Espresso Martini without Baileys-very good. If they wanted to elevate this drink they could add maybe three espresso beans to the top.
Corn panna cotta
Chicken Marsala

Grilled salmon. You can't see that it is raw
I LOVED they cooked my steak EXACTLY as ordered! RARE...THANK YOU! Excellent service. They listen to their patrons.
Phenomenal Mgmt/staff made me an aioli. They are constantly improving on their dishes bc they listen. Suggestion: flash fry.
Focaccia. I tend to prefer chili flakes & parm with mine (personal preference) but I enjoyed this-good oil and light.
Skirt steak is not something I normally order, but they did a nice job with this cut. The polenta was excellent and broccolini was fresh.

Horrible meal. Had the grilled salmon. It was served practically raw. Not a little pink in the middle. I'm talking raw. Cold and red raw. The Marsala was bland and served on a glutinous pile of noodles. One of the worst meals I have had in a long time. We stopped for fast food on our way home.

Cute place! I was on a work trip and some local friends suggested this place. When we went in, there were no other tables on a Thursday night: not always the best of signs! Our waitress said she was new and to go easy on her, which, you know ok, but she was charming, so it worked out! I got the penne with eggplant and buffalo mozz: it was a little underwhelming with small amount of eggplant and mozz: more like a tomato penne with a lil eggplant? The flavors were delicious though, and the pasta a tiny bit over Al dente. The panna cotta was fantastic: sweet corn, caramel corn and a blackberry compote to die for. 4 stars because the place also smelled fairly fishy.

I recently dined at Stazione di Federal and was thoroughly impressed. The carbonara was exceptional, reminiscent of the beloved carbonara Brelundi used to serve before it was discontinued. My fiancé raved about the cacio e pepe, which was absolutely delicious. The Double Espresso Martino and Sangria were both delightful and well-crafted.However, I must deduct one star for a couple of reasons. The sweet corn panna cotta fell short, lacking flavor and being overpowered by the caramel popcorn and blackberry raspberry coulis. Additionally, the free bread was too salty and could have been balanced out if the olive oil dip was mixed with balsamic vinegar.Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was very positive. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly, striking the perfect balance without being too aggressive. I look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu!

Hidden gem in Waltham that deserves all of the praise received thus far. Went for my wife's birthday after my colleague recommended it and he did not steer us wrong. Authentic scratch kitchen with amazing flavors that do not disappoint. Highly Recommend the Marsala and Tiramisu.

We all enjoyed our dinners. Quality Italian food for the 'suburbs'. Seems popular, was crowded and loud. Nice staff.

Brick chicken is DELICIOUS! And both the raspberry and lemon sorbet is out of this world....Service is excellent! Love the decor at Stazione Di Federal! All in all - soooo worth the trip!

The food, service, and atmosphere here is really great. We hosted a 60 person gathering in the private room on the second floor, which has access to an outdoor patio. It was lovely. The staff was very good, and it made for a great night for all. One more thing: ample parking is dreamy.

Second time we've been here, really exceptional. The food is excellent, the ambience lively and staff warm and efficient. We started by sharing the grilled octopus, it was delicious and quite a large portion. (I'll use the English names for dishes to save people translation time) I had the veal and wild boar ragu, it was great and just like the same dish I had in Tuscany. My wife had spaghetti with clams, also delicious. We finished with tiramisu, it was an enormous portion. This place is top-notch and relatively inexpensive, probably the best value we have found in the Boston for this type of place.

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite places. We've been there at least six times in each time it has been flawless. We have sat outside on the deck, as well as inside by the main dining room. The service is always professional. The food is excellent. Risotto is outstanding as our specials. Drinks are nice and strong, particularly the blood orange martini. They make an excellent espresso martini as well. Highly recommended.
