I suppose this review is mostly for a new flavor. I have visited this location a few times, and only ever had a problem once when they couldn't process a DoorDash order.They have lifted one of their Covid restrictions and are accepting Cash again, in addition to cards and their app, as a form of payment.Tonight I drove through looking for my usual Mint Chocolate-chip shake. However, the Employee mentioned they didn't have enough of that flavor to make a shake.I remembered the Flavor of the Month is the new Oreo 'n Cold Brew. I'd love coffee ice cream and cookies-n-cream ice cream --- to borrow a classic commercial tag line here where "two great tastes, taste great together." It's sweet, bold, and might be my new favorite!

The last time I came here the service was horrible and I haven't been back for months. I was craving for a cappuccino blast today so decided to give them another try by going through the drive thru. I ordered my cappuccino blast and paid cash at the window and it was just a normal interaction until I tipped him the $1 and changes then he was so appreciative. He handed me my cappuccino blast that was not full and then thanked me. I guess the customer service isn't there until you tip them which is usually after you pay

Hannah was a lifesaver today. We had placed an order for an ice cream cake from Marble Slab up the road, and they completely botched it. So I had 30 minutes to find an alternative for my daughter's birthday. This location had a great selection of premade cakes, and Hannah was nice enough to help dig out the right one, and customize it with some rainbow sprinkles and my daughter's name. Looks like we learned our lesson and need to order from Baskin Robbins in the future. Plus, Hannah works at the Firethorne location normally, which is closer to us.

This is my favorite ice cream shop ever! The flavors are always great, and the shakes are always smooth and creamy. Definitely give this place a visit if you haven't already!

Such lovely employees! The young woman who took my order put a huge smile on my face with her upbeat attitude and kindness :)) and of course the ice cream was delicious!!! would totally go there again!

HORRIBLE!! These kids need adult supervision and guidance!! They are very unsanitary handling cash and handling food!! Drive to a better BR because I can guarantee u this owner doesn't give a crap! They are in this place talking amongst themselves and just oblivious to customers ... always on their phones and did I mention how they take your money and don't wash their hands or wear gloves before serving you!! Yea... it's a HELL NO!

I asked for the reindeer Christmas ice cream cake and had them remove the Christmas part of it and I think they did a great job making this look like a deer. Everyone was nice the store was clean will buy ice cream cakes from them again and it was delish!

workers were incredibly rude and didn't acknowledge me or my friends other than to tell us the total of our order, giving us attitude from the minute we walked in.

The ice cream tastes old and customer service isn't the greatest here. There are better places to go.

I walked in the store and cheerfully said Hello. The young man behind the counter just stared. I asked, "Do you have mint chocolate chip?" He walked down the cooler and pointed. I asked for a scoop in a bowl. He prepared it, walked down to the cash register, rang it up. Still not saying a word! Like a dummy, I paid him; he gave me change. Never said a word! Just had a blank stare.... The owners don't have to worry about me coming back! Wish I could post this without giving it a star
