Big Bottle Liquor Store

My first time here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They kindly directed me to the location of a certain wine was located. When I went to check out, George asked me if it was my first time and I stated "yes" and he gave me a complimentary mixing jigger. I'll be definitely coming back to give them business.

Unfortunately there are not that many liquor stores in this area so when Shadow Creek liquor recently followed me on Instagram I decided to stop in on a Saturday to pick up a few quick items. It was my first time here, when I walked in there was not anyone at the front register. I kinda roamed a little bit looking for what I needed because the aisles are not labeled. The store is rather small and cramped, but you can find what you need with a little extra effort. I won't say that the prices are the best, but they are comparable to the nearest liquor store in the area. What I originally wanted was the Cruzan Coconut rum but they did not have the large bottle which was a disappointment. I also observed that the pricing on the shelves is inconsistent and nonexistent in some areas so you really don't know the price unless you ask the clerk.I'm a Specs shopper primarily so I am probably spoiled by the services that Specs offers. However if you live in this area and you need a quick spirit or two, Shadow Creek liquor is definitely a viable option.

Just left this liquor store. Decided not to purchase because aside from a Glenlivet 12yr 750mL being $11 more than at Total Wine I was not greeted at all one of the employees walked past me without saying a word as well as the guy at the front near the door. The owners are Indian and had some Indian customers in there who they were very friendly with. When I asked for the price on the Glenlivet 12 they all looked at me and proceeded to speak in Indian mentioning the word "price". If you are a new business with a substantial price difference you need to make up for it in customer service. Will not be returning the experience was not very welcoming. It's a shame because it is very close to my house.

I took an out-of state guest to this store following a negative experience at Pearland Liquor. We were greeted as we entered the store. Treated with respect and the price was $10.00 less. This will be the Liquor store for future purchases. It's closer to our home, in addition to, offering great customer service.
