Bistro Café

This restaurant was located near my hotel in coral gables. It was an awesome find with an extensive menu and cool atmosphere. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating with attentive service. I was overwhelmed with the amount of food options and the staff showed us their Instagram where they feature extensive photos of their most popular items. I ended up opting for an espresso martini and their egg scramble with a waffle add on. Their waffle comes with all of those toppings and the scramble was huge. I loved all their unique drink options too.

Incredible food!I had the Chicken gyro and it was seasoned to perfection. The place is vibrant with an excellent staff. Everything we saw made us want to return.

"First of all, this place doesn't accept reservations, and the parking is a nightmare. We waited over 50 minutes to be seated. They finally sat us in a VIP area, which was nice. The menu is overwhelming, almost dizzying, and the waitress told us to scan a QR code that directed us to their Instagram--where there were no prices listed for anything. I ordered an avocado toast, my husband ordered a burrito, and we both had two drinks. We were a group of 8 and requested separate checks.I noticed there was a side of pancakes for $11, so I decided to order it to share. However, when the bill came, they charged me $17 for the pancakes. I asked why, since the menu listed $11, and the explanation I got didn't make any sense.One of my friends ordered a dish that came with cheese but asked for no cheese. The waitress brought the cheese on the side and charged $8 for it... $8 for cheese! Ridiculous!Drinks are $20 and up (basically the price of a meal). For my husband and me, with two drinks, two dishes, and a side of pancakes, the total came to $170.00 for a meal.Be aware--they price things up and charge extra for absolutely anything, even substitutions! This place will steal your money. I will never return."

Place is great, spacious and well decorated. Service was very good as well. The food was delicious!! All servings were good enough that 2 people can share a plate. Definitely delicious. The only drawback is the extensive menu that was a bit overwhelming, to include the prices. Location, location, location-always important, but prices could be lowered just a tad. Either way, great place for brunch without a need to eat again until dinner time.

Excellent, from the decor , ambiance and service it just couldn't be better. The selection of pastries and desserts is sinful, one of the best dishes I've had there is their steak sandwich. Great for special occasions. Don't miss it.

I decided to treat myself by coming to my favorite bistro in Coral Gables. Bistro café is a block or so away from the shops at Merrick Park It was pretty full so I decided to sit at the barrista bar. Joseph, my server was outstanding. From the moment I walked in when he greeted me and while answering all of my questions. He was enthusiastic, he definitely knew the menu wellI ordered a cappuccino and the egg white croissant sandwich, but substituted the mozzarella for Manchego cheese. It was quite tasty and a good portion. I ended up taking half home.I really enjoy the vibe here. It's casual yet classy, and very centrally located. This is one of the many reasons it's one of my favorite places in the area.Make sure not to miss it if you are in the Gables area. Buen Provecho

Came here for my birthday brunch. Unfortunately they do not accept reservations. I called the day before to give them a heads up we were a big party of 20-30 people and the hostess on the phone told me they have a VIP room which can accommodate us, however, when I called that morning, a different hostess on the phone told me the VIP room is a maximum of 20 people. I wasn't gonna stress out and whatever happens happens. I got there about 30 minutes earlier than everyone. They set up a huge table outside for all of us and we were seated in a good amount of time, esp for busy Sunday brunch. The service was impeccable. With such a large group the servers were on point and amazing. The place is super cute inside and outside is covered so you don't have to deal with the hot Florida sun. The food and drinks are delicious!I had a couple spicy margaritas, which were delicious and strong. The latte and cappuccinos and coffees are spectacular looking and taste great. Everyone loved Bistro cafe. I had a omelette which was delicious and I couldn't even finish. The Pancakes and French toast are beyond yummy. Everything is out of this world and portions are huge. You definitely will not be disappointed with Bistro Café.

Portions are very generous. Vibe is great and waiters are friendly. Note: Some dishes and specialty coffees are pricey, but everything was delicious. Cool place to go with family, friends or even a brunch date.

The food is great here. Went for brunch time and had the avocado rellenos AMAZING!!! The drinks were also good overall service was nice

Awesome spot for breakfast! Outside & inside seating. Pay to park around the restaurant. Expect to wait if with a larger party. We had a table for two and sat immediately (Saturday) Food was delicious and large portions! Ordered a pistachio latte that wasnt on the menu but I saw others post photos of. It was ok more for presentation then taste. $13 overpriced for what it is. Had to ask for the check from the host and still took a long time after that. So dont be in a rush to leave haha. Overall tasty place with good vibes. 18% grat included on checks over $50.
