The bare MINIMUM of owning a bakery should be not selling people dry desserts, especially when it's cake. We got a cake here for my birthday and it was just not good. Super dry and zero flavor. Highly disappointed. I do not recommend this bakery.

I'm an currently working construction across the st and visit here for coffee break. The beef empanadas are by far the best I've had. Very authentic and a hidden gem in my eyes.

Easy to find, on trend with the decor colors of our time (Grey), and array of desserts and cakes. A bit of delay in the service because the cashier mostly spoke Spanish (it's a Spanish-speaking bakery, please understand that). This was fine because there are menus and you can just point at what you'd like to try or need. I ordered the chicken pastelitos and they did not disappoint. Yummy!

This is an adorable bakery that my friends and I were drawn to due to the delicious smell coming from it, each of us saying it reminded us of our respective childhood homes. We walked in and it was somewhat busy, yet we were tended to quite quickly. They had a couple tables open. We ordered two empanadas (one chicken and cheese, one ham and cheese) and two chocolate chunk cookies. We were absolutely SHOCKED at the low price tags, as each empanada was just over $3 each and they are quite large! Both of them had such incredible flavor and seasoning - we honestly could not pick a favorite between the two. The cookies were just the right amount of flaky balanced with large chocolate chunks that they were a great capstone to a quick lunch. Two empanadas and two cookies were just enough to split between three people looking for a quick bite to eat. We noticed quite a few folks coming in to pick up dessert or cakes, which definitely peaked our interest. Will return the next time I'm in JP, truly a highlight!

Went today when they were closing. Staff was friendly and helpful. We decided to get a few things and take them home. We bought their majatete, puff pastry with guava and cheese, chocolate shot, cream horn and tres leche with caramel topping. To drink we bought a limeade and passion fruit juice. We first tried the drinks and they reminded us of home. They were both equally delicious. When we got home we tried the various desserts we picked out. I highly recommend the chocolate shot although everything we tried was amazing.

Beautiful cake! Came out exactly how we wanted it to. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. Took away one star only because the cake was on the dryer side. Next time I'll ask for extra dulce de leche and ask if it can be more moist. Other than that- beautiful and delicious!

I voiced my opinion about the service I experienced at this business and got immediate backlash for it by the owner or manager, not sure. They did not apologize or made it clear that they will discuss with their employees on customer service. They went on a instagram rant and side posted how their employee is great. She may be great but I did not experience her greatness this morning and that should be simply corrected. Customer service training needs to be held evidently.

Food was great I ordered chicken pastelillos they were juicy not dry. Service was fast although it was very busy I went early in the day before a meeting couldn't believe how many people were there buying. Very live, clean and the ambiance is nice.

This place really reminded me of home. The arroz con leche was delicious and just the right amount of sweet. I also had the quipe and empanada which were really well seasoned. You know the place is authentic when they call cake 'bizcocho'. Everyone was really nice and it made me feel like I was at the bakery next to where I grew up. Definitely going back!
