"What kind of amazing cheese is on the Famous Philly that I just devoured?? That is no ordinary American cheese... it had mystical powers and melted perfectly on the steak!! I am not a peppers & onion fan, so my sub was as-is and DELICIOUS. This was my first time in a Jersey Mike's, this location opened a couple of months after I moved from the neighborhood last year (but fortunately I am just a few miles away), and now I have every reason to go to Brighton Center to eat!"

"I came to this Watertown location only because we keep passing this in a car ride. Food is what I remembered from the Jamaican playing location, but this takeout was basically self-service kiosk and not even sure if they took cash which worked fine for me and once you place it you get your food. It's a little impersonal honestly, but it's such a tiny space to sit down like two tables and they have this whole back section which seems to be the kitchen I think, it was quite blocked off. Nice to know of this location I think this is just a good place to just take out."

"Food: Haven't been to THIS location, but having gone to Northeastern, the Chutney's location there was DELICIOUS. Every food item that I've tried from there was amazing - dumplings, pizza, rice dishes, all incredible, no complaints at all. It is hearty, filling, warm food, good for all occasions but it is heavy. However it's worth it - portions are sufficient for what you pay for. I'd definitely come back to the Harvard Square location as I was so so sad when the Chutney's near Northeastern's campus closed... literally one of my favorite hidden gems.Location: LOVE Harvard Square - on a nice day, I'd recommend getting some Chutney's and eating it outdoors. So many good restaurants, such a cute area and def lots of outdoor seating. I love Harvard Sq in the Fall/Summer as well, there are usually fairy lights up which makes it so cute."

"Not a bad choice for quick takeout or delivery. Decent spicy chicken sandwich that reminds me of an upgraded version of what you'd find at Wendy's (which is a good thing). Has a nice bite to it and goes well with a toasted by. Chicken tenders were very crispy and pair well with the buffalo blue cheese sauce. I would skip the tots though. You only get a handful for $5 and they are just your basic tots. Parking is tricky because it's street parking and there aren't many spots. You can hop out in front of the store with your hazards on if you are just picking up."

"This was my second time here...And it was absolutely delicious!This time I went to YouTube Shorts & ticktock to see what we should order next, the reviews did NOT disappoint! We ordered their infamous Italian sub with the rosemary cheese bread and I kid you not, it was the best sandwich ever (hence the 5 star rating).... If you don't have allergies like me, ask for it "Mike's way"...The chipotle cheese steak was perfect! They don't make it in front of you, however, they make it fresh to go!! It was also perfectly seasoned... This is my first chain restaurant that I've given back to back good reviews for... I seriously hope they keep this up!! I will definitely be a repeat customer... Y'all come check this spot out!"

They tasted great and came with double corn tortillas and plenty of filling.The salibutes were even better. At just $3.99, they were a thick fried corn tortilla (like a Johnny cake) loaded up with chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and cilantro. They were very filling and plain old delicious!We love these little taquerias. Family owned businesses with fresh made to order food. Well done, Baja!"

It's definitely not the kind of Mexican food I grew up eating, but it still tasted pretty good. I would say the dishes here are more Americanized as opposed to authentic, but nonetheless they're tasty. The prices are decent, but what really won me over was the atmosphere The walls, furniture and decor reminded me of the dozens of restaurants I grew up near. Plus, they were playing bachata (music genre) and it was especially nice to hear since it's been a long time since I've heard it. Actually, it was my first time hearing it since I moved to West Roxbury last July."

"We ordered online for pickup on a Friday evening and it was ready in 10-15 min. There's only a pickup window. The menu has some classic wraps and subs and some not so classic pizzas. I like a good chicken Caesar wrap so I ordered the Chix Caesar. We also got a Philly Cheesesteak. But of course we had to try a pizza, so we got a small cheese pizza with mushrooms and onions. I enjoyed the caesar wrap, which was a decent portion size, but it was heavy on the sauce in my opinion. I'm sure some people crave this, but I would prefer something less than drenched in sauce. The Philly cheesesteak was very generous on the filling. The small cheese pizza was a decent size, maybe too big for me to finish on my own, but most guys I know would need a little more. The pizza toppings of mushrooms, onion, and peppers are free on the cheese pizza, which is great. The pizza is not exactly thin crust but also definitely not pan pizza. I would go back and try some other things like the more unique pizzas. Eventually I would probably get the Caesar wrap again and try to ask for less sauce."

So for close to 50 years, I've driven to and through Framingham. For 99% of those trips, I was in the suburban sprawl of Routes 9 and 30 - Land of Shopping malls, Big box stores and Chain restaurants.But yesterday we went local and ended up in old downtown Framingham. Saxonville Burrito is smack in the middle of a residential and industrial neighborhood. We saw just as many customers walking into Saxonville as driving to it.The interior (as is their parking lot) is quite small with just a few counter seats. So for most of the year, it's a takeout place, but with yesterday's nice weather we took advantage of the tables and chairs set up on the sidewalk in front of the storefront.You order your food by going down the ordering line, and you'll see the various menu ingredients sitting in bins in front of you "Subway" style. Expect to see steak, shrimp, rice, beans, pico, cheese, guacamole, avocado slices, etc.Before you order, you have the difficult decision of choosing exactly what you want to order. You can build your own burrito or bowl, or order one of their nine specialty burritos, nine salads, five flatbreads, seven quesadillas, three pupusas, five tacos, two soups,or twelve appetizers. We ordered off their menu - a Mexico City Salad with added shrimp and a Chicken Quesadilla.My $11.99 Mexico City Salad was described on the menu as "Romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, house rice, tomatoes, tri-color peppers, hard boiled egg, cilantro, shredded Mexican cheese, and avocado". It looked gorgeous, but the advertised hard boiled egg was nowhere to be found. I added on a protein of $4.99 shrimp and that was a good value because it turned out to be ten good sized shrimp. It was a huge and delicious salad and I took half of it home.My wife's $11.99 Chicken Quesadilla was described on the menu as "With grilled onions, grilled peppers, Mexican blend cheese and sour cream on the side". My wife liked it a lot, but because she frequently orders this dish, she commented about the lack of guacamole or salsa that sometimes accompany this dish at similar places. Her portion size was large, and half of hers came home too. Another thing we noticed was the lack of complimentary chips and salsa that seem to be automatic on so many similar places.Our lunch, with a shared $2.79 bottle of sparkling water totaled $38.64 after tax and tip.Bottom line? The large portions of food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was fine, with a nice group of friendly guys working the assembly line. I enjoyed the non-chain local approach to our lunch."
