Bistro Albertino

My server was really friendly and welcoming, along with the owners. The food was amazing. I got a groupon but def don't mind paying full price here. Everything was great and came out hot.I had the gnocchi and added chicken. My friend got this beef pasta. Very creamy and flavored well. We got creme brûlée which was also tasty !They're also byob !

Do yourself a favor and go here as soon as ya can. Delicious, fresh food made with care. No SYSCO here. Cozy interior, the kindest and most helpful staff. One time I even locked myself out of my car near this restaurant, and didn't have my cell phone. I walked over to this place to use their phone and they called AAA for me, gave me something to drink and kept me company while I waited for the locksmith to open my car. It's a great place to take a date or family for a special occasion, but the prices are good enough that you can go here more often. I can't wait to go again.

We had a great dinner here last night. Our server, Christie, was exceptional - knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Food was amazing and our favorites were the grilled romaine, the mussels in red sauce, the fish special (hake), and the tiramisu. Everything is fresh and flavorful, byob is a plus, and atmosphere is comfortable. We can't wait to return! Credit cards and reservations accepted. No liquor license.

Food was so good and service was great we will be back. Very small place outta the way.

I came to bistro albertino for the first time with a family dinner, I immediately fell in love with the aesthetic of the restaurant! The food was delicious, I had the gnocchi with the Gorgonzola sauce as my meal and I recommend it as a cheese lover! Our server, Chrissy, made the experience amazing! She had great recommendations and made us feel very welcome! I'm definitely going to come back here again in the future.

I took my husband here for a romantic dinner after not seeing each other for 3 weeks. We had met here 29 years ago (it was a bar back then). I'm giving two stars because other than our amazing waitress, Molly, the food was horrible. Molly was very attentive and a great, friendly waitress. The atmosphere wasn't much better than the duvet bar we met in 29 years ago. The food was a big miss. First, the bread was awful. It was dry and tasted stale. The pesto sauce was ok, but needed more olive oil for the stale bread. The meatballs were probably the best part of the meal. Very good! The sauce was good but only if you love garlic, which we do. My husband had chicken parm, which is his absolute favorite and orders it everywhere we go. The cheese was not even melted on the top (see picture). He said it was the worst chicken parm he ever had. I had the salmon with risotto. The best part was the asparagus. From a restaurant that has so much seafood on the menu, I would not expect to get a piece of salmon with so much coloring added. The salmon was cooked well but the pink color is such a turn off. It really was not a great piece of salmon for the price. The risotto was not great. I don't know why it was so yellow in color. Just did not have a great flavor. Between the meatballs and the orangecello shot, they were the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, this place fell short.

Excellent food and service. Our waiter was very sweet and accommodating. The veal Marsala was thinly sliced and perfectly blended with flavor. The chicken parmigiana was a very decent portion size . We also got some of their house cheesecake which is made fresh. Definitely a must return.

Very good food, but extremely slow service. We waited for 30 minutes just to get our appetizers. The oxtail pasta was absolutely amazing!

We'd all eaten here before and were a bit disappointed this time. We all thought the food was OK. The grilled romaine appetizer was OK. My halibut special was quite good, but the pasta-lobster special lacked taste and the other two dishes (oxtail pasta and the pork chop special) were average. Service was very good and the waitress was delightful, although we had to ask for water & other refills, and were given little bread that was dry and relatively tasteless. Ambiance is very nice with plenty of space between tables, and an acceptable noise level.

I was in Willow Grove visiting my elderly ailing dad in a nearby facility and staying at a local Marriott. My friend and I make it a point to go to local restaurants and shy away from big name chains with high prices and low quality and taste. We were delighted to find this great diamond! Don't let the modest exterior fool you. Their homemade pastas, sauces, fresh fish, and fresh made desserts are par excellent! Our server Ryley was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. The atmosphere was contagious joy. We made friends with several adjoining tables and the orange cello was a lovely surprise. By the way Chris had the sea bass and I had pasta w/ shrimp in white wine sauce. I'm salivating now just thinking about it, too bad we live 300 miles away or we'd be local regulars too!Ciao!
