I went here in December 2022 and loved my experience here. I was able to find seating at the bar on a busy Friday night. I ordered 2 drinks - a bright blue cocktail and a hot pink one after. Both were delicious. The service was a bit slow because of how busy the restaurant was, but the bartender totally made it up to us by giving us free shooters! The shot was blue and sparkly and also amazing. Overall I really liked it here. I'm not sure if the bar is still open or if it's just an event space now, but I would go back to this bar.

We had reservations for 7:30, and when we got there, the place was decently busy - a few empty tables here and there - so we were seated immediately. We ordered quickly after perusing the (rather short) menu, most of which was either small plates and cocktails .Our first plate was the hainan chicken arancini. I really liked the contrast in textures between the crispy exterior and the tender chicken and rice mix on the inside. Overall flavour was not bad, too, but I'm not sure that it was exactly good enough to merit the price point of $18. Next was the Xi'an street noodles, which was probably my favourite dish of the meal. The noodles were very well cooked - chewy but not too soft - and I loved the sauce, with the gentle peanut aroma on top of the various spices they used. One comment was that the chilli crisp, which was tasty, was very lacking (in amount) and as a consequence the dish was really not spicy at all. Finally we had the chilli crisp buffalo chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the chicken was boneless (I was expecting something more like chicken wings), which made for very clean eating :) The buffalo sauce was nice (and perhaps a bit spicier than the aforementioned chilli crisp) and the chicken itself was very rich and juicy. Portion size was quite large too and overall I was very happy with this plate. For drinks we ordered the Jaded, which was a fun matcha-themed cocktail (even the marshmallow was matcha-flavoured) and a (spirit-free) cranberry limeade, which was surprisingly refreshing and sweet.Overall a yummy meal, but definitely very expensive. I would be interested to try some more of their cocktails, which seem very creative, but I'm not sure if I would be keen to come again primarily for the food. (To be fair, though, this is often the modus operandi of these restaurants that specialise in small plates and drinks )

Great Cocktails, Average Food. I hovered between 3 and 4 stars here - ultimately deciding on 3 because while this is a great place to hang and grab drinks, the food is disappointing. Everyone was friendly and attentive but the food took a while to come out and it was just average. The best thing was the curry noodles and even those were a little bland. Also it was fairly expensive so I expected bigger portions or at least better flavor. Drinks on the other hand were delicious!

Came for drinks on a weeknight and it was a pleasant surprise. The interior is cozy and would definitely suggest coming here for a 'nicer' dinner / drinks night. The vibe can be either casual or formal depending on your mood. We got the Jaded and the Banana Espress and oh man they were both delicious! 100% want to go back and try their other drinks. We ordered the roasted mushroom greens and it was phenomenal. All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The bartender was really knowledgable and attentive. My 4 star rating is due to the price. It was slightly over priced but it wouldn't stop me from going back for a special dinner.

Service is good! The staff are nice. The food is okay. It's an American / Asian fusion restaurant. I think most of the food was not very flavorful, just tasted like fried carbs. That's just my preference though. I probably won't go again after this second time here. My first time was good! (I can review later.) Their menu changes seasonally I believe, but it's really hit or miss. For the photos, we got like 6 pieces of food, but that was easily $35 ... crazy. There were other pieces not in the pictures. We got the Xi'An Street Noodles and my friends really liked it. Again, price probably not worth for what you can get in a genuine Asian establishment! One thing I hated about this second time was seating. We were seated on the right-side when you first walk in. It's away from the nice ambiance (left side with the greenery) and was very dark! Kinda killed the mood with my girls! The one thing I love are the drinks! Drinks are so delicious. Never had a bad drink here. TLDR; Food is hit or (mostly) miss if you're Asian or eat a lot of Asian food. Go for drinks. Don't let them seat you in the dark corner!

I feel like I tried pretty much over half the items on this menu. The menu is only like 12 items anyway so there's not much to pick from. Luckily for me, I suffer from chronic indecisiveness, this made it easier for me to pick which items I want to eat and made me feel less...anxious. In reference to that photo with a circle of food:Now from the (top, clockwise): the chicken dish, salad, kimchi thing (would not recommend), that pasta (wonton?) thing, and the noodles (bomb af would recommend 1000%)Not the best at memorizing the names of these fancy dishes but I think my descriptions would definitely allow you to decipher it. The chicken dish is 3 balls with this sriracha mayo sauce and I would give it a solid 8/10, crispy and crunchy on the outside, filling on the inside. Salad--take it as you will, but it is a salad. Kimichi thing (has kimchi in the title of the food so you'll figure it out!) is probably my least favorite. Basically, it just stacked sliced potatoes with melted cheese on and a piece of kimchi on top. The kimchi to potato ratio was a little off but maybe the name was just potato slices with kimchi on top and I didn't know because I am ignorant. Totally my fault but would not order it again. That wonton looking thing, SLAPS, juicy and ~moist~, your average wonton, can't go wrong with it. The noodles, is my favorite of this restaurant. Good portion (but could easily haven't eaten 2), great consistency, not too chewy but definitely doesn't disintegrate from picking it up either. It is paired with this spicy numbing sauce that is just *mwah* chefs kiss and would get this again and would recommend it as well. Our server, super nice and attentive. Bottom line, good food and good service. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

I was really excited to try this new place especially since the menu seemed Asian influenced. The interior is really nice and aesthetic and the staff is nice as well! However the food and pacing that the food came out, was very odd and not quite what I expected. We got the Southern Fried Shoyu Chicken, the Pork Belly adobo and the xian street noodle. The dishes took a really long time to come out especially the noodles. We weren't able to enjoy all the dishes together because the noodles took a really long time. The other 2 dishes still took longer than expected and the first got cold before the second came. The Shoyu fried chicken was a decent portion but the flavors were odd, it had a weird taste to it that just didn't fit my palette. The pork belly adobo was shredded or just chopped into weird pieces which I did not expect since I feel like for pork belly the point is to eat it in slices with the meat and the fat but the flavor was nice and was probably the best dish of the night. It was very heavy however and very oily. The xian noodles had the spicy sauce but I feel like the flavors were not very strong, the spice was numbing but it wasn't flavorful and the noodles were a pasta noodle which I feel like didn't go well with the sauce. We also tried the banana espresso martini drink which was very strong. Additionally the menu is pretty pricey especially for tapas dishes. Lastly what bumped this from a 3 to a 2 was that they charge for water and it wasn't cheap I believe it was $5 (maybe $3 not sure). But I was definitely surprised when I saw the check. Overall wasn't too happy with my dinner.

Wow wow wow. Best brunch I've had in some time. Waiter was on point and friendly from the start - great and attentive service from start to end, even tipped him a little more. To start we ordered drinks around the table. In order of my personal preference: Irish coffee, lavender mimosa, grapefruit mimosa (my order) and Bloody Mary (never a fan of it to begin with). Super unique flavors and would come back to try and order my own full order of the Irish coffee - only had a sip to taste test. We ordered 5 dishes among 4 people - we were stuffed but so happy to have ordered that amount to get to try a variety of dishes. This review is based on their winter 2022 season. I absolutely loved the chicken and waffle - the waffle was sweet which offset the chicken and the amazing potato home fries with the kimchi mayo sauce. I would most definitely order again. The breakfast set with the mackerel fish was unique and different - wouldn't think of eating fish for brunch and was delicious with the little side dishes and miso soup - glad to have ordered for the experience but not sure I'd order again if I were by myself. The smoked salmon Benedict was also good in my opinion and the home fries really helped hit the spot but nothing special. The last dish we had was the locomoco. I've had the local dish in Hawaii and this definitely tiered equally to what I've tried. Would 10/10 visit again for brunch - heard the menu rotates seasonally so this hooks me back! Also heard brunch size and portion is more generous than dinner but haven't personally tried.

Meh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Asian fusion can always be a hit or a miss and Cloud & Spirits is unfortunately the latter. I can appreciate the creativity behind these dishes but overall the taste wasn't there. The best thing I had was the sweet potato croquette but even that wasn't incredible. At the end of the day, I've had each of these dishes better somewhere else. Each dish was really just missing something to punch it up. Like the flatbread tasted really bland and there wasn't enough pork belly to taste the difference. The shoyu chicken was comically over breaded like 70% breading. The ginger in the arancini completely overpowered everything. The duck wonton was fine again nothing incredible.

2.5 starsTldr: good drinks, very pricey everything, pay for the ambiance/instagrammabilityI got the beet drink and my fiancé had the jaded, both of which we enjoyed. But $16 per felt steep. Our other friends got a spicy tequila drink that came with a dried blood orange slice that they lit on fire - fun for the picture but made our whole table smell very smoky. The food is nothing to write home about and for the prices, pretty disappointing. The buffalo fried chicken was a lot of tempura and not a lot of chicken for $28, and the quickle salad was a tiny portion of what could've been garnish for $9. Service was the other redeeming quality, they gave our birthday girls a complimentary shot which was sweet! But overall I don't plan to return.
