It's been awhile since we've eaten here and we had a BOGO coupon so we decided to get dinner. My husband ordered the 3 pc dark and one of the pieces he got was white meat. He said the chicken was dry and overcooked. I ordered the pot pie. The crust was doughy and undercooked, and the chicken was in chunks instead of being shredded. Overall, we were greatly disappointed and not sure we'll give them another chance

All downhill I suppose. I used to go here often but haven't been in a while. We always order the quarter dark chicken with two sides. It seems the chicken has gotten smaller and the sides weren't even warm. They seemed to have changed the dining area, and it isn't quite finished. The fountain drink machine was not working, and they went to plasticware again. It seems as if they're just trying to save money before they close down. The ambience was a mess.

I have been going to this Boston Market off and on for years, but after today's experience, I have no plans to return. After we placed our order and waited, we were told it would take 15 minutes for creamed spinach and we could park, wait, and they would bring it out. We chose to do this without issue because we like the creamed spinach. After 20 minutes, I chose to go in and check. They had my food sitting on the counter, unattended. They left out part of my order, in which I needed to wait for them to fix. Now...it's nearly 30 minutes all together. We were given a piece of rotisserie chicken, an extra cornbread muffins; and a pie for our long wait and they apologized. I can appreciate them trying to compensate us, however I told her we didn't eat bread. We were so hungry, we open the food in the parking lot. The Nashville Hot Crispy chicken definitely wasn't what I expected. It was the regular rotisserie chicken, smothered with hot sauce, and nocrisp! The veggies were cold and the spinach was tasteless. Don't plan to return.

As a regular of Boston Market I was truly disappointed of my experience at this location ! The ambiance is very plain and not well kept unfortunately. Possibly due to the lack of clientele ?The chicken was undercooked-bloody, to be exact.As well as my sides of mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, they were reheated and the consistency was runny.Other than the great service and attitude from the employees I did not enjoy my visit or the food !

So.....ugh....for the life of me I will NEVER understand how what I'm about to write happens and it's okay to happen. So, Boston markets main staple is what? Mashed potatoes, yams, cornbread???? No it's chicken. So please help me make sense of how do you run out of CHICKEN?!?! And then I'm told well yeah that happens. WHY DOES IT HAPPEN???? I can't review what I can't eat because you were out. This is like going to Taco Bell and they tell you "we don't have any beans", oh wait that has literally happened. If this is going to continue you should lower your prices since I drove to your establishment and wasted gas and time with nothing in return besides eh it happens. Guess what's not going to happen again, me coming to your establishment. Eh that's what happens when people are not treated well.

I always love the macaroni and cheese fromBoston Market. This visit was no different. I had not been to Boston Market in a while, and I was disappointed to hear they removed turkey from the menu, so I opted for meatloaf instead, which was tasty. The three stars comes solely from the physical restaurant. It was somewhat dirty inside and just not a great place to be, which is expected from its location on 1969 and 249. Service was fine. We were given all of our food in a takeout box despite eating in, which I found wasteful.

I am only giving this review based on this location.We only saw one employee this evening and his name was Mark. He was truly incredible and this location is lucky to have him. We watched him work on our rather large order without any other employees in sight. Mark was pleasant and calm. He never seemed frazzled or overwhelmed. Impressive and rarely seen these days. Now, the ordering experience was another story. They were out of chicken and some of the other items. It's out of the employee's control but the employee was taking the brunt from customers behind us. The food is meh. It's not like it once was. The max & cheese was so plump and cheesy. Not it's watered down and was quite soggy. They stopped carrying squash casserole. That was their signature. Definitely not worth the 45 minute drive.I really hoped they could turn their previous bankruptcy around but it looks like they are on the way out.

I was doing doordash and the food was ready but it looked like some tension was happening between the 2 employees, the one in the red shirt looked like he was trying to de-escalate the situation but as I left I notice he was holding his finger telling the other to hold on. I believe he was trying not to fight in front of me, that was considerate of him the other looked upset and ready to start up even as I was leaving. Young man with the red shirt I hope you are ok. Upon arrival I noticed it was completely empty I now see why. The food was bad bad it went downhill at this location the mac & cheese was so over cooked it was soggy the corn super dry the mash potatoes so bland.
