Bimbo's

This is definitely not your average bar. I finally visited after trying a few other bars in the area. Bimbos is the most casual, by far, of them all. There is a good size parking area. I just ordered one beer and sat outside because of the smoking inside. If you're looking for something a little different, try them out.

I walked in and thought it was a bar that Merle Haggard & Willie Nelson founded in the 70's This is perhaps the best kept dive secrets for dive bars in all of Houston. People come here to not be found.. great staff. Great people watching.. the regulars welcome you .. I lived In Austin for years before moving to Houston in June and it reminds me of some of the hole in walls( literally a name of a bar in North Austin). If you want to suck down some cold brews and need to sneak out of inside the loop and looking for real talk, make the short journey to Bimbo's

If you are in the mood for a true blue, double wide ( I think it's really a triple wide) dive bar this is the place. Thursday night karaoke means busy with free flowing drinks. Prices are good, bartenders are quick and friendly. From biker to hipster to three generations in one bar, no one is left out of the fun.

This place reminds me of the ice houses of yore. My husband and I dared ourselves on a whim to go to Bimbo's, as we live in the area and have driven by this place hundreds of times before stopping in . . This place is a hybrid shack/trailer/dive bar/ice house. We enjoy ourselves every time, it's nice an cool inside, on the dim side but not DARK. You can go an enjoy conversation between just the two of you, or join in with the friendly regulars and just chuckle it up. There's karaoke, and sometimes live music. My brother loves this place. Bikers like this place. Blue collar, white collar, we're all here mixing it up and having a good time. Stiff drinks, yes indeed. Ice cold beer too. There is no judging here.

Went to the new and improved BimboZ yesterday for their grand opening. I only went once before they closed down. The new place is pretty cool. It was super packed because it was the grand opening, but the bartenders surprisingly had it all under control. They were working their butt off, making sure that our drink didn't go empty. After they get all settled in and things calm down a bit, I will be going back. We had a great time.The inside of the bar isn't huge, but they also have lots of outdoor seating. There are also restrooms inside and outside, so if you're hanging outside, you don't have to go all the way inside to go to the bathroom. They also have a stripper pole if you're feeling sexy. LolGive this little dive bar a shot. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Cheap strong drinks ! Everyone's friendly ! Have a nice pool table and place to hangout outside also have darts I really enjoy coming here

Haven't been here since they read-opened after all the Covid BS. BEFORE all the Covid BS this was an awesome place to go. Great bartenders, great crowd, good time to sit and have some drinks. I hope it's as good, if not better than it was pre Covid.

This place is the greatest! Look out for the bikers, they're the best to watch.Cold beer, polite "bartendresses," and the rumble of Harley Davidsons, what could be better?
