Boba Baba

First boba since returned from Asia a month ago. I'm a bit of a boba snob, so was skeptical. Store was huge and clean. Prices were decent. Wife ordered regular milk tea with boba at 75% sweet and I got the Hong Kong milk tea with boba at 100% sweet.The tea tasted great, the boba balls were a little sweet and sticky but still good. HK milk tea didn't taste like Hk milk tea, more like normal milk tea. 100% was a little too sweet, 75% is probably the way to go. Overall, very satisfied and would return.

My experience at Boba Baba was okay. I felt like it didn't really live up to the hype, but I'm definitely down to go again and try some of their other drinks. Today, we got the:- Mango Rice Milk w/ Tapioca: Probs my favorite item that we got- had the perfect amount of sweetness, good mango flavor, & was super refreshing- Baba's Brown Sugar w/ Tapioca: Way too sweet, probably my least favorite Brown Sugar that I've gotten anywhere- Pandan Caramel Mochi Donut: The mochi part was great, nice & chewy, but I did not taste the pandan flavor at all- Hojicha Cream Puff: Nice hojicha flavor, overall enjoyableService was great- our Brown Sugar boba was too sweet so we asked for some extra milk to dilute & they accommodated that so we were thankful. Minimalistic ambiance w/ plenty of seating & space. 5/10 would only maybe recommend, but I am going try again sometime with their other more unique drinks!

OH MAN! This place is delicious! The puff pastries are fantastic! They have a nice thin outer pastry with incredibly airy but also decadent cream on the inside. The flavors rotate every week which is something that is hard to locate at times. Get the chocolate hazelnut one if they have it! Will be returning to try them all!The mochi donuts were good but I would strongly recommend the puff pastry instead! the donuts had a good chew as to be expected with mochi but not as memorable as the puff pastry.Service is super quick in both getting of pastries and drinks. I recommend getting the strawberry matcha boba drink. If you plan to return (like I do), enter your phone number on the side device at the register so you can get random coupons (like free size upgrade on drinks and such).

Been a while since I stopped here. Looks like the hype has platued. For a weekend, not as busy as usual. Same bobba flavors. Mochi donuts - no change. Still tasting good and served warm.

Place is great for refreshing drinks. We got the Strawberry Matcha Latte and Butterfly Fresca which both were amazing. It's not picture here but last time we got milk green tea which was okay as it wasn't too sweet (got regular sugar too) but the worker there was very nice in recommending a higher level for next time.

I heard so much about this place for boba and cream puffs, and was eager to pay it a visit. Unfortunately, I don't think I ordered well and will have to return to give it one more try given the other positive reviews. I ordered the coconut oolong. It sounded interesting. My thought was it'd be oolong tea with a splash of coconut milk. The drink looks and tastes like 95% coconut milk with maybe a splash of tea instead. I got it 50% sweet, but it tasted very sweet. I thought maybe I picked up the wrong order, but I verified with the baristas that I received the correct drink. I would not recommend the coconut oolong, unless you're wanting to just drink coconut milk. Thankfully, the bubbles were very enjoyable with the right taste and consistency.I also tried the hojicha cream puff, which I believe was $5. It's a nice size with plenty of cream filling. Understandably because it's been sitting in the case, the shell was a bit stale. They also sell Mochi donuts for $3. The space has a cute sofa where you can lounge, but most seating are standard tables. The space has a minimalist feel. Plenty of free parking outside is a plus.

I got a rose bubble tea and a mochinut donut. It was pretty good but I think the tea was a little too strong on the rose taste. Also, the boba was a little too hard. The place is a huge building but not a lot in the store. Service was friendly.

My go to boba place in the Triangle! Boba is great, the flavors in their drinks are creative and genuine. They are also my go to spot for mochi donuts - my favorite is the yuzu but they're constantly coming out with new flavors.It's a clean, open space with a decent amount of seating, so you can get work done while sipping on boba and munching on a donut.I'm extra appreciative because I accidentally spilled my drink on their carpet, and not only did they reassure me but they also offered to make me a new drink! I have been here multiple times already and plan on consistently coming back!

Staff is super nice and very clean store. Love the decor with couches and plants and the wide variety of teas and coffees including Vietnamese and masala chi. Sad there's no strawberry boba. Drinks are customized with mill, sugar, and toppings. Great cafe

My first time in and the staff was super helpful and friendly. And the drink was DELICIOUS! I wish I had ordered the 24oz!
