Hm. The food is good, albeit overhyped for the whole experience. This location was really not busy at all for a Friday evening. The restaurant across the way was super busy, but Parm had ample seating in and outside. I would mostly attribute this to the location, it's a little tucked away and tricky to find. The service was ok, just a bit slow. We ordered a bunch of different things, and some were great, others good. Arancini: Very good, usually don't find pesto inside arancini, so it's a little fun. 9/10Garlic bread with burrata: I wish the bread was a littttttle bit bigger, just because it's very good (and the ratio of bread to burrata is a little off) 8/10Chicken parm: I get the hype! The sauce is really good (I think it's just the Carbone marinara) but it all comes together great. Only complaint is that there is virtually no crisp to the chicken, even though it's not reallllly swimming in sauce either. It is a GIANT piece of chicken though, and made the perfect amount for two people to share. Spicy rotini: this stuff is delicious. I don't get the reviews saying it's bland, as it's really full of flavor. Only complaint was that there was a very large piece of metal in it. I know that this happens in restaurants, but this piece was just a little long for me to be able to get how no one saw it. It was about the size of a twist tie, 2 inches or so, but completely metal. We informed the server, he took it away, the manager brought us a fresh bowl, and then we were comped for one of the appetizers (we didn't ask for this so it was nice of them). So, the situation was rectified, but it's just not something I can overlook. This place has such good food and potential, but I feel like it's just not living up to its own standards. It's kind of a low-energy place, like the staff are just kind of tired. Maybe it was just an off day, but I do hope they can find their rhythm.

We were staying at the Marriott Copley and wanted pasta, but for some reason this place didn't pop up on our Yelp search. It wasn't until we walked past it that we discovered this place. We ate here after walking 20 miles around the city and it was everything we wanted. The pasta tasted so fresh and delicious. The garlic bread was so good we ended up ordering a second. And the cannolis were a perfect ending. My friend loves cannolis and has had many in her life and she declared these to be one of the best she's had. The service was great and our server was such a delight.

This place was kinda freakin fire. I got the roast beef sandwich and that beef was roasting as hard as Tom Brady on Netflix. Usually roast beef doesn't sit well in my butter churner but this sandy is being comfortable (but it's too early to tell, I may be getting a lil gassy in a bit). I'll let you know.

I recently went to Parm for lunch during my lunch break. I was blown away by the food in the service. But I was blown away by the ambience, the patio is so beautiful. The inside of the restaurant is gleaming and lovely. It's a perfect spot for a date night or a family dinner for a special occasion. This is a really cool restaurant and it has so much character. It's quintessential Italian charm. I highly recommend you check it out.

Beautiful dining room and lovely ambiance. The food was decent too - I got the Greek Farro Salad with grilled chicken and my partner got Chicken Parmesan. We shared the Pizza Knots & Italian Fries for appetizers. The Pizza Knots were amazing - definitely recommend! Greek Farro Salad was good and Chicken Parmesan was just ok. Service was ok but not great - they seemed to forget about us toward the end. Overall a solid 4 in my book.

I come to Boston about once a year and will always head to Eataly to scratch my Italian itch. Decided to switch it up this time and was so happy I did. Parm was fantastic!! Food is well priced, tasty and was served quickly. It's connected to the mall so it was a little tricky to track down but I highly highly recommend it.

I absolutely LOVED the rigatoni carbone. I'm already craving more. They don't have any unique craft cocktails, so I wouldn't recommend going here for that. The pasta was so incredible tho. The broccoli side was okay and the French fries side was very good. Overall I really enjoyed my dinner here.

We hosted a holiday party pre-party here and had such an amazing time! The manager was extremely nice and helped us set up the place just perfectly. The servers and bartenders were nice as well making any drink we wanted. The food was delicious - my boyfriend is still raving about the chicken parm sandwich. I love the interior, festive and classy perfect for any holiday party or date night

I recently ate at Parm Copley Place with a couple of friends while we were on a weekend trip. Everything at the table was great. We started with the calamari and meatballs and then moved on to salads. The Arugula salad was amazing. The fig dressing was so refreshing and the toasted almonds were perfect. We finished with Chicken Parm and it was wonderful. I can't wait for our next trip to Boston.
