New Deal Fruit

On my way back home from TX, I had to visit this place. The sub sandwich I had was incredible! I can assure you won't leave hungry! I went with the top-shelf Italian sandwich, which was massive!!! I finished it all, but it was enough for two meals - lunch and my dinner before getting on the plane back home! I would definitely come back for more of their delicious sandwiches and recommend!

Awesome Italian grocery, deli and sandwich shop near the airport. We always stop on our way back to Maine to get subs and goodies. They also sell fresh produce. Our fave is the special Italian. Free parking in front of store.No dine in eating area its more grocery like but they sell chips and drinks to go.

Got a small taste of Italians in Boston. This is an old school Italian deli. No one was in a hurry. They razed people in line if you ordered a BLT. No one person should eat the entire sandwich in one setting. Love this neighborhood deli.

Amazing sandwiches. They were so delicious! We ordered 3 mambo Italiano subs. It's one size fits all so come with an appetite. We brought our sandwiches to a park only a 12 minute drive away, Mary O'Malley State Park in Chelsea (no entrance fee). Had a great picnic on the river and had a lot of picnic tables to choose from. These sandwiches were huge, all the fixings and we'll definitely do this again in the future.

New Deal is the place to get a sub and everyone knows it. I got there early on Monday and still had a decent wait but I didn't mind. The staff is friendly and funny. They've got plenty of options, but you've got time to make up your mind before you get to the counter. Don't get to the counter without knowing what you want. You'll be appropriately reproached. New Deal has a great produce section and interesting groceries as well, so you can browse while you wait. I got the Marco Polo, which is chicken cutlet with provolone and broccoli rabe. They forgot the hots, which was sad because we don't have hots where I live. But it was still an epic sub. I'm looking forward to returning whenever I'm home.

Special Italian sandwich very flavorful with a huge amount of meat and their pepper vinegarette sauce. Sandwich was huge! Longer than a tv remote.

I love these sandwich's but the last 2 times I've gone I've asked on my special Italian everything no tomatoes and each time I get no hots and extra tomatoes. I can't eat tomatoes and the sandwich is useless to me. Deli guys need to lay off the pot.

Fun atmosphere. Mambo Italiano sub was ridiculous! It's fresh, heavy, and delicious! Best sandwich I've had in a while!It was busy, but fast moving. Great experience, great food!
