I'm always pleasantly surprised when I order from here and I'm glad it's in the neighborhood. I like the thickness of their crust, sort of a medium thick and a little chew to it. The veggie pizza has lots of nice fresh veggies on it, and uniquely they put fried eggplant on it. I added artichoke but I don't think it was necessary when they add so little. This time I also got a garden salad. Crisp and not wilted, what more can you ask for? They're often busy but always friendly. Not much to say about the decor, but who cares. The food is good, they make it quick and it doesn't break the bank.

Solid cheese pizza. I've only ordered small cheese pizzas from here. I think the crust was more Greek style than NY style. Not my favorite of the crusts but still very tasty. I'd order again.

Delicious pizza and wonderful customer service. I love that they have individual slices of pizza so you don't have to order a whole pie. The crust was perfectly thick and flavorful (I typically don't eat the crust, but theirs was amazing!). The employees were super kind and brought out our pizza for us since there was a bit of a wait. They even refilled my bottle for my dog while we waited!

First time going to Jamaica plain house of Pizza I'm a tow truck driver and eat out at a lot of pizza shops Let me tell you there Pizza is thin fresh and they use good ingredients because my stomach is sensitive to buffalo some times but not from this place I got 2 slices of buffalo and a slice of cheese the cashier warmed it up perfect temperature I'll be back soon your friendly tow truck driver

We love the whole family at JPHOP. It's a staple in our family and they know us and our kids well. Maria was our introduction to the neighborhood in 2018. My go-tos are spinach & feta calzone, zesty feta pizza, steak tip greek salad (we like feta) and Italian subs. They've been switching up the fries lately and I like them less but they're always doing good stuff.

We've been going to JP House Of Pizza for over 2 years now and it has become a neighborhood staple. Their Pizza is awesome as are many other things. Greek salad is the real deal! Delicious and fresh. Chicken wings and fries are served crispy and hot. Perfect. The service and people their, top drawer. Then today we ordered, for the first time, their Potato Skins! They knocked it out of the park. Back in the day all JP peeps will remember the original potato skins from Doyles. Doyles changed their recipe the last few years they were open for a cheaper version. Well, JP House is making the same Old School Skins, using real potatoes, scooped out center, cooked crispy fresh on the outside then the meat of the potato mixed back in with bacon, cheese and a side of cream. Yes! 100% awesome!!

They used to make a very good pizza with home made pizza dough that was of medium thickness, soft and chewy. However the last two pizzas we bought on Saturday Aug 19 were made with pizza shells that looked pre formed and identical to each other, and tasted like cardboard, like you get with frozen pizzas from the grocery store although the toppings were ample and good, just as ordered.Spoke with the manager to register our disappointment and ask if they have changed their recipe, or was this just a fluke /off night. Manager offered no explanation or apology or sympathetic understanding or an enticing offer to give them another try. Not going back there even though it is the closest pizzeria
