Flavors - 3.5/5Textures - 4/5Presentation - 3/5Value for Money - 2/5Would return? YesMust-try: Pepperoni Crunchy! That's what I love the most about this pizza, both the crust and the cheese exterior make it incredibly crunchy. The flavor is also pretty decent, depending on the one you get - the pepperoni slice was excellent, but the mushroom pesto was pretty bland. I think they could get away with a bit more cheese because the dough is so thick. What brings the rating down is the price - $8 for 1 slice is way too much. Also, the fact they reheat it takes away from the pizza a bit. My slices were a little cold and the cheese wasn't completely melted.

Tenderoni's is a square pizza place in High Street Place. It is the only pizza place in HSP and although they offer unique and flavorful options, the price is arguably too high. It's $7 for a single cheese slice and $8 for a specialty slice. Given all the great options at HSP, this doesn't seem as worth it. In terms of taste, the most unique part has to be the crust. It is extremely flavorful and crunchy (this is a matter of personal preference so depends on what you prefer), while the rest of the slice is pretty average. Trying it once was enough for me, but if you're looking for a pizza spot at HSP, give it a shot!

I was truly excited to find a place with deep dish pizza in Boston (a rare find); but I'm not sure how I feel about the pizza. I tried a slice of pepperoni pizza- which they reheat in the oven for you. I felt the crust was dried out and SO crispy it was almost burnt. I liked the fluffy dough of the pizza, and the crispy pepperonis. I do feel like if I came in the afternoon when the pizza is first made, I may have liked the pizza more (I felt mine had just been "sitting around" all day since I ate it after 8 pm). I would return to give it a second shot (hey, deep dish pizza is limited in Boston). Definitely needs to taste fresher to be worth the price ($8) though.

I tried this pizza place in the High Street Place Food Hall several weeks ago. I got a square slice of the mushroom pizza. They had to reheat the slice so it took a few minutes to get my order. The slice was very thick and oily. Having one slice already made me full.It tasted good but I thought the crust was not airy enough. For $8, I think it's a bit expensive.

A very good new spot for pizza, especially in Boston. They serve the super crispy cheesy square style along with salads and "grindahs".It's located right at the front of the new High Street Place food hall. I ordered the Tenderoni slice of course (Pepperoni), which was excellent, as well as the Chickie Parm Grindah ($15), also a very satisfying sandwich.

I dont even typically like this style of pizza, but I have to say this place might have convinced me otherwise. I ordered the mushroom and added on some pickled peppers, which was downright phenomenal. I am a sucker for taleggio on a pizza, and my addition of the peppers cut through the fat from the cheese and the earthiness of the shrooms. I, alongside my fellow Yelpers, believe $30 is just too much for a pizza, inflation and all.

I want to preface this by saying that I enjoy the theme of Tenderoni's and think they are really onto something. My waitress was very friendly, and usually, these two things would at least get them 2 stars. The problem? The pizza was inedible. I am not a picky eater, and I usually finish things even when I don't like them, but I couldn't even finish one slice of pizza from Tenderoni's. I got the Marsala and the Tenderoni pizza, and I ate less than one slice total between the both of them. My girlfriend was able to finish one slice of the tenderoni but had only one bite of the marsala. As I said, completely inedible. Now, I also think they dropped the ball on how they handled this. They took off one pie (the Marsala) and left the tenderoni. I essentially paid $15 for one and a half slices of pizza. They should have taken at least half off the other pizza. If you make something so horrible that I can't finish a slice and I will have to eat somewhere else, don't punish me for your horrible sauce recipe. I want to be very clear. The sauces were the worst I have ever had in my life. If that were fixed (or just made edible), it would probably be pretty good!

I kicked off my Friday by going to Tenderoni's at High Street Place for pizza. The pizzas are a cross between Detroit and Sicilian-style pizza. They are thick, square, cheezy, and crispy on the sides because of the extra cheese baked around the square of the pizza. The cheezy border is the one characteristic of the pizza I appreciated the most because I love eating the corners of brownies and lasagna. I'm not a fan of thick and bready pizza; I'm an NYC-style pizza gal. However, the pizza toppings are delightful, which makes for a tasty pizza. If I get a chance, I will try all the different toppings of pizza that are available. The pepperoni and mushroom were the ones I had, and they were good. These pizza slices are very filling; one of these squares can hit the spot. I had their Whoa Caesar salad, which was dry and needed more dressing. The My Pal Sal Grindah is the food item at Tendoroni's I truly liked eating. This Italian sub hits it for me. If I had to get a repeat item, it surely would be My Pal Sal.

Tenderoni's is a pizza spot at High Street Place which now has a standalone location in Fenway. I ordered a single cheese slice for a quick lunch at the food court. The store had just opened so all the pizzas were fresh and hot. While I do love the crunchy and crispy texture, I have to agree with others that overall the pizza is a bit bland. Service was fast and the staff was super friendly. I would say that the plain cheese is not good enough and a specialty pizza may be needed for a more flavorful pizza.

The good news is the pizza looks delicious, the crust is crispy, plenty of cheese and toppings. The bad news is that the pizza is missing something, the sauce doesn't seem to have much taste or there is not enough on the slice. At $8 per slice plus tax and tip I really expected more. I've given it a couple of chances and would likely choose Pizzeria Regina in South Station over this in the future.
