The sandwich's here are really good . They taste fresh . They are also made in front of you . The vibe is friendly and welcoming.

I used to be a regular customer at this Jersey Mike's. Now, I don't think I will ever go again. Here's why:Last Saturday, I ordered a large sub to be delivered by DoorDash and ended up paying through the nose ($36 with tip!). That's NOT why I'm upset. They got the order wrong and sent me the wrong sandwich. That's NOT why I'm upset. I called the store to let them know and asked them how to fix it. The person I spoke to told me to call Door Dash and tell them that I did not receive the order. They would then reprocess the order and it'd be fixed. I told her that this was not ethical. While I think DoorDash is a racket, they did everything correctly. It was Jersey Mike's mistake. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and also told me to call DoorDash and cancel the order. I told him that this was bad business and unethical and that they should be trying to fix the problem. They ended up reimbursing me but that was not their first reaction.

November 30, 2023THIS REVIEW SPECIFICALLY REGARDS THE JERSEY MIKE'S IN NORTH BEVERLY, MA. IT MIGHT BE APPLICABLE ELSEWHERE, BUT READ WITH THAT CAVEAT IN MIND.NOTE TO SELF AND EVERYONE ELSE: Stay away from Jersey Mike's Subs. At least stay away from their "Cheese-Steaks". THEY SUCK. I just ordered a "regular" Cheese-steak ($10.75) that was SO bad that you'd be taken outside and shot if you tried to serve it in Philly. It was a crime against nature and man. The attached photo should tell you everything you need to know about just how bad their efforts are. IT WAS CRAP.. and I will *never* patronize their shop again. Second note: Their people are nice. They are polite and kind and decent. They are trying. They just don't know how to make a sandwich.. or they are told NOT to make quality, because that would cost...*gasp*... money. SO... do yourself a favor. Find a locally owned, family run sandwich shop and go there instead. Stay away from this corporatized crap.

Inconsistent, expensive. Ordered 1st time before and size wasnt correct had to go back. 2nd time not so bad. Just took a long time to make.3rd time. Xmas eve and bought a bunch of giant subs. I was going to buy them online but the menu differs at the location. I bought at the store but the chicken cheese steak was not made like the menu. I Got the regular version without mayo as it states but they put mayo all over it, I didnt realize till xmas day. As they dont make it in front of you like other subs. Didnt have that issue before. I Saw the man write down the order # I wanted so not sure why the Girl did that. I have allergies to egg. So 17 bucks wasted. Too expensive. If you go to jersey mikes make sure you open it and check

For a chain, these are actually very good Hoagies (sorry Boston, I refuse to call anyting a "spuckie", I lived in Philly lol). I'd put it almost in the same league with Primo Hoagies in Philly as sandwich chains go.I usually get the:#13 Original Italian (provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni, served "Mike's Way" with modifications: lettuce, mayo, olive oil blend, onions, oregano, red wine vinegar, salt, spicy brown mustard, tomatoes)#6 Roast Beef & Provolone (roasted beef served "Mike's Way" with modifications: honey mustard, lettuce, may, olive oil blend, onions, oregano, red wine vinegar, salt, tomatoes)Plus Danny DeVito is their celebrity spokesperson. And who doesn't love Danny DeVito?Leaves chains like Subway, Jimmy John's, etc. in the dust.Although the best Italian-style sandwich in the Boston area is at Dominic's in Waltham (killer Ciabatta bread). Worth the drive.

What kind of amazing cheese is on the Famous Philly that I just devoured?? That is no ordinary American cheese... it had mystical powers and melted perfectly on the steak!! I am not a peppers & onion fan, so my sub was as-is and DELICIOUS. This was my first time in a Jersey Mike's, this location opened a couple of months after I moved from the neighborhood last year (but fortunately I am just a few miles away), and now I have every reason to go to Brighton Center to eat!

Okay, hear me out. I know Jersey Mike's is not everyone's idea of a splurge, but I eat out very rarely. I have ordered a sub from a Jersey Mike's elsewhere in Boston, but this specific location on Washington St in Brighton? I don't know what it is man, but the subs are just built different at this location. I have driven an extra 15 to pick up here instead of one closer to me. The ratios, the balance of ingredients, the value of what they put in? Incredible. The staff at this location do an excellent job. Thank you!

There's a serious inconsistency with the size of the subs. Sometimes there's a lot of stuff inside and sometimes there isn't. Look at the difference. This is twice in one day the same sandwich same bread same size. Smh playing with my money at this point
