"Back in the area visiting , after moving out of MA almost a decade ago. We miss the local Jewish delis and diners. Wagon Wheel is the real deal, brunch for champions and family members alike. We tried it all!Banana bread to start was spongy, warm, butter melted, and fresh. We ordered the special breakfast burrito, the Sunshine breakfast with challah French toast, eggs over easy, sides of corn beef hash, turkey bacon and sausage, a veggie Benedict, a tuna melt, & veggie omelette. Everyone loved the food. Service was friendly and quick. The coffee kept flowing. Ed & Ilene- bravo. A new solid staple for the Sharon community. We'll be back for family reunions now that my sister is a local resident."
"Great neighborhood gem, exactly what we were looking for. Large breakfast portions with that old school ambiance. This is how I want my diners always! The service was quick and friendly."

Visit Restaurant Page"A solid brunch spot to meet friends. The interior is very fun and trendy. Food is solid and they have a good menu that's very food allergy friendly which is good. I ordered the chicken and waffles which are on the savory side. It's tasty but could use either more sauce or something as it's a little dry. Next time I'd ask for syrup. The spiked coffee flight was fun to split amongst friends. I only had the mocha one which was good but so strong I almost couldn't finish it oops. Overall not my fav food ever but convenient for friend meet ups and a solid meal."
"*** 11/2019 ***A seasonal specials sheet caught my eye.The Pumpkin Bisque with smoke gouda $5.99 bowl was savory tasty rich, but served lukewarm instead of hot. Both Victoria's Hangover Burger $13.99 (8 oz Angus beef patty topped with a fried egg, smoked bacon, American cheese, smother with black pepper maple syrup aioli) and Victoria's Breakfast Sandwich $10.99 (2 fried eggs, melted pepper jack cheese, famous turkey hash, topped with chipotle mayo) were served on a jumbo English muffin. Both were pretty good. I was just bummed that somehow I always seem to end up with the short end of the stick with my portion of french fries, which by the way, was terrific on this visit.Off the regular menu, the breakfast burrito (shaved sirloin with two scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and pepper jack cheese $10.49) was missing something. It just wasn't particularly well flavored, and the beef came out a bit tough. The portion sufficed though.*** 12/2019 ***New seasonal specials sheet, though there wasn't one on our table, so I borrowed the one I spotted at an empty table not too far away. Two of us ended up sharing two of the specials:Shashuka $14.99This famous breakfast dish from Israel is a delicious mix of 2 poached eggs, smothered with mozzarella and gouda cheese, in a homemade tomato sauce spiced with onions, garlic, cilantro and paprika... Served with a side of toast and homefries or hash browns.Huevos Rancheros $14.99This famous breakfast dish from Mexico is a delicious mix of 2 eggs any style, served with avocado, black beans, cilantro, topped with salsa and shredded cheddar on a corn tortilla.Another friend later commented that traditionally, shashuka is vegetarian, the eggs are cooked in the tomato sauce, and there is no cheese in it.Victoria's may not have been traditional, but somehow the mix with the potato cubes found beneath the gooey saucy cheese with lovely bits of onion and unannounced yet welcome basil leaves was quite tasty, rich, and filling. The other dish was enjoyed by our resident vegetarian. Visually, it was a bit deconstructed a plating, with the tortillas arriving the form of two folded tortilla shells, which we found out could be swapped out for pita upon request. I made myself a breakfast tortilla with my shell.Of the two, I preferred the Shashuka, but if recollections serve me well, I think I may revisit Victoria's Breakfast Sandwich sooner, if it continues to remain on their special roster.*** 1/2020 ***Guess the hash browns were short lived. They weren't offered on this visit when a bunch of ordered omelettes for lunch. The breakfast potatoes were quite good, and they filled the New Market Veggie $10.99 (minus the jalapenos please) quite well with crisp firm vegetables, which made it feel like a sensible healthy option. A DC however wasn't crazy about the sweetened marinade used in their fried chicken.Even though the steak tips in my Victoria's Steak Sandwich on Ciabatta $11.99 came north of the requested medium rare, the meat was still quite pleasantly tender.I've been hankering lately to give their French Toast a try, and only recently realized that their Eggs & Cakes $8.99 come with either pancakes OR french toast ($5.99 a la carte for 2 pieces) with 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes or grits, and choice of toast. Hmmm...No more Monthly Specials for now it seems."
"Hole in the wall so perfectly northern diner style. Being in the south, I've missed the New England corn beef hash with runny poached eggs. Although my eggs came out medium poached, it was quickly fixed and everything was delicious. The meat was so flavorful. The potatoes looked like they might be bland but they were heavily seasoned and crispy on the outside. Only catch is they do not serve free refills, but the coffee mugs are pretty big. They also let you know before simply pouring another cup which I find pretty considerate these days."
"We got excellent Italian, turkey and tuna subs! We are looking forward to going back soon"
"Loved this little place! Took a risk going on Father's Day, but we got there early enough to have only a small line. Tried the French toast and linguica (both delicious) and my other half had the hash omelette (outstanding homemade hash). The place is tiny but well worth the visit. Everyone was so nice to us and they kept asking us if we wanted more coffee and water. My new favorite place in Boston to go for a diner breakfast! Also, you can take the #9 bus to Castle Island to get there."
"Andy's Diner has the home town go to vibe that we love to find on a breakfast restaurant! Our AirBnB host recommended this as one of their favorite go to so we decided to try it out. It was also a short walk from the Porter Station. Our waitress was so friendly and was at our table within a minute of us sitting down. She took our order and within 15 minutes we had all of our food. The portion sizes were insane and we were not even able to finish all of the food we ordered. The prices were all very reasonable for how much food you got.I highly recommend stopping Andy's Diner if you are looking for a big breakfast to hold you over for a big day of walking around Boston. Just know you won't be hungry until dinner!"
"Great diner although it can get busy!Prices are good and the staff was friendly.Items we ordered (as of 8/2022)- The Big Rig - $14 - Pancakes were phenomenal with just the right amount of sweetness. Crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Eggs were cooked to order perfectly as well. Great value for the price.- Grilled Reuben - $12 - Darn tasty. Corned beef was delicious and the size was great for the price. Got the cole slaw as the side which was okay but nothing special. I'd get fries next time.Overall for the price you pay this is a great location for a fantastic brunch."
"I LOVE Caribbean food. I've been trekking to Singh's roti shop for months and I finally looked into a roti shop closer to home. Ali's looked great! Close by, a very similar menu, and cheap!I came in on Saturday around 4pm and they had everything ready to go. I got one goat curry roti and one chicken curry roti. Both were delicious! I ordered small for both and it was enough for 1 meal per person. I had a really hard time saving any of it because it was too tasty. I'll order large next time! The price difference is about 4 dollars between the small ($10) and the large ($14).The sides I ordered consisted of string beans, potato, and chickpeas. You get to have 2 per roti. I thought that the sides were only okay. Singh's sides are definitely better but this is a decent substitute. Anyways, the curries were PERFECT. Less bones in the goat and the chicken was amazingly soft. Only downside was that neither roti had a ton of meat. BUT, they had enough. I will be coming back all the time!!"
"Had breakfast with my Daughter-in-law & 2 year old grandson at the L Street Diner & Pizzeria. We were the only ones there early on a November Saturday morning. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Teddy had pancakes that looked really good. My DIL had a 4 egg omelette-wowza! It came with toast & home fries. A good value for around $8. I had Eggs Benedict which was delicious. The ham on it was so juicy & tender. It also came with home fries. The coffee was good and our server came back several times to refill our cups. My only negative comment is that our food could have come out quicker since we were the only ones there when we ordered. And my home fries weren't particularly hot. Otherwise, I see no reason not to return."

The food was good. The service was excellent. It was all it was posted about on Facebook. The only thing I feel bad about was that they had specials that day and we were not told about them. We only saw them until we were walking out the door to leave they were on a chalkboard against the wall. We would have tried something that was a special instead plus on top of that unfortunately it was a bit more than I anticipated spending with a tip. It was $22 for two copies and a muffin and English muffin and a hash brown. I thought that was a bit much, but other than that it was very clean and wonderful inside.

A very solid diner experience. Menu was expensive with options for everyone. The space has a few tables in back in addition to several barstools at the counter. The chicken ranch sandwich was delicious and would recommend. Also tried a few bites of my sisters burger and it was very good.

Such a cool retro hip vibe in this culinary forward place! Everything on the menu sounded delicious, it was hard to chose! Loved the appetizer sampler! The tots were moist, crunchy and full of flavor! The sauce was creamy, cheesy, and perfection! The cinnamon bread churro bites were sweet deliciousness and the breakfast egg rolls tasted like a crisp deviled egg. I got the chicken cordon bleu Bennie. Super yummy smoked ham, cheddar and the poached egg was done perfectly!! The sauce was tangy, mildly spicy and excellent! Can't say enough how really tasty this was!! The hash quiche potato hash brown bowels was creative-crispy and bright!! Really yummy! I had the mimosa flight and have to say they were all perfection! Sweet, hints of flavor, slightly tart and beautifully presented! The raspberry (flower in it) was my absolute fav! My friend had the Bloody Mary flight: the pickle one being the star of the flight! The maple bacon was too sweet....it really didn't marry the flavors very well but I could see how someone might like it. We enjoyed our pre-new years eve celebration at the Friendly toast! Oh and the staff were really really super friendly! Love the smiles!

Had a fun breakfast here with my daughter and our friend. We were looking for a place we could enjoy which had some parking, since it was our last stop before heading back to NJ. This place was pretty close to our hotel. It's a fun, retro diner, that perfect combination of old grunge and great food. We parked, sat down and were able to order right away. I had a Belgian waffle. My daughter had a strawberry banana smoothie and the Rehab: two eggs, bacon and pancakes. She said it was all delicious. My friend had eggs, corned beef hash and a side of grits.Everything was great, we enjoyed everything and we had a blast. Being able to pay from your phone by scanning a QR code was good, too.Since 1949 - they have to be doing something right!

Tiny little spot, seemingly run by Emilio and his wife. Amazing Italian sub, and the steak and cheese looked so good we had to come back the next day to try. Did not disappoint.

I ate here for breakfast with my family on a trip to Cambridge last week. Andy's is reasonably priced, old school place with a simple menu serving diner comfort food. The staff was friendly and most of the patrons appeared to be regulars from the neighbourhood.
Visit Restaurant Page"My absolute favorite brunch spot in Cambridge! There is a long wait time, specially on weekend mornings, but honestly it just flies by when you're catching up with a friend.Their baklava pancakes are a must order, absolutely unique and delicious and hits the spot. The service is also very quick and the folks working there are so kind. Really great experience here!"
"I visited this MA diner due to the great reviews. I am so glad I listened to yelp. Nice sized lot for the busy part of town. The staff was VERY friendly that I wished I lived closer. The retro vibe was so inviting.Food was tasty. The corn muffins were fresh. They were so good that I took one to go.I'll be back"
"Guess who showed up in Boylston Massachusetts! On the honky-tonk 140 corridor? Former head chef at Amaia and the beloved, but defunct Fish Restaurant, and Wine bar drumroll please! Chef Bairos! Looking refreshed and as passionate as ever, he has emerged in this adorable little diner to do what he does best and loves the most - cook with heart and soul, and feed people. I talked to a couple of the very happy diners here, one of them had to jump over a heaping plate of fried chicken and waffles. It was so big! It was climbing Mount Everest chicken-ness. Her mom was feasting on gluten-free French toast, and was drooling, swooning and almost convulsed. Since he cracked away on my visit, I had to go for the lobster roll. His twist on lobster roll was totally ok in my book. A hint of herbs and country mustard, packed in the buttery toasted roll... mmm so good. I didn't go with the BLT lobster roll (both specials of the day), because I wanted to just have LOBSTAH. LOTS of meat. Reasonably priced at $20.00.He's just starting, and as we expect from Chef... he's going to kill it! For now, be UBER PATIENT. The place is small, he's only been open for a handful of days and he is working on nailing down the flow, sourcing his stuff and working on his old recipes and coming up with new ones. Expect longer hours (right now only Bfast and lunch Tues-Friday), after Labor Day, when he will start opening weekends. He looks forward to dinner, his traditional plated, 3 course upper scale meal. It will be interesting to see how he pulls it off in this minute space with big heart. The home made hash was a bit messy for me, but the flavor was there (I'm not a fan of green pepper and it had quite a bit), meaty and juicy. The lobster bisque was a tad salty, but I brought home and added some cream. Delicious. Server was really sweet, but a bit off. Then again, they are learning the dance. Soon the choreo will be a Riverdance production. No doubt in my mind! There WILL be growing pains. But we know his food. The guy has a magic touch, and a great palate. Can't wait to come back.I'm coming back for bifana next!!! AND CHICKEN AND WAFFLES!Yeah. I'll be back!"
"A true gem in brighton! Great service and great place to pick up some good food for a reasonable price. Love the Rachael wrap and the Jim's style hot dog -- the flavors tied in so well and love the amount of bacon and meat in each. For the hot dog, I love how the bun held up well while carrying so much inside and that it doesn't break apart. I definitely want to come back to try some more of their options. But I was not a huge fan of their French toast -- I would not come back for this again, but would be open to see if their other breakfast options are tastier."
"What's a girl from the north shore doing around cape verdian territory (cape verdian restaurant next door). When I was told that this was the restaurant we were going to for a quick brunch I automatically thought of Family Dollar. I'm sure I'm not alone in that one. This family owned restaurant is super welcoming, from the owner to the waitress. I'm glad we got a chance to dine in and supported local family owned businesses. My tuna melt was deliciously affordable. I understand businesses are losing out on a lot of money because people are not vaccinated and can not dine in because of the mandate however, those that are please be prepared to show your vaccination card/or pull it up on your phone. You don't want to lose an opportunity to try this place. Parking lot in the rare of the building."
"This place is 50's style starting with the exterior of the luncheonette right down to the counter and booths.I set down at the counter and had to wait for server. The man responsible for the booths also handled the counter.I had an omelette with cantaloupe, no toast or hash browns. The substitution was free. I had the south of the border omelette; salsa, guacamole, jalapeño peppers and cheese. The omelette had to be three eggs. I don't know what they do to get them so fluffy. There is a parking lot out front. The potion size was healthy.I would return in the future."
"Omg! You have to come here for the omelettes. They are absolutely huge and I could only eat a third.Made with 5-6 eggs for the same price as other breakfast places. Under $10.50 with Scali bread and home fries.Been in business here for over 30 years and the owner was a great guy.The help are all wonderful people as well, so no wonder it's a local to go place.Remember, cash only. That's how they keep prices low."
"A really broad breakfast menu at moderate prices. My sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel was a great way to start the day. Lots of coffee. Not fancy, but very friendly and comfortable. I'll definitely be back here."
"Great service at the bar. The chicken Marsala was great. The spaghetti bowl was good too. The sauce is fantastic. Large portion of sangria too."
"I really enjoyed this diner as the food is fresh and delicious...no nonsense. Good menu for breakfast brunch and lunch. Seems to have a good crowd of all sorts coming in. I enjoyed my egg sandwich and home fries. I sampled the buttermilk pancakes which were delicious too. Ambiance is casual and supposed to be a very historical which I love. Love the diner ambiance."
"Stopped by just before the 1 pm rush and got seated immediately. I had the buttermilk short stack with pork sausage and my friend had the turkey club. Had to ask for the air conditioner to be turned down (it was freezing, and I like it cold). Waitress accommodated request by adjusting the fin on the mini split. Thank you! Pancakes were HUGE and I love old fashioned sausage links. Took half home for later! Club was substantially sized as well. "Best fries I've had in my life" says friend."
"Love the vibes and the food!LOCATION: Plenty of parking in a lot and space inside is pretty big inside that consists of large booths and counter seats.MENU: They offer all the classics from eggs benedict, omelette, sandwiches, pancakes and coffee. FOOD: I ordered the corned hash and eggs and was slightly disappointed when how little meat came with it but the taste was great. Also ordered the Elvis ' favorite which was chocolate chip pancakes, banana and peanut butter which was very delicious! SERVICE: Everyone was so nice and even the owner came out to make rounds and say hello to everyone."
"We stopped here before a Harvard tour, we decided to stop for breakfast. We decided on the friendly toast, what a fun place! The decor is awesome, it's a combination many fun knick knacks. The staff is very friendly, and not overbearing which is always key.I had delicious eggs Benedict, and coffee with an OJ. I actually came back in the afternoon after I was on my own, I had noticed a Bloody Mary flight so I was curious, they were all delicious with unique flavors! Loved my experience and hope I have the chance to go back again"
"I am not a breakfast person, but massavediner has changed my mind.My wife and I went on a Sunday to this cute diner in Cambridge with a vintage interiorEvery table and counter was packed with people. The Service was smooth and Friendly. We started off with their handcrafted Cappuccino & Strawberry Banana Smoothie. The Smoothie was loaded with real fruits and you can definitely taste it. The Cappuccino was strong and rich. Here is what we ordered: Donnie's BlackBerry Raspberry Pancake topped with Fresh Banana,Pulled Pork Benedict (Special Menu), Homemade Turkey Club,Reuben (Turkey). Blackberry Raspberry Pancake was surprisingly Fluffy, Sweet, & Tasty . It was stuffed with fresh Berries.Pulled Pork Benedict was tender & savory. The egg was perfectly poached on an English muffin. Turkey Club & Reuben (Turkey) were made with Real thick quality Turkey. The Turkey Club had all the classical elements to it. The Bacon was super crispy with fresh Lettuce & Tomato. They offer both Corn Beef & Turkey for the Reuben, but I wanted to switch it up. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of Swiss cheese, Russian dressing & sauerkraut on it. They blended so well together.Go Check them out at"
"We had another marvelous breakfast this morning. Today we sat outside and the choice to do so, was correct. The area is quiet and there was a nice cool breeze.I got the Irish omelette and it was perfect. The serving was enough for two, but this Irish guy polished off his breakfast. My gf got another type off omelettte which had cheddar cheese and it too was out of this world. Both came with toast and home fries.Hilda took care of us and the service was great.Thank you Hilda.."
"I've never visited in person, but I order takeout from here regularly and my lowkey favorite: the blueberry muffin. Griddled with butter, it's the perfect mix of salty and sweet. Among other faves, the breakfast sandwiches on oversized English muffins are enormous and so satisfying, and the hash is excellent. The only thing I've tried that I haven't loved is the French toast, which could just be because it didn't hold up well during delivery (sort of ended up in a giant congealed mass). Overall, absolute win."
"Nice place to grab some sandwiches on the way home. The reuben isn't bad. The interior makes it look like you're at an old timey place."
"Menu prices are off by about $2 but you do get a large portion of fries and a nice big homemade half sour pickle (not dill). This is a local business and not tech savvy so just be prepared for that. It's a cash only business. I got the BLT and it was goodBut it was $5.69 online on the menu from their websiteAnd then in person on the menu for $10.99 with fries and pickleBut the final price on the bill was $12.99. It is stated on the menu that all prices are subject to change. Staff are nice ladies who run a tight ship. I came for lunch on Monday and it was easy to be seated. Calm crowd and classic diner feel. Very retro frozen in time from an actual point in history -- not like donut villa diner where they retro-fit an existing space into a diner in a way that uses cheap wall decorations. Kelly's is authentically old and they have cool non-functional mini juke boxes on each table booth"
"All around good diner. Everything you'd expect from a typical diner except it's actually a decent size so you may not have to wait as long as other places around the area.Food was good - pretty average but that's expected, and the prices were fair. Service was friendly and I'd go back next time I'm over in the area."
"Eddie knows how to serve up an omelette. He opens at 6:00 on a Sunday. This is unheard of!Perfect if I want to make it to the health club by 7:00.I just had a broccoli omelette with no toast or hash browns. The omelette had at least three eggs. Toast and hashbowns are offered as part of the meal. I just decided to pass this time. It still hit the spot. There were four booths and a counter with stools against the wall. I took a seat a booth where Eddie took my order and brought my omelette out to me. It took him about 5 minutes to make my omelette. Speedy Gonzales! It was clean, neatly picked up. now I I know who is open early for breakfast.I would return if I am in the area."
"Lovely little diner! Not even that crowded Sunday during lunch. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it's the epitome of classic, basic, diner food. Exactly what I wanted on this day while traveling through town."
"This old school spot makes some of the best breakfast/brunch food Ive had in inner boston. The staff been there a while and know all the regulars. The place is a tiny hole in the wall but takes me back to the 80's and 90 when step into it!Best of all its not expensive at all. From pancakes to corn beef hash and grits you won't be disappointed."
"We had an amazing lunch experience at The Cottage yesterday at the Wellesley location! I've been a "Cottage" lover for a while, but have been so sad since it closed in the Chestnut Hill location. However, this location is just as great! The restaurant is clean, classy, and has ample outdoor seating. It was a very nice day so we chose to sit outdoors. The service here is wonderful. All of the waitstaff and hostess were so nice and added to a great dining experience. We started off with some warm bread and butter, which were AMAZING, and ordered two "Watermelon Breeze" spa drinks. They were excellent! Tasted just like biting into a fresh watermelon fruit, though I would've liked them to be a bit sweeter. They also came with a hint of blueberry/blackberry, which was a great addition. For food, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which came with a side of fries, and my mom got the chicken salad sandwich and bowl of chicken tortilla soup combo. Everything was so delicious! My grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and the sandwich was assembled well. The cheese and fresh avocado were great addition, and it all paired well with the mixed greens and chipotle sauce. The fries were above average, so crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Definitely something to write home about. My mom's chicken salad sandwich was great, with some sweetness added to it because of the raisins. I also had to steal some of her chicken tortilla soup because it was just so good. I really liked the crunchy tortilla strips, and don't even get me started on the melted cheese, GAME CHANGER!!! A must try lunch restaurant in Linden Square!"
