The Sipping Room by Breeze

This place is just plain cool. The menu has 11 options, but you can customize them as needed (Plus/Minus ice, Sweetness, Milk choice etc)We got the Kashmiri Chai and Hong Kong Milk tea. The Kashmiri chai is made with green tea that is boiled until it becomes pink! (Didn't know that was even a thing). It is made in house but he owner (such a cool guy) and is slightly sweet and has a touch of Himalayan Pink Salt to round it out. So unique, and so delicious. The Hong Kong Milk tea is equally delicious. It's a small place with only a few counter top seats, and a few tables. The music is calm and low making for a LOVELY study location. They also feature local artists which is always cool :) I'll definitely be back to try the coffee options!

this is a must visit for coffee while in fenway! the sipping room is unique that it also doubles as a gallery showcasing local asian artists! their dalgona coffee is a must try, but you also can't go wrong with their vietnamese ice coffee(:

I visited The Sipping Room by Breeze while I was in the Boston area. Although the location had received a lot of praise, I found the experience underwhelming. The tea, while good quality, was on the expensive side for the quantity served. Personally, I was a little disappointed when I received my drink. One positive aspect is that the teas here are not overly sweet, which could be refreshing for others though I prefer my Thai tea a tad sweeter.The space itself is minimalistic and well-kept, but seating is quite limited. When we first arrived, it was fairly empty, allowing us to settle in and start studying. Unfortunately, as the evening progressed, the place became quite busy, and we decided to leave due to the crowded environment.One unique offering is their Kashmiri chai, which is a rare find and definitely worth trying. Additionally, they prepare their matcha latte using a traditional matcha whisk, which adds an authentic touch to the experience. Despite these highlights, I can't shake the feeling that I'm missing something. The overall experience just wasn't noteworthy enough to merit a 4 or 5-star rating.The Sipping Room by Breeze was an okay experience. The tea is definitely high quality (I've had my fair share of high quality tea in NYC) but the overall experience just wasn't my sort of tea. Unlike what another reviewer praised, I definitely didn't get the "time is moving slower" sort of vibe. It's just white walls and I could get that in my own home.If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy a subtly sweet tea, The Sipping Room might be worth a visit. Just be mindful that it can get quite crowded during peak times, which may affect your overall experience.3 out of 5, mostly for the quality of the tea.

Stopped by on the way to Fenway, and got the Vietnamese iced coffees it was delicious! I asked for it half sweet, which I highly recommend. I also thought it was fascinating that the shop featured Asian art creators. Not much AC, but the ambiance is great and I love the light music playing in the background.

This was one of the best coffee experiences of my life. I asked the barista what he would recommended as something "different, not too sweet, and coffee based." He suggested the Dalgona, which he explained as frothed espresso with caramel notes and milk of choice poured on top. It was so complex and interesting and I enjoyed it more the more I drank it. I wish I lived in the area so that I could try everything on the menu because I have a feeling there are some really special drinks here. Just wow, you must go!

Pretty disappointed by my visit considering how much I love HK milk tea. The taste is a familiar one, but it's not brewed nearly as strongly as it should be. The flavor is very light (almost watery), and the consistency isn't there either. It's a cute shop, but the HK milk tea recipe definitely needs working on. I can't speak to the other drinks, but I would come back again and try out their other specialties because the menu is really interesting.

It was so nice to return to this tea shop. You really feel how much the owner cares about every single customer and drink he serves. None of the drinks are over sweetened unless you ask them to be. The attention to detail like the little flowers he added to each drink adds a personal touch that doesn't go unappreciated. Everyone can find something they love here or want to try! Both the Milo dinosaur and Hong Kong milk tea were $6 for eight ounces. We were served quickly and there is little seating available. Cute minimalist decor but for the size of the drinks, I thought they were both underwhelming for the price. Hong Kong milk tea has a stronger tea taste, and the Milo dinosaur does taste like hot chocolate as one would expect. Not bad, but personally not for me!

Came on a Wednesday afternoon after lunch for a tea. We got a hk milk tea and a matcha latte. Both the drinks have good tea flavor but I'd prefer the hk milk tea and matcha to have a bit of a stronger flavor. That might just be my own preference. I like the fact that both drinks are just sweet enough and not sugary sweet which overpowers the tea flavor. My teenager on the other hand thought it was not sweet enough for her. Would come again.

I've only been to the sipping room a handful of times but each time has been quiet, slow, and relaxed. The matcha is good, the service is fine, and atmosphere is perfect for studying. I've yet to be disappointed by their matcha!
