Biryani Pointe

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about... my boyfriend has loved this place for years & I just had an excellent first experience! The food is delicious & the serving sizes are generous. The staff was attentive, polite, & tidy.

They were very attentive, taste was good and had plenty of vegetarian options. It hit the spot on a cold fall afternoon. The prices were ok and there was enough food for leftovers the next day.

This review is for the guy at the counter. He was so rude that at first I thought he was joking. I left. But, I will come back for a 6.99 lunch special.The next review will be for the food... unless I walk in and see him again.

Price is fine but the quantity is laughable. Food tastes average or below average. Don't bother with this one guys.

We are in town visiting and expected a "Biryani Pointe" location to be reliable but food was terrible, we got kadai chicken curry and palak paneer. Palak paneer had very bad flavor like mustard seed was burnt. Both were very salty. With a couple sides and DoorDash this was almost $75, I wouldn't eat it again even if it were free. Also they advertise $1 naan side but don't have option in DoorDash to add naan on most of the curries so you get stuck paying $5 or $6 for it, it's false advertising.

I stopped at this restaurant on my way home (its 30 mins from my home) I ordered butter chicken and palak paneer. The food was so salty, it wasn't edible. I called the restaurant with my concerns and was passed around to 3 different employees and was told they are fasting so they cant taste the food..They asked I bring the food back and I explained I live 30mins from there and if I could get a refund, they insisted I bring the food back, I told them i will bring the food back on Friday when I go back to work,, I was told no since the food will be bad at that point, With no resolution and the employees being extremely rude, they hung up on me. I tried to call back to get a name of the owner and again they hung up on me. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE ESTABLISHMENT!

Worst food! Biryani with only bones! asked the manager and he gave so much attitude and said this is how biryani is suppose to be with no meat. very rude to customer! I made a mistake by trying out this place for the first time. unhealthy environment as trays with food has food on it already with hair on the trays. Biryani at Lombard has unhealthy environment and very bad environment

Avoid this place at all costs. Overcharging for spoiled, mediocre tasting food. We are almost certain Mutton biryani was spolied. The meat was disgusting. The next day all parties were sick.
