I went to Tara yesterday (Saturday night) after craving pizza all week, & I was not disappointed!.The pizza was absolutely amazing. The crust was perfect in every way (I am so picky when it comes to pizza, but this was seriously perfect), & the cheese + sauce complemented it well. When we went in to order, we were told it would take 15 mins, but it ended up taking 30 mins. I would usually expect a pizza to take 30 mins & wasn't bothered, but it seemed as the night went on that their estimates for other orders were drastically off. They appeared to be very short-staffed based on the amount of customers they were getting, & I did note a handful of customers walking out/being rude to the staff.I would recommend coming on a non-peak day/time, because the pizza was incredible!

Stopped in here for an empanada after seeing that they offer them on the windows of this place.When I walked in, service was a little bit busy doing restaurant stuff, which is not unimportant, but it did feel a little like they hadn't even noticed I walked in.Got their attention, and asked what kind of empanadas they have, and ordered a beef empanada.They heated it up, (they are made in house from the looks of it) and then I proceeded to dig in.The empanada was rather small, but for less than two bucks this is not a significant issue... or rather wouldn't have been if some things had gone differently...The filling was not devoid of flavor, it was devoid of beef though. I agree that the filling shouldn't be pure beef, and the fact that there was some onion there is good, but there was too little beef in there. Also, for the small size of the empanada, the dough was a bit thick.Service was a bit gruff, but not rude.Restaurant was clean.Yes, unfortunately, I've experienced better... "meh" about covers it.

Do not go to Tara Restaurant! it is as simple as that! if you want to feed your family they will not do it. You will regret your decision if you walk in their door. Avoid Tara restaurant at all costs! My suggestion if you are hungry is to walk down the street and go to a different place! The service was terrible the workers were extremely lazy and not helpful. Even if you did get food from there there are six or seven other pizza places on the same street that are better.
