I want to start by saying that the service was very friendly and helpful. However my disclaimer here is that this is not authentic mexican food- it lacks spices and diverse flavor unfortunately. My husband got the chile relleno and the rice/beans were flavorless. The chile relleno tasted frozen (it wasnt hot when it came out). I got the alambre torta. It was very philly cheese steak-esque which is fine because I love phillys but it did feel Americanized. Talking cocktails now, I got the spicy pineapple margarita and I honestly loved it. It felt very unique! Had jalapenos in it that gave it a mild spice. My husband got the Chihuahuita and it was decent. Positives were the service and that the place was clean. Decor was cute as well. I think I'll pass on Beltran's next time sadly but I'm glad we tried it.

Let me spill the beans about this place - the chicken enchiladas are the real heroes here, like a flavorful fiesta wrapped in a tortilla blanket! If food could do a victory dance, these enchiladas would be leading the conga line. The beans were delicious. The rice not so much.Now, the 'Mezcal Marvel' margarita is a good sidekick. Sipping it makes you feel like you've just won a tiny, delicious lottery - it's a win, but not a jackpot. And let's talk about the elote... well, let's just say it's the side dish that got lost on its way to Flavor Town. The service team deserves a standing ovation! They were on the ball with almost every request!So, come hungry for the enchiladas, sip on some margarita magic, maybe give the elote a pep talk, and bask in the stellar service - it's a flavorful adventure waiting to happen!"

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I love the food but the service is consistently pretty bad. Even on a night with very few tables they take a very long time between checking in on us. The servers are nice but seem more interested in hanging out than waiting tables. My husband and I had actually reached out to the restaurant to cater our wedding and it took several weeks to get a response which didn't include much information... upon requesting more information we never heard back.

Great food + drinks at Beltrans!Came here on a Sunday with a group of 7 - seated & served immediately, thank goodness cause we were starving!They had some taco specials going on at the time, so we ordered some of those, also with the birria tacos & the green Chile queso (also discounted at the time!). The queso was spicy and delish and the tacos were all so good too. Had to take a photo of the elote as well given that it was served as a whole corn on the cob!

Up north, you won't find many authentic Mexican restaurants. Luckily for all of us this Family has built a family restaurant in which you will both enjoy a welcoming service and fine cuisine. With a full bar, if you are just wanting some tacos and margaritas it's a go to place, and if you want to just be among lovely people and your people they have a wide variety of spirits and cocktails. Fresh ingredients and healthy grass fed meats. If you have food intolerances you will still be able to eat here! Ask my friends who have celiac.

The food was excellent .. I had a carne asada taco and a shrimp taco, they both were marked mild but definitely had a lot more spice than I expected...My hubby had a chicken burrito and both were reallygood Our server was good.. but wasn't very attentive.. I love the decor with reclaimed wood and I think we will try all the tequila options next time

We stopped on our way home and we will definitely be coming back to try other things on their yummy menu! The margaritas are fantastic by the way! The servers are very friendly and helpful since this was our first time. We both had the carne asada taco and the Baja fish taco. They were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Coming here, you won't be disappointed!
