Wow wow wow! I am a pastry fanatic and this place absolutely hit the spot! It's on the first floor of a hotel called the Omni. When you enter the front doors, turn left and you'll see a sign with a rooster. You'll notice a glass case with beautiful baked creations! The strawberry cruffin in the display immediately caught my eye--I had to have it! This thing is huge--easily the size of an infant's head.Don't sleep on the ham and Gruyère croissant--it's fantastic. You know the instant you bite into it that you are dealing with an exceptional pastry. The cheese flavor is excellent!

Skip the line at the Italian bakeries and head straight to the lobby of The Omni Hotel!!! Seriously this little coffee house is SO yummy that it is a big reason why I book this hotel every time I'm in Boston! Hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso and an almond croissant heated and your morning is destined to be great! Customer service there is impeccable with genuine gratitude no matter how long the line. There is seating with small tables or seats at the bar. You can also go relax with your coffee and pastries in the lobby hotel. Boston prides themselves on good cuisine with the North side bakeries, but I would take this yummy gem instead hands down!! @YelpBoston

It's rare when pastries look so gorgeous that I stop and say "wow". This hotel lobby coffee shop has exquisite pastries, and while not a coffee drinker, their tea was good, too. Service moved people through the busy morning line well, and so it was a much better than expected hotel lobby coffee experience.

Someone suggested I try Cocorico for my daily cappuccino! The barista made me a deliciously smooth cappuccino. They also serve delicious pastries and sandwiches that are made fresh daily! If you go for breakfast try the California, you're welcome!

Located in the Omni Hotel, this "lobby" Cafe offers a good selection of baked goods. The raspberry pistachio croissant is particularly good. Line can get rather long in the morning but service is prompt and friendly.

I don't understand the hype. The pastries look pretty, especially when other people post on social media. The reality--at least for me, and based on two separate visits to be sure--is that it's supermarket quality. Chocolate Croissant: Seemed industrially manufactured (and not same day), dry, and of low quality chocolate. No crackle. No butteriness.Raspberry Pistachio Croissant: The prettiest of the bunch, but give me a croissant with personality. I did like the raspberry, which was along the lines of an old school jelly donut. The croissant itself was again dry and not fresh.Almond Croissant: The best of the bunch, again with no butteriness or freshness, but a slight crackle and ample filling of tasty and very creamy almond cream.Seating is limited. There's the option of taking your bounty to a hotel comfy chair.

Got the strawberry cruffin and raspberry/pistachio croissant...both AMAZING! Would probably pick the pistachio/raspberry croissant if I had to pick 1. The cruffin was so good but messy with the liquid filling. Both are good thoughIt's worth it!

Loved this hidden gem! I never have super high expectations for hotel lobby food but cocorico had solid pastries! I got the chocolate almond croissant, which was crispy, buttery, and decadent. It was quite sweet and heavy, though. The seating area is pretty small but there weren't that many people there. There are a bunch of outlets, but overhead lighting is a bit dim--still a decent place to get work done. My main gripe is that the pastry prices aren't listed :(

Love the vibe and convenient location in the Omni lobby. The staff are fine, not overly friendly, there to get the orders in and orders out. I got a decaf americano that was way, way too bitter, and also way, way too hot considering they don't have sleeves available. I had to ask for another cup to protect my hand, and there wasn't much care when the coffee lid that wasn't completely closed, popped off, and spilled burning hot coffee on my hand. The almond croissant, though pricey ($7ish?) was huge, heavy, and filling. It took me about 2 days to finish it, and every bite remained flaky, buttery, and filled with almond paste. So if you're looking for a delectable value, it'd be their baked goods.

Food- delicious Cubano coffee...would have been perfect if just a little hotter.Service- friendlyAmbiance- more like a grab and go coffee spot, even though there is some seating.Only tried the coffee, but they have a variety of different pastries.Would recommend this place for great coffee. The line is always long but moves fast, so do not let the line intimidate you from grabbing a coffee.
