Biscuit Bitch

I love me a biscuit biiiiiitch. I was told my many friends to come here for a breakfast sandwich and I'm glad I was able to come. The service is top tier and that's with them calling you bitch but in a playful manner of course! They don't have any indoor seating but they have small tables and chairs right outside. We got the bacon bitchwich and hot link bitchwich to share cause I just couldn't pick between one. We loved that the bacon has the right amount of crunch and that the link had just the right amount of kick to it. To make that bitch a 10 get some gravy to dip your sandwich in! Make the stop to get called bitch and go along with it! Makes the experience better.

I must leave a review singing the praises of this breakfast place! First off, it's a popular location, so be prepared to wait for your food. With that said, the service is absolutely extraordinary. The staff is kind and genuine and even helped me get a replacement coffee asap when I dropped mine and spilled it everywhere.The coffee is absolutely amazing, I had an iced latte and it was delicious. Their sandwiches and sausage are so delicious. I also had grits and it satisfied my carb cravings like no other. Will eat here every time I'm in the city.

I grew up in the deep, deep south and have been living in NYC for about 8 years. NYC's awful southern food scene has made me very, very skeptical and distrusting of southern food made outside of the south. But, when visiting Seattle, I noticed a long line of people outside and decided to give it a try. Biscuit Bitch is legit!!!!!!! Some of the best southern food I've had outside of the south. I got the Louisiana hot links sandwich with jalapeños and some of their habanero hot sauce. SO. GOOD. The biscuit was perfection (and wasn't dry!!!!), the hot links tasted exactly like what I'd eat in Louisiana, and the habanero hot sauce was the perfect touch. I may make several trips to this place before I go back to NYC - it's that good!Definitely give this place a try - it's so good!

I finally checked out this gem I had bookmarked, and boy, was it worth the wait! As we approached, the line of locals and tourists hinted at something great - or maybe just a really popular fire drill? But no, it lived up to the hype! First off, can we talk about the name? I seriously regret not snagging some merch; "Biscuit Bitch" would look great to rock! Now, onto the scrumptious stuff. We dove into the Hot Mess and the Biscuit with gravy and scrambled eggs. Absolute perfection! The grits were like a smooth jazz concert for my taste buds, and those biscuits? Lol They practically did a happy dance in that gravy lake of deliciousness! The customer service was absolutely amazing!! Such nice people! I love it! Next time I'm back in Seattle- I'm trying the Biscuit wiches! Please take me back for more!!

My colleagues and I were at a conference in March and discovered this cute and yummy place on one of our walks. The place was about to close, but the staff was so kind to allow us to order food and coffee. I ordered the sausage and egg biscuit. It was large, hot, and yummy. My colleagues ordered a plain biscuit to eat with jelly. We enjoyed our taste treats on the outdoor seating.

The wait ended up being a little longer than I expected. We didnt realize there was no indoor seating and you could order online and get a text or we would have done that from the hotel. Everything was good but honestly a bit overhyped and definitely not worth that wait time. Fun name and good food but I would probably skip it next time. It was worth a try once but I'd only go back if it was faster. Maybe a weekday would be better!

Ordering is online through your phone, so it's super quick and easy. It's just a small window to pick up your food. There are chairs and tables on the street nearby, but I wasn't sure if these actually belonged to Biscuit Bitch. It's the only seating there is so seating options are not great. I had the hot mess and it was yummy. The jalepenos added a nice kick. I enjoyed the meal and had a good experience, but wished there was more seating available.

Tried this place for the first time and it's definitely on the heavier side. The food wasn't bad but it's a lot of flavors that combine in your mouth. You definitely have to eat it right away/hot otherwise it doesn't taste the same unless you hear it up. The portions are huge so you can try to share with someone. Location is in pikes place where it's super convenient to walk around and explore! It does get pretty busy though so service can be slower.

5 stars isn't enough for this place!!! The ambiance was great, there's seating right next to the space. The food was delicious!! I didn't want it to end!! I love the energy, the people that work there. We ordered the gritty scrambled, hot mess, and a spam and egg biscuit sandwich. With the fog and raspberry lemonade sparkler for drink of choice, they were SOOO refreshing! This place was PERFECT in every possible way!! The food was perfection, the biscuits. I would kick anyone if they were in my way of those!! Gravy, grits and eggs were soo satisfying!! It's a 30 mins wait BUT WELL WORTH IT!! Also, the line "can" be long... BUT You will NOT be sorry! The workers are fun and playful and make the experience great for anyone visiting! Definitely a must!! Like #1 place in my book when you visit Seattle!

As that lil' bitch, Dora the Explorer, would say..."delicioso!!" Biscuit Bitch never disappoints. Yesterday, we ordered the plain biscuit w/jam, 2 egg and sausage sandwiche, and I can't remember the name of the delicioso item I inhaled, but it had a biscuit ((duh, bitch)), garlic grits, two over-easy eggs...((bitches like things that are easy)), a spicy hot link, aaaaand sprinkled with jalapeños. Ahhhh!!! I remembered the name, Hot Mess Bitch!!! Coming from one Hot Mess Bitch to another ((that's what she said)), Biscuit Bitch hits the right spot...always. The crew on shift, 12pm, 03/19/24, are now some of my favorite bitches!! The vibe was up, helpful and beautiful!! Ashley, was the best bitch of them all. Bitch, please, take yourself to this fine establishment and treat yo'self to some excellent food and service. And if you don't like it, it just means you are a little bitch with zero taste.
