Beyond Burger

They have a great burger bar! Fresh tomato slices, huge leaves of curly lettuce, three different flavors of pickle slices, banana peppers, sauerkraut, coleslaw, they got everything!I tried a vanilla shake today and was just a little disappointed. While it was really thick and creamy, it was also rather bland. My recommendation would be to try it with malt added, or to try a different flavor... but you can definitely pass on the vanilla with confidence.

Vibe- Cool burger spot with a lot of menu items! I love that they have a vegan burger on the menu :) there's plenty of seating inside, I'd say over 40+ tables.Customer service- Great!Food/drinks- I got the vegan burger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes and the wedge fries. The burger was alright, the grain patty wasn't seasoned enough for me so I would give it a 3/5; the wedge fries were delicious!Parking- There's plenty of parking in the lot.

I order the half a pound bison meat patty burger with a side of mac and cheese and thought it was very good. I also got to try what my brother ordered, he had the three cheese with fries and I liked it just as well. I thought the size was good for the price. I specially liked their toppings and condiment bar, it had plenty of options and was very clean and everything looked and tasted fresh. The mac and cheese was very creamy and savory, I would have it again. I loved their chipotle sauce and their coleslaw with mayo. Didn't like their iced tea though. Overall the restaurant was very clean, it's very family friendly. Loved that I saw a group of ladies playing mahjong. The cashier was very friendly and our food was ready pretty fast. Definitely going back if I am ever in the area.

This place needs to stay open FOREVER. Absolute best burger in town. We visit at LEAST once a month. Today was our day to visit and they did not disappoint. Burgers are cooked to perfection and the BYOB bar is filled with everything you could possibly need and more. My go to is the love burger poblano style add cream cheese. Unfortunately I am gluten free so I no longer get to enjoy it on their amazing fresh made bun, but even bun-less I leave completely satisfied. I haven't even burger anywhere else other than home since finding this joint.

We saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try. We weren't overly thrilled and not sure why they got 4.5 stars. The burgers were just ok. I did enjoy the large toppings bar. The Cole slaw was great. The fries & onion rings were average & greasy. Definitely not homemade. The peanut butter shake was delicious.

Serves great burgers and fries are extra charge. I've only eaten here once with my family and so food took a really long time. Maybe try again another time.

The food is always very good. Maybe the best burger in Galveston County. Great selection of condiments that is similar to Fudrucckers. I've tried the fish and chicken as well. Really good fish. I'm not sure anyone can make chicken that doesn't taste like chicken... same here.

Great burgers and onion rings. My favorite so far is the mushroom Swiss burger. Also they have seafood and poultry choices

First time going to Beyond Burger. Honestly thought it was fake meat when I first saw the sign. Some friends told me to check the menu and I was surprised. I got the South of the Border (1/2 beef burger, chorizo, fried egg and,pepper jack). So you order your burger and it is made with your choice of protein and cheese. After you pick up your order you take it to the condiment bar and build away. I added red onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, and mayo.

I should have taken pictures. Normally, I try to be positive in my reviews. I ordered the B. A. M. Bacon, American cheese and mushrooms. An order of onion rings and their wedge fries. The burger was so greasy. The bacon was shiny. Totally unappealing. Wimpy. Tons of mushrooms. The burger itself was not seasoned. The onion rings were pitiful. Thin, crunchy. I don't think these were handmade. The salad bar had plenty of garnish options to choose from: beautiful Lucious green lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes, pico de gallo, jalapeño, banana peppers, white onion, red onion, pickles, etc. On the other side, ketchup, salt, pepper, salsa, etc. I may go back to try the bison burger.
