My favorite hibachi restaurant in Houston! I love how friendly and entertaining the chefs are and how much they interact with us while cooking. My kids love this place and always want to come here and see the "fire show". Can't wait until they open their Sugar Land location!

The building looks small on the outside but the inside is actually a little bit bigger than it looks! We were sat with one other party that came about 30 min after we did, so we had to wait a little to have our meal. Our drinks, sushi, soups, & salads were brought out and were fresh. I had both miso and onion soup and enjoyed both. The shaggy dog roll was excellent! I contemplated getting another one. I got the hibachi deluxe meal and our chef was excellent! Everything was cooked well & the rice was delicious! Sometimes rice can be a hit or miss at hibachi, so I must say... this one was a hit! We enjoyed the experience and quality of food. Service was a little slower, but we enjoyed our time there. Would recommend!

The hibachi is great here!!! I had the shrimp, steak fried rice, veggies with double zucchini!!! I loved it! I was surprised that there was no one in here tho. With so many great reviews, I thought there would be more people, however, I enjoyed my time there and will definitely bring my family next time.The service was good. Nice friendly faces. . Just like I like it!!

Found this place by accident trying to take the wife out to dinner. Great service, food was awesome. The fried rice is the bomb! Definitely coming back.

Omg! This place so close to my house and I just found out! It's hidden gem for sure!The atmosphere is not that impressive but the food is! Definitely must try the Samurai and their fried rice tho. I loved it and will come back with bigger group for sure!

The service was subpar, the sides were below average, the Hibachi chef seemed bored during their act but pushed through. Would go back again :/

I ordered to go and when it arrived the sushi is very fresh and flavorful. No complaints whatsoever. The only thing that happened was that I was given the wrong sushi. I ordered yellowtail tuna and was given blue fin. Blue fin is good, I just wanted what I ordered. That's the only reason I give them 3 stars. Other than that it was tasty!

my favorite hibachi place in houston. their flavors are reminiscent to what i grew up on before moving to houstontheir onion soup is a must havei love their hibachi stay home specials, cheapest in town honestly when other places are charging $20 just for a chicken dinner, bonsai charges $13.95 online

Tried Bonsai at a food event in Sugarland (suhoor for Ramadan near gyro hut). We got the hibachi rice and chicken teriyaki- amazing taste 10/10Service was busy but still quick the food was made fresh on spot

Service was really good, the server herself was sweet and understanding, quantity of rice was less on one side of our party and it was a bit salty on one side, we were a party of 18, but overall they did good! And took care of us, it is halal if that is a concern for you. They could renovate and improve on ambiance . Since we came 45 min away to dine with them for my mom bday. Other then that it was a good night with good food. P.s get the steak! Made with perfection, chicken is basic. Shrimps really good!
