First time here. I ordered the border burger and parmesan fries. Burger was really good. The fries was disappointing. Portion was depressing and overwhelming amount of parmesan that was added. Also the parmesan didn't even stick to the fries. Seem like the fries rested before they dump the parmesan on it. 3 star is fair dye friendliness of staff and cleanliness of establishment. I will gob be another shot at beltway burgers. But the parmesan fries are not it.

I typically do not like leaving bad reviews but this one is a must. I ordered the chicken strips (which came out really dry) I brought it back up to the counter and asked to order something different from them. The gentleman working the front then told me, "We get rich white people here all the time who never complains about my chicken." Mind you I'm an African American female. It's 2023 and ignorant people still find a way to be raciest. Our company eats here all the time considering it's literally 1 minute away. With this, none of us will be stepping foot on this establishment again.

I have been to this place a couple of times and I have made up my mind the price is just not worth the quality of food. Fries are over $4 and what you get is just okayish fries. Last time I was here I got sweet potato fries, but what I received was a blob of fries that were all stuck together. The burgers are also just ok, but the price is just too high in my opinion.

I feel I should update my original 4 star review. Recently, I went back for lunch for the first time in almost 18 months. My last visit was a small disappointment in that it changed my mind on their burgers and fries and in a downward direction. My meal last week confirmed my experience of 18 months ago and in reflection is why I took so long between visits. Their burgers are large, well dressed and have good buns. However there is something about their taste that is just ok to me and nothing more. It may be the patty seasoning or the oil they use to cook them in. The fries have a crispy exterior and taste wise leave a lot to be desired. I usually eat all of my fries but here I am lucky to eat half of them. Again, I think it's the oil they use. This restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. I have never tried their breakfast but would. I realize this is a popular place to eat with high Yelp ratings but I can't concur. I should give a 2 but instead will give a 3 but in this case doubt I will return unless to try a breakfast sandwich.

This entire week of training on this side of town everyone kept talking about Beltway Burgers. They kept talking about online ordering... and being able to add your desired pick up times. Then most importantly the The Burgers. So today I voyaged 3 minutes away to Beltway. I didn't order online but called it in. I called it in at 10:15a with s pickup at 11:00a. Well I arrived at Beltway at 11:10a with the other 16 people in training with me. Guess what All our orders for 11am we're ready- hot and good.My Beltway add Bacon burger was still hot a juicy when I made it back to the training center. After every bite I had to wipe my mouth. Soooo Good. And the Strawberry Shake-ADDICTIVEMy only wish is that I would have came by here everyday if the week.

I went in to eat with my Husband and 3yr old to celebrate his birthday. The gentleman taking our order was so very kind and thoughtful. They didn't have any kids meals and I was going to split my burger with my son and he offered to make a kids meal chicken tenders for him. The food came out super fast and it was so delicious. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This place was really busy. They have a vasce variety of items to choose from. I chose the border burger with bacon. It was a good tasting burger. Just Not to happy with a pre made patty. Bread was soft, sauce they used is really good and the jalapeños weren't that hot, which is nice. I actually got to taste the flavor. The Cajun fries were very salty and their actual french fry was a little soggy. The soda machine you can tell they need to change the water filter, if you know what I mean. Besides that the food was quick if you need some thing for the go. this is a ok spot

Do not get the breakfast plate. I ordered through door dash and the sausages were literally the frozen jimmy dean sausage that you can purchase from the store. It was disgusting. The hash browns were flavorless, I had to drowned it in ketchup. And the "fountain drink" that I paid $3 for was just a can of soda.

Dont forget forget to call before you waste your gas coming to this restaurant. I came all the way from the south side cause I was told they had good burgers these mf ain't even open wasting my gas and time.

I love this place but we just came at 11:30am on a Saturday and they are randomly closed. There's no notice on the door or info or anything. Very disappointed we couldn't get a meal here today.
