Accidentally ended up in Marietta and searched for a place that was open in the evening. Was pleasantly surprised to see a deli open at 8 pm, and everything here looked really good. Turns out it tastes good too ;)I had the Meatball sub, as the pictures of it looked great. It was lovely. The bread, meatballs, tomato sauce, and basil all came together perfectly. The cashier could see I was sad that they didn't have Jalapeño chips (instead they had cool Italian chips). She recommend the lime and pink pepper chips, and said they taste like KFC gravy, which sounded random, but they really do. Fun chip. Id definitely come back if I'm ever in the neighborhood. Excellent deli. Everything sounds good. Also, fairly priced, which is rare today. Good looking interior too. All around great spot for a sandwich!

With our out-of-town friends (Square first-timers) it's always fun to find a place the non-gluten folks enjoy, and Bottega had them raving. It's a perfect addition to the food scene here. Two numbers: 0/0. Yes, all you who know will flock here, since that imported Italian flower means a much larger tent for the gluten-free crowd. Our friend was gaining pounds left and right, since everything was in-bounds at Bottega. The simplicity of the Margherita slice allowed the star to shine: their excellent bread. There's plenty to celebrate throughout the menu, but nearly everything will give you a chance to try some of that baked loveliness. The bruschetta pairs well with...anything, or go heavier with Nonna's meatballs. The General has truffle, so that's going to win with me every time, and there's a vegetarian sandwich among other options.Shop the wall of from-Italy ingredients before you leave, and don't forget that Affogato on the way out the door. We look forward to returning.

I had heard and seen (pop ups on my yelp feed) about a new Italian market eatery in Marietta square. I am a sucker for all things Italian, If I went there I seriously don't think I would come back to the states... Food was amazing fresh bread makes all things ring true, it was airy, buttery, packed with flavor and the toppings are all top notch especially the burrata. The tomato sauce (Sugo) or gravy was so divine, it was not acidic , which is common in American markets. I am a HUGE fan of mortadella and to see that in a sandwich format I was won over on the authenticity of the place. Next time I order this I will have to double the amount of meat on this. The food was fresh, and well crafted for a wanna be Italian deli. Only suggestion is to continue to expand on the grocery items, perhaps Italian equipment. Pasta roller, gnocchi press, 00 flour, and more. I would love to see more composed salads with your own twist. The staff and the chef that I met were incredibly humble and appreciative of our patronage. Can't wait to see what becomes and how this grows to an outstanding operation. Good luck!

This is a little piece of Italy on the Marietta Square. From the decor to the music to the market- I felt like I was back in Italy (my favorite trip ever!). The staff was extremely friendly and happy to help explain anything. We ordered sandwiches for dinner. I got the vegetarian - sun dried tomatoes, zucchini, arugula, and a soft cheese on freshly made focaccia bread. It was served with lime and pink pepper chips that may be my new favorite. My husband got the meatball sandwich and let's just say not a crumb was left. We will have to come back and try the pizza. (Oh darn, a reason to return!)All I can say is run, don't walk, to try this new restaurant! You won't regret it!

Small place on the square that i heard about thru a friend. Its a mix of deli, market, and food. You order at the counter and they call your name. We order the 1st sandwich on the board, i believe it was called the general. Porcetta, cheese, and truffle mushroom spread on a great focacia bread. It was fabulous! Best sandwich in 2024 for me. We also ordered some porcetta and mortadella to go. Really like this place and will return for the pizza and more deli meat!! The folks there were also friendly and appreciative!

We've been waiting for a place like this to open since we left NYC. Bottega doesn't disappoint. Really good variety of meats and cheeses in the deli case as well as dry goods/sauces on the shelves. I got some pasta and porchetta to take home. The next day I came back to try the sandwiches and pizza, and they were both fire - absolutely delicious. Sandwich had mortadella, mozzarella, tomato, basil, and olive oil on toasted focaccia. Pizza was Sicilian style and topped with peppers and spicy coppa/salami. Just like we got in Rome. Great first impression, and dangerous to have within walking distance.

I've been patiently waiting for this brand new Bottega Italian Market to open at Marietta Square!!! You can just smell the deliciousness coming out of the market! It just opened so they have a soft opening menu with lots more to come!! They had different types of pizza available to buy along with a deli case full of Italian meats & cheeses. They have a huge selection of Italian dry goods to purchase too. I tried the pepperoni, prosciutto and margherita pizza slices and they were absolutely Fantastico!! Such an incredible addition to Marietta Square with food offerings to match! Bellissimo!!

Paradiso was great! Bread was fresh. Came out quick. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice vibe inside. Italian themed with groceries on the shelves. Only critique is I wish they put more meat on the sandwiches. For a $15 sandwich with only one meat per sandwich...put a few more slices on!

Gustoso! What a great addition to the Marietta square. Had lunch there today and ordered wayyyyy too much food but enjoyed every bite we took. The bread is outstanding, it is light and moist. It perfectly complemented both the sandwich and the slice of pizza we tried.I personally cannot wait to return for a slice of margharetia pizza. I would love to keep this as my secret spot on the square but I also want everyone to enjoy such a wonderful addition to our community. Run (don't walk) and enjoy quality Italian food.
