Big City Wings

We will not be coming back.. 5th visit, food is ok service is just gotten worse and worse.Waited an hour for our food, after an alleged mix up in the kitchen. We were offered complimentary drinks. After this the bar tender (Lisa) became rude, I asked for one last beer. After 20 minutes it never came so we asked for the bill. And surprisingly that came quickly.

If you want to know what yesterday's special was, just look and feel your fork and knife. The raised food still Stuck on is an appetizer in of its self! Never never again will go into this place. If this silverware is in this shape, I can only imagine the shape and cleanliness of the kitchen and prep area. Disgusting! The thing that gets me the most is no one really cares when I called it to their attention. I gave one star because it was required!

Y'all. The best bartenders in Katy can be found right here. Awesome service, beautiful ambiance and the food is amazing. Go check it out. The service is top notch. I am hesitant to say that cuz I know it's going to draw the biggest crowd ever. 5 stars to this new establishment. Go check it out! Ask for Joey or Amanda! We love them! They are a HUGE asset to this new business. They will take care of you! Such a fun bar and you can watch all of the games you wish to.

Sat there and didn't get any service. I just wanted a drink and to try the wings since it's not far from my home. Limited menu from what I saw. I just ended up walking out. Always offer a drink when someone walks in. That's even common etiquette if someone comes into your home, and a customer certainly deserves better treatment. Won't go there again.

Went with friends, ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Burger was good, but the Southwest Salad was horrible - they forget the avocado and corn. We notified waiter about the avocado and he brought it to us on the side so we could add to the salad. We noticed later that corn was missing, and there were whole olives which we weren't expecting. When we told the waiter about those issues he took the salad off the bill.

The food was absolutely amazing. Ericka, our server was outstanding. The food is hot fresh and delicious. If you are thinking about going to Buffalo wild wings, you are crazy. You need to come here.

I decided to give this company a 2nd try since I didn't have the greatest experience at the Spring location 3 Sundays ago.As I walked into this location I noticed the ambiance was very calming even with the tvs going, the restaurant was clean and tidy. Food was fresh and HOT! The waiter Jeremiah was a very nice guy ,made us laugh, feel comfortable and definitely made us want to return this THIS location. Manager Veronica was very welcoming I give 5 stars and me and my family will definitely return!! Thank you Jeremiah and Veronica at Big CIty wings!

The wings were good. The sauces were tasty. That's what you need to stick to. We tried the sampler platter and it was dismal. The breading fell completely off the fried pickles, the fried Mac and cheese had no flavor, the breading on the mozzarella sticks tasted really sweet. My husband ordered the chicken avocado egg rolls and again, they tasted really sweet instead of savory. Just so odd! My youngest ordered a side of macaroni and cheese and it just tasted like butter despite looking really cheesy... not sure how that's possible! She didn't eat it. Our server was really nice and comped the mac and cheese and brought her out a free dessert which she really enjoyed. It just took forever to get the food and drinks even though it wasn't busy. Not the servers fault!We will come back for wings but nothing else.

Katy location - gave it a try tonight - wings were soggy and cold - not flavorful - waitress/bartender didn't have a clue on how to make drinks. Overall pretty disappointed- won't go back!

Service is always good and fast. Tall IPA is awesome. Chicken wing specials are also great.
