"I have been driving by this place for over 25 years, in some way shape or fashion. NEVER been in, but had kept telling myself that I WOULD! Headed over to Thairiffic and it was CLOSED at 2 pm on a Sunday. Seriously. I was in DIRE NEED of Thai fried rice and/or Pad Thai. With a ravenous hunger, I drove from downtown to out town, pulled up and immediately was transported to the 80's, Florida style. Yep, the 80's are calling and they want their carpet and flamingo pink colors back. If the super dated and tiredness of the restaurant don't put you off - stick with it Pepe the Prawn, because the heaping plate of seafood fried rice and the house pad thai will kick your craving to the curb... So much that I have ordered for hungry crowds and delightfully taken out. AND THAT PEANUT DRESSING ON SALAD? KILLER!Friendly, delicious, dated and divine in a pinch. Affordable too. So why not?"
"Tom yum soup has excellent Thai spiciness. Authentic Bangkok experience for those who love Asian cuisine."

"So, it's Lent season. Which means I get sushi on fridays for the next few weeks and of course my husband says "is there a place we can go to that has chinese and sushi?" enter my search for both. I am writing this realizing this was ordered for Thursday, but today is friday, so as I write this I am craving sushi because yes, it's lent. (don't judge me)Sei Bar always pops up on my delivery/pick up searches and I really don't have an answer for you why I have avoided it so much, I guess I have my favorites and I leave it at that. Well that changed last night. I decided why not give it a try, order for pick up and go from there. We got two hand rolls, two maki rolls, crab rangoons and a pork fried rice. Now I'm particular about my rice (see my other reviews lol) and when my husband requested pork fried rice i immediately became sour because I haven't had a pork fried rice I absolutely loved or cared for or liked or enjoyed. I'm also VERY particular about my fried rice so I really didn't have much expectation. And thank goodness I was proven wrong by this restaurant. The sushi was good - I'd come back again for that. But I would come back sooner for that darn pork fried rice! What made it so good was the aroma, the char siu pork (sp?) was VERY flavorful and wasn't that fatty, the rice morsels were still in tact. It was just good quality fried rice and I was so happy about that! It was really good! I am excited to go back and try other menu items and maybe eat inside next time!"
"Very happy with our visit to Riceberry. We dined in on a Saturday night. Small dining area, cozy ambiance except that it was a little chilly inside. Service was attentive but not overbearing. For starters we ordered the crispy spring rolls and golden triangles (deep fried tofu). Both came with very yummy dipping sauces. For mains, we got the butternut squash curry with tofu and the ginger stir fry with chicken. The ginger stir fry had a nice assortment of veggies that tasted fresh but the sauce was just a little bland to my liking. The butternut squash curry was very good, no notes there. I thought the coconut curry sauce complemented the squash very well. Will definitely be back!"
"We had a great first experience at Thai Food Theory. We stopped in about half an hour before close to order takeout and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and has several small tables as well as a cozy sitting area. I didn't even take pictures of the food because we devoured it but it was awesome. Our family of 6 spend just over $60 on 2 appetizers and 3 main dishes, everything was delicious. We got scallion pancakes and golden purses, pad Thai, pineapple rice, and massaman curry. We're Thai food connoisseurs and we were very impressed with the flavors. The pineapple rice especially was very unique! It will definitely be our go to spot for Thai!"
"3 for the Wellesley location, the other two locations may very well be mind-glowingly good. But the food/service here was not up to par, especially for the prices. Of the dishes we ordered, only two or three were vaguely memorable. Yelp, you led me wrong with this one. *shakes fist at the sky*Food: The menu is split between Thai and Japanese. We ordered the shrimp shumai as an appetizer, which was one of the better things we ordered: thin wrapper, flavorful filling. The Thai entrees were where things fell apart. I got the hot ginger dish with tofu, with a medley of veggies. Taste was all right and the tofu amount was generous but nothing stood out to me with this dish. It certainly didn't contain anything that justified the $17 price tag (not counting the side of rice, which you have to order separately, see rant below). Also tried the unagi nigiri and the fatty salmon belly, both were not bad. Everything else, including the royal broccoli, was similarly mid and had the same "brown sauce" flavor. Portions were criminally small for the price. I had to eat a snack at home afterwards (and I don't have the largest appetite in the world).Indulge me with a mini-rant. Laughing Monk charges extra for a side of rice for all the entrees that normally come with rice. Ask any self-respecting Asian person if they will eat a stir fry or anything sauce-y without rice. I don't like it when restaurants do this sort of nickel and diming. Just make the entree more expensive to build in the cost of rice. Don't even get me started on the $2 side of wasabi and pickled ginger. Their online menu, which featured a number of sushi options that made us want to go (a chirashi bowl, an Uni don) is takeout only, with no mention of it being such. We didn't find that out until we got to the restaurant. Prices on the online menu aren't updated. All in all - pretty misleading. Service: Not particularly warm or friendly. We came on a busy Saturday night, which probably explains it. Parking: I have a soft spot for downtown Wellesley because parking is super easy and abundant. They even put little green hoods over the parking meters reading "Compliments of Wellesley." How nice is that? We found a spot right behind the restaurant. Overall, I don't think I'll be back. Eating out right now is too expensive to justify mediocre food/service."
"I LOVE Nud pob. This Thai restaurant is conveniently located in BU central. It is family owned and all of the employees are really nice. Most of their customers are BU students. There's ample amount of seating, but they also offer take out. My go to is their tofu pad see ew. Portions are always generous, and costs about $12.50. They've got a ton of options on their menu, from curry dishes to squid prik pow. Definitely get their thai iced tea too - it's sooo good. Street parking is convenient right outside the restaurant. Overall rating: 10/10"
"HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SPICY CRAB RANGOON! Also the spicy beef fried rice extra spicy. The pad Thai was good in the sense that it had a different type of crispy chicken the breading isn't too thick and rubbery like other places. My reviews are strict to the dishes I've tried so if you order the two dishes I recommend you won't regret it. Anything else is upto you!"
"Great Thai food and service!! We ordered takeout and one of our dishes was unfortunately missing peanut sauce. After we called them, they not only gave us peanut sauce and readily added dishes to our order that we needed, but they also threw in a few spring rolls! As for the food, the yellow and mango curries are always a big hit in our family (5/5). The spicy basil fried rice (5/5) is also a crowd favorite and packs some heat! The panang curry was also quite flavorful (4/5). The zen garden once we got the peanut sauce was AMAZING and so addicting (5/5!!!); cannot wait to order that again! We also enjoyed the drunken noodles!Thank you Pan Thai for some delicious Thai food and your kind service!"
"I'm a big fan of the Thai place next door, so when Sen Yai opened, I was intrigued. Their menu mostly consists of noodle dishes, but there's a good selection of appetizers, as well as a few rice dishes. We ordered the Tofu Triangles to share and I got the Bamee Moo Dang noodle soup. The tofu triangles were crisp and came with a yummy sauce, and the noodle soup was perfect for a chilly day.The space isn't super big, but even on a Sunday around lunch time, we waited no more than five minutes.I would definitely come back to try more of the menu!"
"I came here with a friend to try for lunch. Overall very happy with the experience. Since they are relatively new and still covid, doesn't seem hard to get seated. Staff was very friendly and we decided to try the Pho given if it is in your name, it should be a star dish.We started with the spring rolls which were great. Light and with good house dipping sauce. For the main course we both tried different Pho.In short lunch was great. Order was correct, food was delicious. Service was excellent as well. In short everything I would expect and will definitely make me come back."

I went here yesterday for lunch with a friend. You get complimentary soup with any lunch order. We both thought the soup was okay. Nothing overly special. I got Pad Thai. It came with both chicken and shrimp...which is great because most places only let you pick one protein. I'm used to Pad Thai being slightly spicy, which is what I like..this version was sweet..not overly sweet, but not spicy. It was still tasty. My friend got chicken with mushrooms and ginger. He said it was good and full of basil. The staff is very friendly. :) We will be back.

Love this family owned gem! Food is tasty and prepared fresh and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Best ordered as takeout as eating in the shop is mostly at a counter. Go spicy with any of the noodle dishes and pair with a side of summer rolls. Yummy good. Enjoy!

Great food, I usually order from Everett and the only thing I ABSOLUTELY think is unprofessional is that they will ask you for a tip before you have a chance to give one. One time I ordered online and didn't realize I could tip on there, well he got to my place and I didn't have any cash on me and he stood there and asked where his tip was... super rude but he clearly didn't care. He looked like he was ready to fight Here's a tip:You have long time customers that also share how great the food is with friends and family , but sei bar u must train your delivery men.DONT ASK FOR A TIP, it's not professional. Medford - location is nice and a good place to sit in and eat with a date, family or kids...Oh yea, I still order from there but I only do pick up now. As a matter of fact , I'm about to get some sushi from there today. Wakefield is okay - and portions seem smaller but food is stilllll good

Fresh and richly delicious Thai food. Very impressed - the papaya salad was my favorite dish. I appreciate that you can add your spicy level to every dish. Restaurant excels with vegetarian, vegetable and seafood dishes. Recommended dishes: papaya salad, crispy Thai rolls, pad Thai with shrimp, scallops and mussels. Ordered delivery and the food arrived hot. Thank you for the love you put in your food. We can't wait to order again!

This is my family's favorite restaurant! We literally come here for all types of celebrations. They recently moved to Easton, I miss the Brockton location. However, still the same great quality of food. Everything is super flavorful. And they are now serving beer and wine at this location!!For apps we had Thai veggie dumplings, super crispy and comes with this amazing sweet dipping sauce 5/5.Crab Rangoon was just okay 3/5, pretty small, tasted no crab and could use a little more filling. Veggie rolls, 5/5, nice and crispy the mushrooms tasted like meat! Chicken wings 4/5, a little sweet and sticky. Coconut soup with shrimp was pretty good, my only complaint would be it was a little too sweet 3.5/5.Coconut Tum yum noodle soup was very fulfilling but overly sweet 3/5. Chicken pad Thai 5/5, super flavorful. Crispy pad Thai was way too sweet and crunchy for my liking 2/5. Theory fried rice was my favorite 5+/5, we literally enjoyed every last flavorful grain. The crispy chicken fried rice was out of this world 5+/5, seasoned to perfection. All in all, I highly recommend this spot. Will definitely be back to check out more items on the menu.

The Tom Yum Koong (spicy shrimp soup) was very good. Great proportion of coconut milk. We got attracted by the Boston location and came to this location instead when near the area. There aren't that many items in the menu compared to the Boston location. However, the food is still very good and worth a visit. Both the Thai dishes and the Japanese dishes are good. Would recommend this place. Service is fine.

Very very good! Located right on the Boston University campus, they have a huge menu of amazing food. I had the Mango Fried Rice with Tofu which was amazing, and some people in my party got the Chicken Pad Thai which was definitely the better order. The food also came out very quickly. I would definitely return here!

Favorite Thai Takeout in Wakefield. I order from here very regularly. It's a cute hole in the wall type place with excellent food. Service is always great - friendly and quick. Few of my favorite meals: Charm Thai Fried Rice, Pad Woonsen, Drunken Noodle, Red Chicken Curry, and Green Chicken Curry. Everything is fresh and flavorful, not overwhelming or bland and the portions are great - I usually get two meals out of it. They are not stingy with the protein either. The Thai Iced Tea is also made really well here. It's right on Main Street - when you can snag a parking spot right in front/on Main Street it's a dream, but there is a parking lot and (side) street parking right around the corner. They also do delivery if you prefer or need that. There is only one maybe two tables inside so it's definitely a takeout joint, not an eat-in kind of restaurant, but if you are craving Thai food and want something delicious, this is the place to go!

"Small family owned business. Boonnoon is a local treasure. A small storefront with maybe 3 tables inside and another 3 outside. You're greeted like family. My son recommended we order takeout for our final night in the area. On their recommendation, I went with goyza & shumi-two styles of dumplings. We went with steamed, but you can also get them fried. My wife was a bit under the weather, so we ordered Kai Tom, a rice soup with chicken. Spicy Satay Noodles were tame, by request, but flavorful and not at all greasy like so many other Thai restaurants. Pas See You with beef was another delicious noodle dish. And finally, Kao Sol Chicken. I'd be lying if I said I knew the differences. But each dish had a light flavor, clearly different from another. All were tasty. Servings were ample. And the 4 of us were more than satisfied. And yes, we had a little bit of rice soup leftover!"
"Khao Soi: Delicious. Ingredients fresh and well-balanced. The chicken leg was really good with a nice, browned exterior and tender on the inside. Both the regular noodles and crispy noodles were tasty. The curry was delicious, with a bit of a kick to it.The Bangkok Ribs: nice glaze on the outside. I really like the marinade. It's so good. The ribs were really tender and fell easily off the bone. I wouldn't say prices are cheap, but they are reasonable. Portion sizes are good."
"I love the pad Thai, drunken noodles, and curry dishes at this restaurant! They are always friendly, fast, accommodating, and may go to lunch or dinner, fast food place. The delivery has always been perfect. Sometimes I even come here to dine in for a show at the chevalier theater. They sell wine and beer too!"
"Five stars all around. The food is amazing. The kapow chicken is phenomenal and the best in the area! The chicken satay is delicious. I also love the tofu fresh rolls. This place is 10x better than the thai restaurant that was in this space before. The staff is amazingly friendly as well. One thing to note, when you order online through their website which uses the online platform Menufy, the transaction hits your card as a pizza place in Kansas City. I showed them because I was concerned that they were not getting their money. They assured me that they are getting their money. I would not want them to get screwed because the food is DELICIOUS!!"
"After getting takeout a few times from here, we finally ate in as a family. I started off a bit skeptical at first because the restaurant has Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Usually that's a red flag for not being good at either. But turns out, they nailed both. The tom yum soup is our go-to. They have two sizes. The other Thai dishes are also tasty. The pad Thai, chicken satay, and mango sticky rice are all quite good. And their soft shell crab dish is also garlicky good. On the Vietnamese side of the house, all of their pho dishes are yummy and rich. Finally, this was the first time we dined in, and the service was as good as the food. Our server offered our family a stand for the iPhone my son was watching videos on. And the service was attentive and considerate. We will be back, likely for takeout again."
"I had not eaten here in several years and the food was much improved from my last visit. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the owners are the nicest people. Chicken cashew nut is my go-to order and I also love the massaman curry. They have lunch specials on weekdays that include a dumpling and a spring roll. Portions are generous and they were great about adjusting spice level on request."
"Down a half-flight of stairs, Amarin of Thailand offers tasty Thai fare in picturesque Wellesley. During a holiday week, the restaurant was doing brisk take-out business - some clients had been waiting patiently for their orders. It took a while to figure out what I wanted. Do I go with my favorite, the Pad Thai? Or try the duck or a curry? In the end, I went with the familiar, even though it was loaded with calories and carbs. Since I was on vacation, I was also getting ultra-sweet Thai iced tea, as well.We started with some steamed dumplings, filled with minced chicken. They were skillfully made but lacked flavor. We also had the crab rangoons, which can be hit-or-miss. This time, the crispy won ton skins filled with crab and cream cheese and served with plum sauce was a hit. My nephew enjoyed the shrimp in blankets; my brother liked his Pad See-Ew.As for the Pad Thai, I loved the thin rice noodles with crunchy shrimp and fried egg, in a delicious sauce and topped with chopped, fragrant peanuts. It was so good, I had all of it in one sitting.Service was okay. We were warned that the Pad See-Ew and Pad Thai would take a while because of the takeout orders that preceded ours. They did, more so than the quoted time."
"OMG! This place was awesome!!! Came here for lunch and what a gem! Love the atmosphere and decor of a small diner. Service was excellent and the food was so fresh and delicious. Parking is a bit trickery because of the location. We actually parked in the CVS parking lot and walked across. But definitely if in the area make sure to stop in. Only place to find Crazy Noodles which my husband couldn't stop talking about. Mixture of large noodles with fresh veggies."
"I've ordered now twice through Uber Eats. The family meal is plenty for 6 people. It's nice to have a sampling of all 3 types of chicken. Not, fresh and the chicken isn't dry at all! Sauces are great. Highly recommend What Da Chick!"
"Came here on a Monday evening and the place was pretty busy for a weeknight, but we had no issue getting a table for the six of us. The space was a bit cramped, but felt pretty homey and comfortable otherwise. Service was all right - waters were filled pretty frequently and food came out pretty fast. They were also extremely courteous and quick to rectify a mistake - the skewers came out a bit raw and they replaced them fast as well as took them off the bill which was very kind of them.Their menu had a good mix of dishes ranging from apps to entrees - most of us got noodle soup and each were pretty fantastic. The portions are pretty big, but I think they matched the prices fairly. I would love to come back and try some of their other bowls.Dessert was okay - I liked both custards, but probably wouldn't order again. It was nice to try though. Overall, I found the bowls to be the highlight for sure and would gladly return to try some of their other dishes. Thanks, What A Soup!"
"Great Thai food, and huge portions for good prices around this area. Crispy chicken pad thai was amazing, and the chicken was crispy and very moist and flavorful. Spicy udon with chicken was okay; the noodles were nicely thick and chewy, but the flavor was nothing mind-blowing."
"I came here with a friend for lunch and there was a lunch menu lunch is around $16 depending on what you order. I had a tamarind duck which was delicious and tried the mango curry which was meh since the chicken was chewy,, and the mango sticky rice is divine! But of course I came at the tail end of lunch. They have a way of telling you to go after they had to hurry my sticky rice because the kitchen was closing at 3 PM but as we were about to pay the bill, I was in deep conversation, I asked the server if we could stay a little longer even though we're not gonna order anything, but she didn't really answer the question directly. She said that all the kitchen is closing...fine! And the lights were shut down. Upon leaving the restaurant, my friend and I saw one of the cooks lie down with his smart phone watching a movie on the waiting room front couch as if he was in his living room, barefoot and all. Oh well."
"Good here is always great. My favorite Thai restaurant in the Boston areas. This branch of the Laughing Monk Cafe is especially great, compared to the other branches that don't serve the Eastern/Eastern-San thai dishes and are geared more towards the Fusion with Japanese rolls. Not this branch--it's all authentic Thai E-San/Eastern dishes here.Yummy and definitely my favorite Thai restaurant in the areas."
"We have been here a few times and will always come back. This time was our first time ordering take out. We've been there a couple times as dine in and it's a cute little spot. We called our order in and easily placed it. The lady answering the phone was super friendly and reviewed our order prior to hanging up. We ordered 2 Thai teas, Pad See Ew with beef, and Pad Thai with crispy chicken. The Pad Thai just has the right flavor. We didn't ask for it spicy because our toddler was eating it, but even as take out, the flavor held so well. The crispy chicken was definitely crispy and complimented the Pad Thai so well. The Pad See Ew was packed with flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly with veggies that still had the right crunch to them. The beef was super tender! Our Thai teas hit the spot. Just the right mix and we could not stop drinking them. We definitely will be back. We recommend this place as take out or dine in. Either way, you're going to have a fantastic experience!"
"Siam Bistro is definitely a casual spot, probably more for takeout than anything else. It's the type of place where you to go up to the counter to order, even though there's a decent amount of seating. Even if you're dining in, they serve your food in to go containers. In terms of food, the menu has a mix of classic Thai and fusion dishes. We ordered the Drunken Noodle and Massaman Curry, both with chicken. The Drunken Noodle had a decent taste, but I think it could have used a bit more flavor. The noodles itself had the right texture, with a bit of chew. The Massaman Curry was a bit thinner in consistency than I'm used to, as it seemed like it had less coconut milk than most curries I've tried. It still had a good flavor profile to it, though. I don't think this would be my top pick for Thai food in Boston, but it's decent if you're looking for something quick downtown."
"I stopped here on a weekday for lunch with a few of my colleagues. There were a few parties dining in and some take out, but overall not very busy. We made a reservation in advance since we were a large party but otherwise weekday lunch reservation wouldn't be necessary. Service was attentive and food came out relatively quickly once we ordered. I ordered the pad see you with beef since previous reviews of the dish were positive. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience. The beef was tough and some pieces were crunchy.. the noodles had a little too much sauce making it sweeter than I would like. They also use regular broccoli instead of the Chinese broccoli which I thought was interesting. I did try a vegetable crispy roll and it was decent. Overall it was fine for some Thai food in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here."
"Very tasty Thai place on Mass Ave in Arlington. On the weekends depending on the day there may be ample street parking! I've been here a few times and usually stick with the pad thai or pad see ew (both tasty but didn't blow my mind if I recall). They have lunch size portion for many dishes (11am-3pm I believe all week) so that's nice in case you didn't want to eat something too heavy and abundant early in the day.I got the sizzling beef (with a side of brown rice) and I must say that the beef was extremely tender and full of flavor. The oyster sauce really complements the beef well and the mushrooms were quite tasty. I was hoping for more green veggies but nothing worth complaining about. Give it a try if you're in the area!"
"*NOTE* There's a small parking lot on your right when you pass this restaurant!Came here on a Saturday evening for dinner. This place is fairly small establishment but has a huge menu selection (cuisine from Japan, Thailand and Korea!).I got the beef Pad See You and it was absolutely tasty especially for the price! Many restaurants I've been to charge $2+ for what I got so I was extremely impressed for the high quality and taste of the meal.Everyone at my table enjoyed their meal and our waitress was quick and prompt with drink refills. This place can easily be passed by if you're not looking for it but if you want some high quality Asian cuisine you can't go wrong with this place if you're in the area!"
"These guys know a few things. 1) how to serve a jack and Diet Coke with a cold pour! 2) how to make a minced pork lumpia-like egg roll starter 3) my favorite - a LEGIT chili oil and self-serve sauce carousel. I'm a sauce sloot! Check out the pics and tell me I'm wrong! Friendly service and casual environment."
"Anyone rating this less than 5 stars has no idea what their talking about. This place is SO good and they give you so much food for such good prices. I love this spot. It's definitely more of a casual restaurant but a great spot for a date night. Everyone is so nice! I don't understand the rating at all."
"Great Thai street food!! So many options, and you can find great dishes you wouldn't see at most Thai restaurants. Fast friendly service. Casual vibe. Good price. Great stuff all around for fans of Thai!"
"Great Thai food - I had to exercise some serious restraint to not finish my green curry because I wanted a portion for leftovers for the next day. The inside is not very big so if you don't want to wait for a table, suggest coming during the early hours. We tried the corn cake as an appetizer. It was pretty good, though the individual corn nuggets got stuck in my back molars. Loved the spicy peanut dipping sauce that came with it. My green curry was seriously one of the best iterations of the dish I've had in a while. Good coconut flavor, packed with veggies (eggplant, string bean, carrot, zucchini), and the tofu I ordered as a protein soaked up so much of the flavor. They offer lunch/dinner portions for the curries. I picked mild for spiciness because I'm a total wimp and it was still pretty spicy for me (so just know their "regular" may actually be quite a kick). The pepper signs on the menu are pretty accurate. I also can't pass up homemade ice creams, especially with black sesame as an option. It nailed the black sesame flavor (i.e., not too sweet) but the texture was a bit too icy and hard to spoon. Next time, I may skip the ice creams and save the stomach room for more of the appetizers/entrees. Next time: the tom yum noodle soup, the crab fried rice. Parking: street options available."
