Cool atmosphere on weekends. Young crowd which is what my husband and I were looking for. Great place to hangout and meet new people if you're open minded (and a little tipsy lol). But overall really nice to hangout and go bar-hopping if you're trying to check out other local bars :)

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a bar and will never be returning back. One of my friends wanted to go to blur just to reminisce on how we use to when we did when we were 18. Practically no one else in our group wanted to go cause they said the bouncers are always rude or if you turn down their flirting they will "ban " you. I didn't think much of it since I haven't been there since being 18 and had a great time then. Welp I was wrong. After waiting in line with my group of 6, the guy checks all our IDs mind you we are all 23+ so it couldn't be an age thing. We get to the next bouncer that opens the door and he was so rude. He randomly pointed me out and was like she isn't going in. We were so confused and he just kept asking my group over and over how many were in my group insinuating our number was wrong. Because they were including me in it and he was waiting for them to not include me. They kept asking why was I not aloud and he would not say. Idk if I had RBF while waiting in line or what, that's just my face LOL. I'm just trying to think of what could of been some random reason he wouldn't let me in. This was so embarrassing in front of the whole line and In front of my friend group. Definitely go to 2.0! Bouncers and bartenders were so nice. Everyone felt accepted there an we had the best time!

MY FAVORITE PLACE blur is a montrose staple ! If you want to dance and have a great time this is the place to go ! Amazing DJ , friendly staff , and fun energy ! We always end the night here and leave sweaty with great memories WE LOVE YOU BLUR , (special shout out to the woman who always works register at the door she's always there and works her ass off ! )

Fuck this place. It's so dirty. The staff is so unprofessional. There is never a crowd here. Please DO NOT go!!!! Go to any other bar!!! The bathrooms are disgusting, the bouncers and bartenders are rude as the Fuck!! And there is literally nobody there until 1AM.

I've been going here for quite some time blursdays (Thursday) free admission is the best it has gotten even more packed over the years. It's great if your 18-23 I feel because everyone is eager to meet new people and everything I do like this place better then what use to be bayou I do warn you if your using a card to pay take a picture of every transaction because I've known people to have double charges on their card. I'm 26 so I still feel old going being surrounded by teens but it's still a good place to dance and have a good time.

I've been coming here for years and I can say that the music has been complete a**, it is always the same music... I can probably sit down with the blur dj and name every song that he plays, please switch up. we want to hear Britney, Beyoncé (not just crazy in love), gaga (not remixed poker face)! Sexyy red, Nicki, cardi!!!

My brother was attacked here tonight and was not helped at all. My brother told multiple people and no one did nothing. The staff was unhelpful and told him to go away. This is absolutely ridiculous because his girl friends got hit too for no reason. This place needs to do better with taking care of their customers especially their safety. This is ridiculous.

Please don't. The drinks are disgustingly strong they just want to get you trashed. Staff is unprofessional. Dance floor was crazy packed, sweaty, and so so violating. Don't go

I've first heard of blur back in 2017 and went here until covid,coming back after the lockdown was the same old thing,I recommend blur for high energy vibe
