The Avenue Grill is a really good place. They season the haddock dinner (fish and chips) quite well and I appreciate that. My family orders from here quite a bit. We tend to reorder the haddock dinner a lot. We also get the surpreme pizza which is tasty too.Avenue Grill has had some inconsistency in the past with the size of the fish on your plate but it's gotten better. I'm hoping it stays consistent now.I love that without fail when my food is being delivered I get a call and it is delivered with care. I appreciate that service. I have only gone inside once or twice and it definitely looks like a typical pizza place. We keep ordering from here because it tastes good and we can find something for everyone in our house which is great.It's worth a try!

We are staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport tonight and ordered a pizza to be delivered from The Avenue. The pizza was delivered on time and was yummy. My ONLY complaints are that they didn't include any dried peppers to put on the pizza (I thought this was a standard!) Also, apparently the driver had called me twice to come outside to get the pizza from his car, but I had been waiting in the lobby for 30 min and had my phone on silent (he let me know he was displeased). If a pizza is "delivered" they shouldn't expect you to go get it from them outside. Anyway, good pizza!

Got the turkey club for the first time! Perfectly toasted bread and just a well rounded sandwich. The onion rings that came with it could've been a little crispier and seasoned but they were still good. Fast service for pickup.

They sure don't skimp on the cheese here, as evidenced by the huge glob of melty mozzarella that greeted me from the cut open end of my pita roll up (grilled chicken, eggplant, roasted peppers & fresh mozzarella $8.99), the goat cheese scattered about the Mesclun Mix with Walnuts $9.99 goat cheese, croutons & avocado, and the dense coating of cheese hiding the vegetables of the Italian Garden Pizza $11.99 (tomatoes, roasted peppers, garlic, eggplant, fresh mozzarella & fresh basil).Everything looked great, and I was satisfied with half my roll up and a slice of their homemade chocolate cake $5.49.

Been coming here for a few years and never had an issue until today. We got a steak and cheese sub along with some other things and one bite into the steak and cheese there were multiple pieces of bone (also it was missing the toppings we requested). Hopefully this is a fluke but wanted to make sure that it isn't a recurring issue. The guy on the phone didn't believe me when I called to tell him that they should probably check their stock or switch their provider since someone could choke on it.Update: continued to find pieces of bone in the sub, something is definitely not right with the way they prepare it or with where they get it from.

Order was nearly an hour late, they forgot 1 soda, and the one they did remember exploded upon opening. The salad was warm, the pizza was cold and they charged for salad dressing. Odd, we'll sell you a salad but it's going to be dry........unless you buy the dressing. Same thing with the with mozzarella sticks. Then they have the audacity to charge a 5% fee under the partial guise of keeping prices down. I'm all for paying my fair share but can you at least provide value for the money?

This is my favorite American deli/pizza take out / delivery type restaurant in the area. I love the following items and have ordered them many times:-Double bacon cheeseburger pizza or calzone(pizza preferred for this one but both are delicious)-Philly steak and cheese pizza or calzone (calzone preferred for this one, again both are on point)-Hawaiian pizza-meat master pizza or calzone-buffalo chicken cheddar waffle fries are sooo good! Comes with ranch dressing on the sideI really love getting deliver from here, best delivery in the area! I also stop by to sit down sometime so I can get it super fresh. I like the attitude of the employees. They also have Greek food on the menu, enjoy!
