BK Lobster Phoenix

This place was made for someone like me. I'm a major food snob and one of my favorite foods is a lobster roll. This place does not disappoint. If you want cheap lobster just to feel like you've eaten lobster this is not the place for you.The lobster here is fresh and very high quality. That would have been enough for me, but they season it to perfection. I stopped in and got a biggie roll, and it was jammed with lobster meat. The bun was buttery and toasted, and for the life of me I couldn't think of a single thing they could have done better.The man that served me felt like he could have been a relative with how inviting he was. I also won't get started on how on point the music selection, decor, and ambiance was. Like I said earlier, this place was made for someone like me.The last thing I'll point out is they didn't go the traditional route with their fountain drinks. They have all the dope flavors like cream sodas made with real vanilla etc.This is my new lunch spot.

I was going to roll up yo salad & go but decided to stop in and get a salad from BK Lobster since I have been wanting to visit. I should have stuck with Salad & Go... I also ordered the Lobster tacos to taste. While the lobster was good and seasoned overall I was underwhelmed especially for the price - I could have got a little more salad! I opened to look at the tacos when I made it home and was not really impressed. I thoroughly paid too much for the food I received and definitely would have been more satisfied at Salad & Go in the same parking lot. Not sure I will eat here again but the cashier guy was cool, hence the 3 stars!

Best seafood restaurant in town! Love this place. The lobster Mac was a 10/10. Great customer service and the chef even came up to say hello. Highly recommend!

It is very expensive place for such a tiny roll. I do not see them lasting much longer. I can't imagine how much the rent is in this plaza.

Y'all when I say i walk into the restaurant the staff knows me they welcome me with the warmest hay. The lady at the front register makes my drink better than perfect and don't get me started on the food. When I say this is the best lobster roll i've ever had from the flavor of the lobster to the flavor of the bread everything just fits so well. And if you get the chipotle aioli to go with it I promise you won't regret it. I love BK lobster chef lavish for sure knows what he's doing. Come here y'all.

Well...I had the "Bed-Stuy Biggie Roll" & my mouth is still watering & craving another one.Hahaha!!! It was sweet Maine Lobster, warm, tossed in a lemon butter sauce with spices/herbs & served on a brioche toasted bun.My mouth is watering as I AM writing this review. DELICIOUS absolutely DELICIOUS...pricey but worth the treat & it would be nice if they add just a pinch more of lobster.I had a side salad with this delicious Italian dressing & the salad was plentiful & fresh.The other side option was fries & there are so many different lobster rolls, chicken wings, ect...I AM definitely going to go back & enjoy a few more meals. I ordered online, which was easy & picked it up. Great energy in the place. There's seating inside as well as a nice outdoor patio. I was greeted with a smile & friendly conversation as well as FIRST CLASS service. They serve alcoholic beverages & have a nice big screen TV if you want to watch sports while eating.It's family, kid friendly.Great place to take a casual date & sit on patio & watch the stars :) Place was very clean & parking is plentiful since it's in a huge shopping center that has a variety of different restaurants, Impact Church, clothing boutiques ect...also great shopping center to take a walk after eating.I definitely would like to try other items on their menu so I'll be back soon.Hope to see you there....Good Eating!!!

It was Saturday night.... And I had a taste for comfort food... A good bite. I had wanted to come here many times before, & finally I made it. When I arrived it was empty and no customers, so plenty of seating. They do have outside seating. I ordered the lobster grilled cheese. About this place I can tell you they take pride in their product. If it's not made right they are glad to Fix it. So I can say I'm gonna come back to try other items. Their french fries are the absolute best. And the grilled sandwich was as expected, very tasty. Next time I wanna come back for the lobster tails or roll. This place is in a good location, lots of parking and all very easy and convenient. They got my vote!

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The lobster had great flavor and tasted really fresh. My only issue was the portion of lobster is very small, so it's best to order extra with your fries. Also, the lobster bisque was a little bland. Apart from that, the server was very hospitable and the ambiance was NYC vibe.As a fellow New Yorker, I definitely liked it. Follow them on instagram for the accurate business hours, specials and parties. The time posted on google is inaccurate! Can't wait to go back and try the lobster roll!

I've been seeing this place on Social media. Decided to give it a try with some friends. 4 ladies hungry. We all ordered the same thing. They were out of the lobster Alfredo and the Mac n cheese lobster. Other items weren't available. We decided to go with The biggie roll with fries. It's gotta be on point ifs it's the Brooklyn way and called Biggie. Okay the fries comes in a tiny and I mean tiny shopping basket. Glad I ask to overflow mines lmao. Their bagged seasoned fries. The lobster roll was NOT big at all. I was expecting overflow of lobsters chunks nope it's just 1 claw cut into pieces. It was seasoned and buttered well. For $30, I like to see and be filled up after eating. I had a glass of water n lemon. Drinks weren't available bummer. We gave it a try.
