I finally made it to Blue Pan after far too long. We typically prefer thin crust pizza since my wife grew up eating East Coast slices but we had to see if Detroit style pies are really a thing.Blue Pan offers their popular square cut pan pizza along with thin crust pizza which was described to us as "like Pizza Hut or Dominos but way better. We opted for two Detroit style pizzas the Brooklyn Bridge and Little Rose.The crust was crispy and provided a really nice crunch. It was chewy without being too doughy.The toppings all went together nicely and we especially enjoyed the Ricotta on the Brooklyn Bridge.As a bonus they have a good selection of craft beers.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had! I crave their pizza on a regular basis and am never let down at the quality. The Brooklyn Bridge Detroit Style Pizza is drool worthy! Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and consistent every time. Highly recommend ordering ahead in the evenings and getting to go pizza though as it's delicious food it gets quite busy. Worth it though! Try it and you won't regret it!

We got the Detroit style prospector and little rose pizzas and they were SO delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the bread/dough was fluffy, and the pizza crust tasted buttery and crisp. We liked the prospector slightly better because it was a bit more unique and the Anaheim peppers were a great touch. The only semi-complaint, is the pizza dough - like the inside- (not the crust) wasn't very crispy - but I know for next time to ask for extra crispy.

I have heard so much hype about Blue Pan so we finally went to check it out. The inside of the restaurant is on the smaller side so definitely expect a wait. We waited about 35 minutes to be seated which isn't horrible for a Friday night. We typically aren't huge fans of Detroit style pizza but they said that is what they are known for so we had to try it. We ordered the Brooklyn Bridge pizza which was delicious, the ricotta cheese dollops were heavenly!! The crust was soft with the perfect amount of crunch, the sauce was amazing as well. They had dairy free pizza which we were excited about as our son has a dairy allergy and has never tried pizza, his first experience was a success he loved it. All in all we were very pleased with Blue Pan and made two NY style pizza lovers into Detroit style lovers! If your are near a Blue Pan pizza you should definitely make a stop in!!

Food: 5/5 Parma Italia: This is among the best pizzas I have tried. The prosciutto was crispy. The arugula provides a fresh bite. The cheese is stretchy and rich. By far, the crust is the star of the show. It is chewy and buttery with a slight crisp. Service: 5/5 I sat at the bar and the bartender was patient. He gave us excellent recommendations and offered dipping sauces such as ranch and hot honey for the pizza. Overall, this is a MUST VISIT!

First time trying Detroit style pizza and was pleasantly surprised. The outside was perfectly crispy and the pizza itself was very light and fluffy. The sauce that they used was on the sweeter side which was different from what I'm used to, but still good. We ordered the eggplant Parmesan as an appetizer. The sauce was sweet but all of the other flavors fell a little bit flat. The dish tasted a bit under-salted and the breading on the eggplant didn't offer much flavor. Based on the taste, I also wouldn't have known that the bread was supposed to be garlic bread unless I read it on the menu. The service was great. The staff were nice and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I really appreciated how our server took the time to walk us through the different kinds of pizzas and give us her personal recommendations.

Came here to watch the game. Grabbed a beer and got the Brooklyn bridge. Pizza was pretty good. Amazing crust, flavor was pretty good. Crunch was 10/10 inside of pizza was 8.2/10 alil soft for my liking. All and all it was pretty delicious. Service was great. Bar tender was prompt. Ambiance was lovely and rambunctious

I really like the atmosphere, I went in a Monday afternoon, so it was totally laid back. The brick walls and high vaulted wood ceiling made the place feel warm and homey. A soft yellowish glow from the ceiling lights mixed well with the soft autumn sun. I'm digging my Oktoberfest beer, relaxing into a good book, as I await my "Sweetie Pie" pizza. I don't know how to explain this pizza! I don't think I've ever had anything like this in my life. It's a flavor explosion of sweet from the pineapples, Spicy from the jalapeños, and savory from the bacon. The crust is a whole different story. The crust is what makes this pizza so special. It's a crunchy, light, crispy, cooked to golden perfection masterpiece. I think they called it their Detroit style Pizza.
