed of myself.Browsing B.R. is like going into my best friend's man cave. The beer shelves are screwed together with milled lumber. The walls are painted with simple color, color I can pronounce. TV. Fake plants. Small tap fridge. Simple. Efficient. Great! If you are fluent in Twitter and social media, you can actually tweet your order to @btlrev before you coming to pick it up. It's like ordering a pizza from Papa John's. Neato! To seal the deal with B.R., you can also become a member of the selected few, the BEER-OF-THE-MONTH CLUB. Holiday season is near, forget about book-of-the-month club or cheese-of-the-month. THIS is the gift of membership your love ones will enjoy. Trust me on this.P.S. I thought this was just a fling, but now I might have a full-on affair with Bottle Revolution. I'm sorry Tasty. "It's not that I don't love you anymore""It's not you, it's me""I really just want to focus on my work""I think I just need some me time right now"(How many more cliches can I throw at this?)

Found out that the owner is skimming tips from employee and will not be returning. I tipped a bartender for their services, not the business, of which I compensated with my business. Not only is it against the law, but it shows the clear values of the business. Very trashy practices

Discriminatory practices, rude servers, sad to say we will never step foot in what has been a neighborhood favorite for years again. The server literally mocked us.
