Let me preface by saying I'm Indian. I had the chicken dum biryani. It kind of messed with my stomach.. but I do have digestive problems. Anyway, I figured it wasn't the rice do I kept eating the rice with some other chicken I had, and I was fine. The chicken that came with the biryano looked bad.. the seasoning in it looked uncooked, and all of the seasoning was gathered in the chicken, so of course it wouldn't cook well. My mom makes amazing chicken biryani, so I'm def not wasting my energy and money here. But even if she didn't, there are other places in Houston that have better chicken biryani than this.

Worst experience.. RUDE FRONT DESK.I visited this place today. The TODAY SPECIAL menu had GOAT HALEEM we ordered it and then after 15mins the serving guy informs us that they don't have it. Waiter said that they missed to erase the board and it was 2 weeks back menu. I went to front desk to inform this he was so RUDE starting an disrespectful conversations and not allowing to finish. This guy is RUDE for the 2nd time in a row. Later he erased it after making me to stand at front desk for 5mins.

I got takeout and all of us enjoyed the garlic naan. The veg samosas were also a big hit. Then more fried food craze was fulfilled with the mixed veggie pakora. I got two because I was thinking of having a bowl of cereal pakora for breakfast too. You know the biggest hit was though? The raita (yogurt, cucumber, garlic, mint) sauce that you drizzle all over your meal. I guess some people like to dip in Tx too so it's whatever you like to do we don't judge. Once this Covid stuff is squashed I hope to visit this place for a family meal.

Food is tasty, May be due to staffing issues, time for food to be served is more than 45min and order was served incorrect. Staff are in constant stress to manage quarter filled restaurant. Naan came cold as rest of the order took time.
