First off the woman who is behind the counter is the nicest person. So sweet and accommodating. I look so forward to Brookline market on Thursday so I can get a sandwich from Cutty's. I don't know anyone who has better sandwiches.

Window service only but you can order online and service is quick. Tried out the Ham Dijon sandwich. I was expecting it to be a lot bigger based on the photo on the online menu. The ham was prosciutto rather than a deli ham, and there could have been a lot more of it. However, the flavors of the pickles/butter/dijon was very well balanced. I would try other sandwiches, but wouldn't get this one again.

I had their famous Fried Chicken Sandwich which is limited to once a month and requires advance ordering... this sandwich is nothing short of epic.Nestled between a light, airy brioche bun, the sandwich boasts juicy chicken, housemade ranch, BBQ, pickles, and lettuce. The seemingly simple combination turns out to be a match made in heaven. Each flavor complements the other in perfect harmony, resulting in a truly addictive experience.However, there's a slight downside--the exclusive availability for pick-up or delivery. While it ensures accessibility, the chicken tends to lose some of its crispiness in transit. On the bright side, the thin coating on the chicken keeps the entire sandwich intact as you indulge, adding to the overall satisfaction of the dining experience.

Biting into a roast beef 1000 is the definition of a slice of heaven. Soft pillowy bun, piles of flavorful fatty sliced beef, and a zesty thousand island sauce that is a party in your mouth. What more could you want in a sandwich?This online order only, walk up window operation that operates only a few days a week during lunch hours can be a bit annoying but maybe the scarcity is what makes it even more special when you do happen to get a sandwich on a blue moon.

Take-out only, so order ahead online. We got the Greens Shallot with turkey and the Rabe T.J. with turkey. Both were improved with the addition of turkey, but the Rabe T.J. I think would have been a great sandwich without it. The Greens Shallot, though, was a similar texture throughout with a lot of swiss chard (which adds a lot of moisture), so the turkey (or some protein) felt necessary. The bread was really nice on both.

Great egg sandwich this morning, with bacon. Plus I had the turkey for lunch this week too. Lucky me! Incredible food, with a nice online ordering experience. Food ready as promised.

Had the once month BBQ chicken sandwich today. A big portion of Crunchy and very juicy chicken. The sauce was very flavorful and the roll it was on was high quality as well. I would eat the sandwich immediately as I can see the heavy sauce making the breading soggy pretty quick. I'd say the sandwich was worth the hype and will be getting it again next month

This place doesn't look like much when you walk by. There's no seating, and you just see a counter by the sidewalk to place orders. However, it's usually hard to miss, especially considering the line of people outside waiting to place orders or pickup their food. The menu is simple and small, but satisfying. The sandwiches are simply amazing!! All the ingredients feel very fresh. I had the Roast Beef 1000 and it was awesome. The meat was thinly sliced, fresh and very soft. Each bite has a satisfying blast of flavor from the dressing. I added some extra pickles which perfectly paired with the flavor. The rest of the group had the Greens Shallot and the Turkey 1000, and they had similar feedback. The one word we kept repeating was "fresh". We'll definitely be back at Cutty's next time we're in the neighborhood.

Pros:-Super Cluckin' Sunday chicken sandwich. I've only had the BBQ ranch so far but will be sure to try the Honey Mustard ASAP. Order ahead on the Monday before (instructions on their website) because it sells out and pick up is a breezeThe BBQ ranch chicken sandwich is delicious. The chicken is tender, sauces are tasty and overall it is a delightful experience that I can't wait to repeat!
