Marinated pork is delicious. Dip it in sesame seed oil with salt and pepper and roast some garlic too.

I did not expect too much when I enter the restaurant since the greeter was not even Asian. LOLHe is very stiff as a greeter, but we were seated right away, since the place was not very crowded for a Saturday night dinner. We look around there were a lots of food "Raw Food" around and the wait staff was pretty friendly and try to explain to us what all that meat is and how it setup. It is a buffet in Korean BBQ if you guys have not figure that out yet. LOL again. They don't have the "Hite" Beer that I like but the wait staff suggested another, and it was not as good. But in any case, we got ourselves a lot of food from the raw food area and start to cook our BBQ dinner. You can order from the special menu for other premium meat and not just the standard meat and items on the food area. They are pretty clean and again I say the wait staff were all very friendly, constantly ask if we need anything else and constantly changing the hot plate so it would be clean and ready to go. Needless to say, I hurt myself but in a good way. The kimchi was great, and the meat were in good portions and tasty. Would have been an easy 5 stars but here is where the 4th & 5th star fell off, we had a lots of beef rib bones and I know my doggy would love to have them as a snack. But upon asking the not Asian greeter if it is O.K. for us to take that home for the puppy, He said he has to go and check with the management, we thought at first he was kidding. but he came back and said no we cannot take the leftover bones for the puppy. This is the first time I ever heard of that we can't take the bones for the puppy; it is not like they are going to reuse the bones? They are going to throw it away anyway. That kind of take got under me a bit. Also, there is two hours limit for you to eat all you want, but there would be no leftovers on your table, or they will charge you an extra $20. From the look of the bones, I know they would charge you if there were any leftovers that you didn't eat and or pass the two hours mark.Would I go back? Not anytime soon there are too many buffet and Asian restaurant that is cater more to the customer than this place. Beside there is a few more Korean BBQ buffet I want to try, and BTW the price is not very cheap either. It is like $30 per person other drink beside water is an extra charge. To the management, try to check on your rules per say and get yourself bubblier greeter even if he is not Asian. Because he is the first and the last employee that the customer sees going in and going out of your restaurant.

They turned me away because of my race. Wouldn't recommend them. It was a terrible experience.

If you're like Billy Joel, drinking your tonic and Jin, then perhaps you'd like to come and drink one over some AYCE Korean BBQ, some of the very best out there no less. You can find these here, in Chinatown, and in Dallas, but Jin is one of the most popular in Texas for a reason. You can't get much better than Korean when it comes to all you can eat Korean barbecue. It's one of the best party meals out there and this is the exact location that I would send anybody to. It's always hearty and fun and it's always tasty, it's friendlier and usually has more available than the Chinatown location, and it's good for the Korean Community up here in the north and we all love it.The Chinatown and Dallas ones are good... sorry not Dallas, Plano... but this one is my fave.

Staff is amazing! We went with a rambunctious toddler and a fussy infant so we had our hands full but the staff was super accomodating! It'd come here just for the service. For an all you can eat place it is very reasonably priced. Loved the bulgogi, BON galbi and BON steak, pineapple galbi

Jin Korean bbq was more than just a bbq. They also have fried dishes, salad, fried rice, chicken wings, you name it! I love how they have an buffet style setup as well as ordering other made to order dishes from a menu. That way you can fight hunger almost immediately upon arrival. Of course, if there is no wait. Honestly for the variety they have it is worth the price. And you can grab as much as you like! Just don't waste or they might charge you an excessive waste fee. Not only that, but some of the meat was flavored well and the brisket wasn't too fatty. I really love the galbi. Love to see it! All the meats are shown below. This is a guaranteed you won't leave hungry. Everything cooks so fast and it brings everyone together. Great experience, great service.

Good food and service. Self service option is a plus. The menu has been updated with a few new side additions which is nice. I would give this a five, but the ventilation can be improved. Make sure you plan to smell like a meat stick after your meal.

Listen Service - amazingCleanliness - greatMeat was fresh and the marinated meats were flavorfulThere is no cucumber kimchiThe kimchi tasted strongly of some kind of wine - not a fanThe food - in comparison to other Korean bbq places was decent - left me feeling ... mehThe sauces were basically all sweet - no spicy options An okay place but we wouldn't go again. :/

One of the better AYCE KBBQ spots in Houston. The dinning area is very large so we've never had trouble seating and we've never felt rushed like some other places. They have a button you can push and a waitress will quickly come to take your order for more meat. While there are a lot of options you can self-serve like the bulgogi and spicy pork, the better options are ordered. The beef tongue is my favorite. Beef belly, pork belly, pork cheeks, galbi and beef brisket are all good too. One lesser known option is the pineapple galbi, it's a relatively large cut of meat and the pineapple is great grilled. We like to order the pineapple separately as first dessert before the ice cream. Kids 5-10 are $17.99 for dinner/weekends, which isn't bad if they are closer to 10yr and eat enough. Large parking lot in the shopping center. There's always enough to parking.
