Cute brunch spot tucked in a plaza in the Chamblee area..easy to miss but glad I found this place! The decor & music was a vibe.. very chill. Good for a date or a simple girls brunch which is what I did..Started out with a hibiscus mimosa..yummy! I then ordered the fried filet fish, creamy grits w/spicy herb sauce. The flavor was delectable just the right amount of spice.. even with the sauce on top, the fish held its crisp. My friend ordered an egg omelette w/home fries & side of mixed green salad. She added on French toast that was packed with flavor! 5 out of 5 I'm looking forward to trying out some of the other carribbean based dishes which is their specialty.

The seafood tostones are bomb and I highly recommend you try them. The buttermilk pancakes are cake like and delicious. Soft and fluffy. I also drank sorrel which was good but I wasn't impressed with the whole red snapper. For the price ($36) I expected a much larger fish. It was also dry and over cooked. The plantains are also really good too- highly recommend! They seemed to only have 2 people working but after our appetizer came, our food came pretty quickly which was nice. There was a large group in front of us which probably delayed them a bit. The ladies seemed nice. Free parking in an open lot.

The good:All of the food was good, from the beef patty to the jerk chicken. Our group came for brunch, this time i had jerk chicken but I've been more than a few times. The food is always good. We had craft mango and strawberry mimosas which were delicious.I love the aesthetics of the place, the art and ambiance is calm and fits the compact space.Area for improvement:Pretty small place and the wait staff require a bit of patience. At times you can tell the volume of guests overwhelmed the staff. Also it would help to be able to split checks. With technology today everyone shouldn't have to pull out calculators

I'll start by saying that Belle and Lily's had been on my list to try for a while. I'd seen reviews here, on TikTok, and Instagram, so I was looking forward to trying it out. I recommended it to my friend for her birthday brunch, and she went with it.The restaurant is located in a strip mall on Chamblee Tucker, so there's lots of parking. We went to brunch on a Sunday, and were surprised that they weren't very busy. We did have reservations, but we had 2 reservations for our party since you cannot reserve for more than 6 people. We ended up with a party of 10 and originally, they did not want to seat the 4 people for the second reservation. They allowed us to sit near the entrance to wait, but it was awkward because they didn't let us add more tables from the empty space to accommodate the full party. There's fault on the people who didn't show up for sure, but it felt weird because we were essentially ignored even though we were sitting with the 6 people as they were getting served from reservation #1.There are no physical menus nor QR codes to scan to get to a menu. We were directed to go to the website and find the menu. Not the end of the world, but not convenient. The 6 people who were seated were told explicitly by our server "We need to get this party started because we have other parties coming". I understand having a time limit on reservations, but saying it this way felt impolite, bordering on rude. Now to the food:Jerk wings - the wings served looked dry compared to the images on the website, but the flavor was still good! Some sauce or extra "juice" would've gone a long way.Seafood tostones - tostones weren't fried too greasy, but the plantain wasnt smashed thin enough to get the true crispness that you expect. The seafood tasted very good though! Would recommendBig batty gal - very very fluffy pancakes. Good flavor, but they are super filling.St. Lucian breakfast - the bakes were very good (they're fried fyi). I love all types of bread - baked, steamed, or fried - so this was gonna be a winner no matter what lol.Empanadas - very flavorful! The sauce is very cilantro-yPeach lemonade was good. I love a flavored lemonade and this didn't disappoint! When it was time to settle the checks, we were told that only up-to-4 payments were allowed. This wasn't communicated at the beginning of the meal or anytime during. Reservations for parties up to 6, but only 4 payments/split. The server left the machine for our party to sort out the checks and walked away for 20+ minutes. She didn't attempt to offer any solutions, no assistance with how to calculate, just put the machine down and left us. The reservation and check system left a bad taste, BUT all the food was enjoyed by our party, so i'd like to give them another try - maybe solo or with a smaller party. I'll willing to try again

I didn't care for this restaurant at all. The food was tasteless and lacked flavor. The waitress was inattentive and not very personable at all. The ambience was nice and presentation was good, but that's about it! I won't visit again for sure!

I had brunch here yesterday with my brother. Parking is ample and free in the shopping center lot just outside. The vibe here is cozy, welcoming, and beautifully Black. The food is authentically Jamaican with some more eclectic influences. I was surprised to see empanadas on the menu. The hosts were so kind, knowledgeable of the menu, and their services are tailored to ensure everything is to your liking. I started with the beef patty. I've actually had a real beef patty in MontegoBay and their version is very authentic. It was served hot and was truly savory. The Sorrell was the perfect drink to accompany my brunch as I love the taste and flavor of hibiscus. The spicy chicken bowl was so good and lives up to its name. I like it spicy, and if it doesn't make me couch at least once it ain't spicy enough. This dish surely understood the assignment. The chicken was tender and juicy. Black beans are my favorite and their were not too salty with the yellow rice. This was without question a dish made with love. And now for those damn amazing pancakes. These have got to be the absolutely best pancakes I've had outside of those my mom and wife make, and these might even rival theirs . They are crispy. Fluffy. Buttery. And they have the audacity to serve them deliciously with both warm maple syrup and a caramel sauce. I felt loved eating them. If I had to change one thing it'll be the wait for version things but they are a small establishment with a small staff. The food was certainly worth the wait. Check 'em out.

This is my second time at belles and I will definitely be back ! They literally never miss ! They do tend to get busy on weekends so I recommend making a reservation. I never realized how much I love Caribbean brunch. They serve bottomless mimosas too! The wings on appetizer menu were just okay but the seafood tostones and pancakes were the bomb! But the best thing on the menu is the fried snapper omg !!! It was so good I was mad I didn't order one to go. The service was really good as well.

Visited on a Sunday for brunch for father's day. We were checked in and seated. Our server, Fatima, came to the table and introduced herself. She was patient and able to answer all of our questions to help us make a decision. We ordered 3 bottled waters and the elixir mimosa, which was different but a nice, light flavor. We also ordered a chicken and cheese & spinach empanadas for our appetizer. We continued to look over the menu and asked our questions. We received our empanadas which were a good portion size. We preferred the sauce that came with the chicken empanada which had a little heat whereas ours was more of a vinegarette. It took them a while to come up with their entrees, lol, but in the end I settled on the Ital Vital with a side of bread, dad ordered the Rude Bwoi, and my sister ordered the Shrimp Kweyol with a side of grits. We also ordered the Hibiscus mimosa. We sat, talked, and drank while we waited for our food. Quite some time had passed by and we still hadn't received our food while some of the other tables had received theirs. Turns out there was a wifi issue which caused a huge delay. It would have been nice to know that. More than 30 minutes (at least) had passed and our food finally arrived. Rude Bwoi - snapper was smaller than we assumed and slightly overcooked. Flavor was good. Ital Vital - ackee and callaloo was really good and flavorful. The rice was slightly undercooked with little flavor. The side of bread was hard and stale. Shrimp Kweyol - cream sauce and shrimp were flavored well. The side of grits were way too salty and inedible. Hibiscus mimosa - needed a little sweetener which Fatima fixed by giving us a small serving of passionfruit to mix with it. I ordered the Big Batty Gyal to go for my husband. He said the chicken lacked flavor but the pancakes were cooked well and had a nice golden crust. Overall, food was ok. Service time could be improved. We enjoyed Fatima, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Was on the Yelp hunt for a good brunch spot, and came across Belle and Lily's. It's located in a Big Lots shopping plaza, and doesn't look like much from the outside, but we were certainly in for a treat! Our waitress, Fatima, was absolutely excellent and gave us great recommendations. First one was starting off with the seafood tostones, which were phenomenal! The tostones were fried just right and topped with marinated crab and shrimp. Yum! We also got a carafe of passion fruit mimosa, with the Ruddock Tings (peach, blueberry, and lime) to follow. I ordered the Rude Bwoi, which was fried whole snapper, along with a side of yellow rice. Talk about fried and seasoned to perfection!! I also tasted the silver dollar pancakes and mango French toast, both very tasty. We wanted to try everything, but our stomachs could only handle so much. So if you're looking for a Caribbean brunch with a twist, you gotta check out Belle and Lily's. They will not disappoint! Everything was 5 stars without hesitation.
