Boston House of Pizza

First time here and if I'm ever in the area again I WILL stop. At first I giggled at the play on acronym, but after seeing their pizza I was pretty excited. I was tempted to get a slice of buffalo chicken pizza (complete with ranch on top, to boot), but I got a steak and cheese combo sub. The sub was probably a foot long and packed with meat. The sub was hot; not sure what the seasoning was but it wasn't a traditional Philly cheesesteak, which was alright for me. Everything was grilled together (but they'll do it separately if you desire) so the seasoning was throughout. Looks like a typical pizzeria but tasted VERY good. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

NOT THE SAME!! It's dark inside and empty. The workers do not speak or understand English. Workers sitting around and food not covered. It's a nice remodeled but they should change their name to "Not Boston House of Pizza"

i spent almost $20 on a TINY pizza. the dough is palatable at best. won't be back :((

The best pizza and Middle Eastern restaurant. This restaurant changed a lot and became much better with the new owner. Now they serve the best pizza and the best and the cheapest Mediterranean food. You should try to go this restaurant

This was once our favorite pizza shop - by passing many closer shops just to patronize bhop. Since new owner- pizza is marginal - twice the salad was old and smelled. I called to let them know. Indifferent.There are too many pizza shops to give your business too- this one will never see us again. Sorry to see original owners go- clearly new ones don't care.

This restaurant cancelled the order 20 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered.

Oh BHOP we have been seeing each other for a few years now. I can't remember how many nights I ended with you after being out and drinking too much. This and Cappy's I were my go to drunk late night food spots when I was at Northeastern. Ahhh memories. Even though I'm not in college anymore, I still find myself ordering from you when I'm too lazy to A.) make dinner or B.) go grocery shopping. I love their buffalo chicken pizza. That's what I order like 95% of the time. The crust is not too thick and they don't over cook it either. The appetizers especially the garlic bread with cheese are pretty good. I actually prefer bhop's pizza over a lot of places in the city. Go figure.If you would like dinner and a show, come here around 1-1:30am and just sit back. It's always hilarious to hear the ridiculous drunk convos, and to see people that are the definition of "hot mess" attack pizza like they've never seen food before.

I don't know why people are generally talking about the atmosphere. This is a college pizza place. It's the closest pizza to most students and its reasonably priced. The pizza is fresh and the staff goes out of their way to make you happy. One Saturday afternoon i was there for two hours hanging out and teh guys brought us over a free sicilian pizza just because we were polite and friendly. You want rude service, thin slices that have frozen toppings, go to Cappy's II it's right next doorI LOVE BHOP AND RANCH DRESSINGoh and their meals are great deals. for like 8 dollars you get huge chicken fingers, tons of their AMAZING FRIES (best i've had, but you ahve to have them fresh from the frier.. delivery makes them a bit soggy as any fries get on delivery) and a lovely dinner salad. DELICIOUS and cheap :)

I ordered from grub hub last week. The pizza arrived 30 mins late, and was cold. When I called to ask where it was, the person told me just to wait. Not a fan.

This place has changed so much since I was going to school at NU. I was surprised when I ordered a small pizza online for $13 (pepperoni) and picked up a tiny individual sized pizza. This place is a rip off although the pizza did taste good.
