This is a trendy spot from social media. It was very crowded when we went for Sunday brunch. We were seated immediately for a party of two. We were seated at a high table for two, but decided to move to the bar for extra room. Pros:-Good Food. I had the 5 egg omelette, egg whites only, add avocado, and spinach -Fried Chicken and waffles Egg Benedict were very good.-Cleveland, our server/bartender was so cool. -Clean restrooms-Good music-Quickly seated-Good drinks-Informed of the automatic gratuity applied to orders. We ended up leaving an extra tip for our serverCons:-The seating is weird for me. It is very tight in some places. In the middle of the restaurant are large tables pushed together. Multiple groups are seated there. Where we were seated at first, we were bump by individuals trying to move in and out from the larger table and those right behind us. That is when we decided to move to the bar.

The entirety of the restaurant is very cute, kind of old fashioned. From the bright pink outside to the old tables and booths inside, we really liked the ambiance.The food was very good, they had a huge menu so it was a little difficult what to pick. We had the chicken and waffles which I heard were amazing. They didn't disappoint. We also had the Teriyaki Salmon, Chili Bowl, and bucket of hand cut fries. I would recommend the chili for sure.Our waitress was very nice and patient with us. She had some good recommendations and checked on us quite often.Now to the reason I gave them a "3 STAR" rating. When we got the bill it was more than I thought it would be. I looked closer and noticed they added an 18% automatic gratuity which was a surprise. Did not read it on the menu or told by our waitress. On top of that the tip is calculated after tax which I'm not sure why that is. I am not against tipping but being forced to tip I am against.So if you don't mind being forced to pay a gratuity even if service is average or worse, then I do recommend you try this place out.

One of the best spots south of 5th. Same owners as Prime 112 and Prime Italian but bigger portions and better prices. Huuuuge menu with shared items from the Primes. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner with an old school diner vibe. Servers are all really nice. John, Hexon, Joel some of the best. Chicken Parm Sandy = for 2-3 people, bombCorned Beef Hash is incredible. Burger is good, thick massive. Spinach artichoke dip comes in a bread bowl and is fire. Ribs are dank, for a Miami spot. Chicken noodle soup hits. Breakfast here with the classic go-tos. Chicken and waffle is the popular item but honestly everything's good and large portioned. The desserts are all crazy and amazing. Tall cake slices.

Great experience here! It's a fun, laid back, casual vibe. Staff were friendly, despite the place being extremely busy. There were sooooo many options that I didn't know where to even begin. I took a chance with the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and it was SO good. Everything here is served in humongous portions so I'll keep that in mind when I come back. My friend got the portobello pasta, which was ok, but I'm not a mushroom fan and I didn't love the sauce. Fries were good, and again, a huge portion!

Our service was terrible. Jose pretty much ignored us. We had to ask for cutlery & Napkins. Having 18% added to everyone's bill for a tip has resulted in some servers no longer being attentive. We won't be back.
