Amazing CUSTOM SHAKES. And these shakes look as good as they taste. When I go to Boston this is the must go to location every-time. Try the shakes trust me they are out of this world with flavor and smooth. They always hit the spot freshly made. BOSTON BURGER #1 Service is great very attentive staff. Very knowledgeable of the menu and the place is always clean. Great atmosphere!! West vs East These SHAKES win everyday!!

Great burger joint! Of my favorite things about it is you can sub a turkey or veggie burger for anything on their menu! As a non-beef eater, this is huge. I had the Vermont burger with cheddar and maple infused mayo. It was outstanding. I also highly recommend the white sangria, it is the perfect go on a hot summer day.And this is a small tidbit... The bathroom was much cleaner than I thought it would be :-)

Really quick service! You can tell the food was fresh especially the fried buffalo chicken sandwich which I can genuinely appreciate! A bit of a narrow hallway layout your best bet is to ask to be seated at one of the booths if they're availableGreat tunes!Very veryyy innovative menu items!

It was my first time at Boston Burger and I was excited to try it after looking at the menu. Menu had a wide variety of items: burgers, various fries, nachos, sandwiches. Food, service, and ambiance was all mediocre. Parking was very tough. I luckily found street parking and paid at the meter but next time would Uber...if there is a next time. Food came out good and was overpriced.

Boston Burger Company has gone all out with creating the most wildest burger combinations one could think of. If it fits, it sits, or at least inside all the other stuff that goes into the burgers. Another great thing is how you can customize anything with your burgers and the way they cook the meat. Service was fast and the vibe was great. Had to mark a star off, though, because of how pricey everything was on the menu. Be ready to spend some $$$ here!

I ordered the smash burger version of The Roots Burger. It came with homemade potato chips, and we ordered a side of the classic fries to share. It's not the most flavorful patty I've ever had, but the toppings themselves had a lot of flavor. The fries were delicious! I recommend this place!

Boston Burger is such a fun, special occasion restaurant. Not somewhere I would go all the time but great for families, kids, birthdays, date night, etc. The burgers are solid and they have great sweet potato fries. Fun menu with a bunch of different types of food, not only burgers including appetizers, salads, sandwiches, wings, and more. The milk shakes are honestly just as good as they look. Pretty hard to mess up a milkshake! The restaurant itself has a fun atmosphere. Very lively spot. I don't think they take reservations so you just have to come early and put your name in.

Before you come here, make sure you haven't eaten all day, else you'll be rolling out of here like a ball!I spent all day travelling and walking through the city preparing myself to eat a big dinner. Apparently, that wasn't enough! Lol.I ordered their 420 burger which has your usual beef patty and melty cheese, in addition to an onion ring, bacon, and 2 mozzarella sticks. It came with a side of chips and a sauce. This thing was massive! With the unique topping of mozzarella sticks and onion ring, it added more crunch and cheesiness to my burger.Knowing this place was popular for their milkshakes, I ordered the Dough My Goodness. Unironically, I did say "Oh My Goodness" when the waitress brought it out. This was a meal by itself. It had a chocolate chip ice cream sandwich, scoops of cookie dough, chocolate chip cereal around the cup, and a bunch of whip cream. Completely forgot about the part of it being a milkshake, so in addition to all of these toppings, there was a delicious milkshake underneath it.The milkshake ended up being my meal for the night and the burger was my leftover. Everything tasted delicious, the waitress was very nice and gave me plenty of recommendations, and the overall experience was enjoyable.Highly recommend this place!BUT BE WARNED!!!!!!!! Either come in with a stomach that's been starving for the past 3 days or be ready to roll your way out the door.

this was incredible. we were looking for the best burger in town and were glad we found boston burger! the service was incredible everyone was super nice and the food cameout super fast. the taste was unbelievable the patty was cooked to perfection. the burger was assembled perfectly and somehow did not fall apart even though it was loaded up. it was such a fun atmosphere and cool to look around and see the crazy shakes and burgers people ordered. could not recommend more!

First time trying Boston burger and had high expectations going in from looking at the menu. They offer a huge variety of every possible burger you would want, assorted apps, other sandwiches, and even cool milk shakes that look delicious! The restaurant itself is right on Boylston street with outdoor seating and indoor seating. We went outside since it was a nice day. My GF and I had the homemade mozzarella sticks which weren't bad but actually had have had too much cheese in them, garlic parm boneless wings which were just chicken tenders barely tossed in the sauce which the sauce was pretty awful, the fries we had to order on the side couldn't even sub the chips for were ice cold but prob would have been very good if came out hot. The killer bee burger we had which looked awesome on the plate was just average at best for being a place that specializes in burgers. The Caesar salad we got was room temperature and not crisp so that was also a miss. The service was a little slow and not too attentive. Not to mention there was a guy blasting music 5 feet away from us so that made it difficult to enjoy our dinner but not the businesses fault. Overall had high expectations but was let down unfortunately.
