Solid poké at a decent price. The 3-protein bowl comes out to $16 after tax and there is no limit to the number of toppings you can get. This is definitely more of a takeout place, though there is seating if you want to dine in. Service can be a bit slow, but the workers have always been attentive to my order.

There are two Poke City(s). This one is on Broad Street.Their crab salad was a nice cool treat, but could be a tad less sweet. As is, I enjoy eating it at home as a sort of unbaked sushi treat by topping a snack piece of dried seaweed with some basic long grain rice, scooping their crab salad on top, and sprinkling furikake on it. Yum!I also picked up a snack bowl to go with my small dessert from home to act as lunch. Sushi rice topped with eel (very thin slivers, but tender and tasty), marinated shiitake mushrooms, tobiko, edamame, seaweed salad, all held neatly in the bottom half of a clamshell container. The rice was an okay portion and well flavored, but stuck together and on the dry side. Everything else was a small scoop of each. Even at my sometimes light appetite, I definitely needed that slice of cake to make this an okay sized lunch.Service has been pleasant on each visit.

Needed a protein fix mid day after forgetting to pack my lunch - Poke-City was the perfect spot to get a good mix of protein and carbs in. You can stack your own bowl choosing two different meats if you like. I went with the spicy tuna bowl. The staff was hard at work but made sure there was not a long line of people waiting. There is not anywhere to sit down inside so take your bowl to go!

Appreciated the Zoodle Base Option! We were visiting Boston from Vegas and wanted a quick bite for dinner after a long day of sight seeing. We Yelped this place and walked from the Boston Commons. It was perfect! The server behind the counter was friendly and the food was great. Very fresh seafood. I always get a salad base instead of rice to cut back on the carbs and I appreciated that this place offered spiraled zucchini "noodles" as a base option. We would totally go here again if it there was a location in Vegas.

When oh when will Boston get a genuinely GOOD poke spot????? I tried Poke City in yet another attempt to finally find a place to get my poke fix. Unfortunately, I was let down yet again. First off, WAY too much rice. I opted for both rice and salad, which was a mistake. My bowl was piled with the most rice I've ever had in a poke bowl, and the salad was romaine???? I always get salad in my poke bowls and never once had romaine. The texture and flavor of romaine do not go with poke flavors whatsoever. I was expecting to get spring mix like other poke restaurants have. I also got the three protein bowl ($17.95) which was a waste of money because for the amount of fish I received, it seems like I got the two protein option. Lastly, one of the sauces I got (sesame ginger aioli) was just not it. It was way too overpowering to the point where I could hardly taste anything else in the bowl. I hate getting food from a restaurant and feeling like I completely wasted my money. Unfortunately, that's what happened here.

This is a hole-in-the-wall poke bowl restaurant near Faneuil Hall and the New England Aquarium. The menu is totally customizable and pretty reasonably priced for being in the middle of the city. The food is always fresh. I've been ordering to-go from here for over a year and have never had a problem.Depending on the time of day, there may be a line for those ordering in-store, but picking up is practically instantaneous. The staff are pretty quiet, but that makes for a relaxing place to sit and eat. I usually take my food to eat in the park but there are some tables inside - enough room for three or four people. As far as accessibility, the entrance has at least one step and it's a little narrow. It shares the entryway with a set of apartments on the upper floors, so there's a tight turn into the restaurant.

Great lunch option in downtown Boston that will fill you up without causing that post-lunch food coma. My preference is the build-your-own poke bowl with sushi rice, salmon, and tuna, but they have enough variety of proteins, mix-ins and toppings to satisfy most appetites.

This establishment offers an excellent variety of poke bowl choices on their menu. With a wide array of topping options available, their bowls are both satisfying and filling. If you find yourself in the downtown area, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I've never experienced such awful customer service in my life by the girl working the counter. Terrible attitude not only to me, but even to the customer who picked up an online order. Maybe she shouldn't be customer facing if she seems to hate everyone so much. (Ps I've never posted a yelp review before but I need to get the word out on how awful this place is) The food isn't any better

The fish was gross. I've never had such mediocre poke.... Boston isn't known for its food, so I wasn't too surprised, but if you are looking for a tasty meal definitely not the place
