Saw their menu while searching for restaurants on Yelp and decided to go in for dinner.The good first:Mexican street corn fries were really good. Flavorful, a bit of a zing to the spicy mayo, definitely enjoyed them.The Vermonter and Hot Mess Burgers were great. Messy, be prepared, but worth the mess.The chips that they came with were plain fried potato chips. No salt, no salt on the table. Bland and totally flavorless. I'll pass on these in the future.Baked beans were good, nothing special.Coleslaw was average at best. I probably wouldn't bother with this. Location: the place is small but was only half full and wow was it hot inside. 78F outside and I broke into a sweat after we walked inside. Apparently the AC wasn't working but no one bothered to setup a fan, open a door/window or anything else. That made for an uncomfortable experience with us constantly wiping sweat off our faces with the table napkins. Bottom line: I'd be hard pressed to want to visit here again with how little attention they gave to the heat issue. I'll consider driving to a different location if I have a craving for a great burger. Skip the chips unless you like eating paper.

Small place with great eats! My family and I loved everything we had. The burgers were good, a bit messy but still really tasty. I wish they had different veggie burger options. The patty was just okay but it was nice that you could put it on any burger you wanted. Our waiter was extremely attentive and knew what we needed before we could ask! We were seated quickly too which was a big plus!

Here's a detailed account of my evening.Server: She was the highlight. Efficient, attentive, and commendably prompt. She handled everything with grace, making sure our drinks were timely and our concerns were addressed.Spicy Pterodactyl wings: Despite the promising name, they leaned heavily on the teriyaki side, with no discernible spiciness. Their temperature was inconsistent, with some wings arriving cold. On pointing out a possible mix-up, the replacement was swift but seemed to be a quick-fix rather than a fresh order, leading to an even heavier sauce saturation and still-cold wings.Burgers: My go-to choice, the Inferno burger, which has always been a delight in Boston, sadly disappointed. The buns lacked freshness, appearing limp and cold. The patty itself was just warm, lacking the rich flavor and temperature I was accustomed to. On the other hand, my fiancée's order of The 420 had its own set of issues. While she found the taste acceptable, the ingredients inside, particularly the mozzarella sticks, were cold. Additionally, the patty was undercooked, being served rare instead of her specified medium.Price Point: Our experience, when weighed against the $80 we spent, didn't align with the value we expected based on prior experiences at the Boston location.In conclusion, while I'm inclined to chalk this up to an off night for the kitchen staff, the overall experience was underwhelming. I believe in second chances, so I might return after a while, hoping for consistency with the Boston location that I know and love. But for this particular visit, it's clear there are areas needing attention and improvement.

The food, mainly burgers of every ilk is for every taste; vegan, veggie, burger snob, messy eater, and plain Jane fancy-least. The burgers are big, add fries, and you need a doggy bag. We had a Nutella frappe - wow, so much going on here--decent beer list to go with your carnivorous leanings. Service was youthful, efficient, and helpful! Thx, Chuck! (made-up name) The servers also cover each other nicely. Could clear the table faster of stuff I'm obviously done with. The ambiance is we sit alfresco in the square; loads of people, music, and the stream of the city passing by. Very relaxing.

4.5 stars. Came for a casual family lunch and overall had a good dining experience. It is a small venue but the staff was nice enough to move a few tables together for our group. The service was almost too attentive, they frequently asked if we needed anything which was very nice but also a bit sales-y as they tried to offer additional dishes and drinks. The burger and chips were solid, I got The King which was really good. The milkshakes are fun and photogenic but there is so so little milkshake in the actual cup, I wish they would do that thing diner's do where they give you the extra milkshake on the side of the photogenic serving.

I keep ordering from here through ubereats even though every time I do, they always get at least one thing wrong. I keep ordering because I really love how this food tastes however. This time I got a side Caesar salad, but they gave it to me without any dressing which , in my opinion , Just renders the entire thing not enjoyable. :/The food is legit so good, which is why I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt. it's just that every time I order, they get at least one thing wrong, whether it's forgetting an item I ordered, giving me something completely burnt, or giving me a third of the portion of chips than usual. I really enjoy this place and it's flavors. I do, but the consistency when following an order is always a risk.

Ordered delivery via their website. The food was delivered hot and fresh. Got the Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork. It was delicious! Highly recommend!

Craving a good burger go to this location. I've never had a bad burger or fries here. Cooky and crazy concoctions for burgers come and get your variety 31 to choose from and you can create your own! They've got these freak frappes that look so yummy and wild. They have 14 varieties of fries. If your not in the mood get some boneless wings cuz why not!My favorite burger is the Vermonster apples on your burger what what don't knock it til' you try it! It has bacon, cheddar, a maple aioli instant fall flavors in ya mouth. My friend had the Bruschetta burger and it looked really good light and fresh. All burgers are served w house made chips that are super crisp and golden. Just do it you won't regret it but you may need a stack of napkins on deck lol

Just Do it! Include Boston Burger into your plans. I saw the pics. I thought to myself this place has catchy shakes- their food can't be good. I was wrong. I am admitting it. Sorry Boston Burger Company for my judgement.2 kids, one adult. 3 cookie dough shakes $51 later- no regrets. The cup rolled in vanilla frosting. Cookie cereal bites meticulously lined up in the frosting. A skewer in the shake topped with an ice cream sandwich and a god of cookie dough. Oh wait want more dough, no worries! Dough inside the shake and an extra gob on the side! Chocolate syrup, whit cream and a cherry! It was what cookie dough dreams are made of! The food... The pulled pork egg rolls with fried Mac and cheese... There for it! But the win was the dip they served it with! The 420 burger split three ways because I knew th se kids cannot handle the shake and their own burger! And it was a good assumption. The burger was delicious! Their bbq sauce was very flavorful. Their coleslaw- win! I love a coleslaw that's juicy. The kids loved their potato chips (pretty sure they make their own- cape cod style.)Pro tips: kids can't finish the shakes and the merch is hilarious
