Bombay Palace is located in an older shopper center. It is family owned and there are only maybe 2-3 people working. I frequently visit for the lunch buffet. Everything here tastes good! The tandoori chicken is flavorful and juicy. The lamb curry is tender. The chicken tikka masala does not disappoint. You can ask for fresh garlic or butter naan on request. For $16.99 it is a great deal! One of the better Indian buffets around the area!

If you know, you know. This is my people's food. Love it or leave it. Indian buffet food lunch is kind of rare these days. I enjoyed this place. The decor is simple but the spices are flowing. The staff was friendly. The location was a bit hard to find. It's towards the back of the plaza. Hope you give it a try and enjoy it! Lamb Curry! Potato Samosas, Pakoras, and Tandoori Chicken.

I have been here before and returning after years of hiatus. it hasn't changed much, and the food is still as good. There is a buffet that closes at 2:30 pmon the dot (3:00 on weekends) so make sure you arrive early.

Food is decent, regular food. If you have not tried Indian food before, then this should not be the first placeOnly one server across the whole place. Older restaurant, ambiance seems to be of that a wedding hall.

Interior looks a little old and there were still valentines day balloons up but past that, the service was kind and the food was fast. Prices are quite inexpensive compared to my recent indian experiences (portions are on the smaller end though) and I had a good meal. The curry is on the thinner side and if you're expecting spicy like I was, you may be slightly disappointed. Food is not spicy but I'm sure you could ask for more spices. Parents love this place.

If you want bug biryani come here. Found a bug in my food here. I also suspect that they reheat the leftover buffet food and serve it for take out orders because everything felt state. the paneer tikka felt like paneer makhni .the samosas felt reheated . the chutneys were good. the biryani as you can see is the reason why i will never go back . that is super nasty , i though i was hallucinating when i seen stuff moving on my food. The reviews here had me fooled , i saw a bunch of folks that left good reviews . something tells me most are not factual since a lot of them only have single reviews. truly horrible experience.

Nice out of the way place. Food was authentic and delicious. Definitely worth the drive from downtown Houston. Looking forward to going back.

While the interior is well decorated and is appealing, the food however is not. I ordered the parotta and saag paneer to go.The parotta was flavorless and disappointing. The Saag paneer was a small portion for a high price. Indeed we are in the middle of an inflation, but the amount being served and the taste is certainly not worth the price. In the black to go container, there was only less than half of the curry in it. The dish itself, lacked flavour and was primarily cream, with some spinach and some paneer. The person who served me was nice but the food was something else. If you want Indian food, go to Houston but not here . A side note: Along with the food, they provided a salad, chutney and some papad.

We finally went to Bombay Palace around the corner from the house. That was amazing! It was probably the best thing I've ever eaten. I got the Lamb Saagwala with Garlic Naan. I'm stuffed but already wishing I had more to eat. It was THAT good.If you want the best Indian food I highly suggest you go here. They are at Mason Road and Cimarron Parkway.
