Stopped by for lunch after checking out the reviews, which were mostly positive. After eating the fantastic sub they sold me I couldn't believe anyone would give these guys a bad review. Ordered a BLT sub. It came with a generous portion of well cooked, high quality bacon strips. And the bread was amazing. It was not your standard pizza shop sub roll. It was a nice Italian sub roll, sort of like a soft baguette in the best way possible. I'm in the area once a month for work and will 100% be getting lunch here next month and the month after that. I'll try to remember to get a photo of the sun roll before eating it so you all can see what I'm talking about. This is absolutely not a 3.5 Star place. Give it a try!!!

Food is good it is always consistent the owner son who takes the orders now and works at front is a complete gentleman portion sizes are great while everyone else has been raising their prices and giving smaller portions Papa Jack's has stood the same try The buffalo chicken sub you cannot go wrong with it and you cannot go wrong with the 2 foot sub and pizza combo

Driviing by from Rhode Island my wife ans i stopped here. She had a Steak and Cheese Sandwich which she stated that she liked. I had a Hot Pastrami. I didn't like it at all. The meat tasted spoiled, was chopped up in tiny crumbles. I asked the owner for Saurkraut and he didn't even know what that was. Instead he put duck sauce in my bag. How can you operate a sub shop and not know what sauerkraut is?

I ordered a steak & cheese sub along with fried ravioli through Postmates on 8/24/20 around 8pm. Postmates didn't allow me to add toppings to my sub so I called the clerk and he told me my order isn't on their system for a delivery. So 10 mins later, my order on Postmates was confirmed and I have a delivery driver on the way. I called back and the same man told me nothing popped up for a steak and cheese sub with fried ravioli. This man was very dismissive and unprofessional. If he couldn't help me because the sub was already made, the least he could've done was be honest with me and tell me it was too late instead of lying about it. The food here is good but I'm not that impressed with their customer service. Lastly, I did receive my sub along with the fried ravioli that the clerk claimed was never an order.

the service on Sunday sept 29 was horrible , the guy got my order wrong and I called to tell him he got it wrong acting like he didn't do anything wrong I go and take the order back and have to wait more then 25 minutes for the correct order and it wasn't busy horrible service do not go to papa jacks horrible service .
