Dont be fooled the owner let's you order with a menu then pretends the menu is expired then he says the new menu is online waited til my Family & I finished eating to break the news.My calculations was a bill of 46$ and they hit me with the hidden fees Gimmick of 67$And when I try to Dispute the bill they told me kick rocks. I have been a patron of neapoli's for almost 20 years (ew, I feel old typing that). I've been frequenting them through different layouts and possibly changes in management ? (I was a lot younger when My family started ordering so I'm not sure), and I remember walking there when I was younger to grab a pizza roll when they had them. I've been living in Atlanta for the past two years, and I noticed that the menu changed slightly, but most of the signatures are still there. (Like the fat Willard *drools* and the now named "the Neapoli" wrap)The prices are great and the options are endless. I've literally never had a bad meal here. I ordered their salads, wraps, calzones, dinner plates, and appetizers. Everything is so good! I normally ask for caramelized onions on almost anything I order because their onions are PERFECTLY caramelized, and I normally ask for my calzone to be cook "well done" (don't knock it to you try it) to make sure that the crust to gooey ratio is perfect. (I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not, but I don't want to find out lol) The staff is super cool and friendly, I sometimes i prefer to order to go as opposed to calling in because of their professional and friendly demeanor. I've also ordered of Grubhub a few times ands have received my meals perfectly, except for two instances when 1) my order never seemed to go through and 2) when my order was complete messed up. But they resolved both issues immediately.Best place in Malden, hands down!

Zero stars if i could but 1 star because my colleague liked his food. My colleague ordered 2 greek salads with grilled chicken, 1 garden salad and a pizza roll. Our food comes and mine is not there. I call and i get the order sent to me while adding a cbeese burger. The burger was good but they added stuff on when i specifically said not to have those items. I get my salad and i move 1 piece of pepper and there is a long hair in my food. I should have trusted my gut not to call them back in the first place. All the owner could say was "i dont want to lose you as a customer", in my response...this qas my first time trying you guys and i wont reccomend to anyone.

Ordered a few months ago.......food was always good before. Ordered a meatball calzone (large) to split with my sister. Had tiny little bits of meatball.....not even a half of one evident in the entire calzone and it cost upwards of 18 bucks.
