No place like it! My husband and I love this restaurant so much, we make a point to go once a quarter at least! The theming is truly peak tiki and immersive without being tacky, the food is truly incredible (we have not had 1 dish over the years we disliked) and the drinks are unmatched; absolutely delicious and served in the most fun tiki mugs! The servers are so friendly and always have great recommendations and it all funnels up to the owner, who is so transparent on social media and such a breath of fresh air in the restaurant industry. We've had date night here, attended events, double dates with friends, brought our parents, brought friends from out of town and they continue to talk about how much they enjoyed Wusong Road! Highly recommend!

I wanted to come here a few years ago but have not gotten the chance. We were coming here for the second round of drinks after dining at Saigon Babylon. We got put on the waiting list. They said it was an hour's wait, but it ended up being less than 20 minutes when we got the text. It's a good thing we did not go far. It was busy on a Saturday night. The drinks are incredible, and I don't even remember the names. We ordered Wusong bao, coconut spareribs, and crying tiger ribeye. All of them are delicious, but the seasoning was a little too strong. For the spare ribs and ribeye, meat is tender, especially the ribeye. Wusong bao is cute and has a Halloween theme. We ordered the Thai tea creme brulee and coconut bread for dessert, which was a little disappointing. Thai tea creme brulee only has a black tea flavor, which lacks Thai tea. Coconut bread soaked the sauce; it was too sweet and tasted like French toast with a solid coconut taste. I will return for drinks and light snacks when I am around the area.

I have been vaguely interested in trying Wusong Road for a while, and the lackluster reviews when it first opened were what kept me away. It seems like it's a very busy place -- the only reservation for a Tuesday dinner was a 8pm. The restaurant has a very unique vibe -- it was extremely dark inside with just a bit of light at the ends of the tables. They really stuck to the jungle/tiki theme. The drink menu is very vibrant and just as detailed as the food menu. You can tell they had fun creating and naming their drinks and dishes. We tried three different cocktails. My favorite was the cat-shaped drink, which had a sweet and fruity guava flavor. The passion fruit Saturn drink was more a citrusy pineapple vibe, but was otherwise similar in flavor. I didn't really like the painkiller because it wasn't very sweet. Each of the drinks was pretty substantial, and I'd be interested in trying more in the future.Good, might get again- The bang bang shrimp wasn't too sweet and the shrimp were pretty tender. It came with a decent number of shrimp as well.Mid, wouldn't get again- The crispy basil chicken was pretty average. Not remarkably crispy nor tender, a bit sour. Decent portion size.- The pork belly over rice was not that good. The pork belly was 2/3 fat so I didn't eat much of it. The soy marinated egg was very jammy and good, like half of a ramen egg.- The chili sweet green beans were salty at first then the beans at the bottom of the dish were much more sweet.- The mapo tofu with maitaki mushrooms tasted more like a kimchi stew with mushrooms. The tofu was also not very soft and didn't absorb the flavor well. I think this dish should be renamed because it doesn't really resemble mapo tofu at all. The sauce is a bit grainy and sour and much more like a kimchi sauce than mapo sauce. The vibes, service, and drinks here are great and the prices are not unreasonable. But I probably wouldn't come back here for the food. It was better than I expected but my expectations were honestly really low.

This place absolutely nails it. Great vibes, drinks and food specialties that literally transport you through time. It's like the best of the 1980's. Service was warm, friendly and inviting. Everything was delicious as heck. Reasonable prices for what you get. I'll be looking forward to coming back!

Very cool and tropical atmosphere, I loved the decorations, lighting, and the themed drinks glasses! You could even buy to take the container your drink was brought in haha. I loved my Happy Caturday drink served in a cute cat flask! We also got Bao buns (general tsos chicken and bang bang shrimp), and just look how cute our buns are. Definitely a fun time here with friends

This place was so cute! They serve tropical drinks and Chinese-inspired foods, located in Harvard Sq. Came here for drinks after dinner and was intrigued by the custom cups the drinks came in. We tried the happy caturday and spirit of aloha. I loved the happy caturday, it was tasty and enjoyable. The spirit of aloha was a bit too strong for my personal liking but the menu did warn that it was 4.5/5 strength compared to the 1/5 strength happy caturday drink. **The cups are for sale too! I will definitely be back and FOR SURE coming back to purchase one of their custom cups.
