Came here for a silent disco event and was able to find easy street parking right across the street, as it was a weekday night! I entered the bar and was surprised to find that it looked like a residential area - an apartment lobby, if you will. We went downstairs and were led to the bar area. There was no menu. They do have a menu, however, for bottle service. I was a party order a bottle, and 2 girls came out with lights and danced around for a little bit - wasn't too impressive. I did not like how the floors were sticky. The dance floor area was nice, esp the colorful lights up above. When we tried to exit, the door that we entered through was strange, and the knob kept turning clockwise but never allowed us to pass. Several people tried (so I knew I wasn't just trolling) without success. Finally, one of the employees was able to let us out.

Never going back. I was invited by some friends who were there. I arrived later than them solo. I walked up to the bouncer and he asked me if I had a reservation. I said no but my friends were inside and probably had a section but I wasn't sure. He said ok well you can wait over here but it may be a little while.... ok? So I walked over and waited and watched them let a bunch of white guys in. While I stood there alone waiting to get in for MINUTES. My friend text me back finally and gave me the name of the section and they only let me in because of that. VERY irritating. The club is cool. The lights are a nice touch. But the music is very 104.1 KRBE. Also felt like I was at a Frat Party. They don't check IDs so there probably were a bunch of younger kids there. But I just don't get why it's so "exclusive" this club is not anything out of the ordinary other than being in a basement & having to prejudice a-hole bouncers. This is a little club in Houston, not Vegas. They won't get far having this kind of service & attitude towards people who want to spend money at their club.

Ok, so first let me start off and say...I dont usually rate clubs because everyone's experience is different. So here is my experience: I came out from LA to visit a good friend of mine and she mentioned going to this club. So I contacted the club for information and received a timely response. Which was great. They answered my questions as quoted below. " We do not have a guest list; the best way to ensure access is to book a section for bottle service - let us know if you'd like more information. If you choose to come without that, make sure you are point and dress to impress! "Dress code wise that's fair...Even if the email itself was a little grammatically incorrect...lol..So I emailed them back asking for bottle service information, but never recieved a response. Which I thought ok...that happens, I guess. I even requested bottle service information through the site. (For good measure.) I never received an email response. (Which I thought was strange as their first response was so quick.)Sooo, after dinner we went to the club, and we made sure we were all dressed up which adhered to the dress code per their email. The bouncer tells us to come back at 12:30 am or we can buy a table. We responded with yes we would like to reserve a table and he tells us that we would need 2 bottles in order to get in. There were 4 GIRLS, for two bottles?! That is ridiculous. He then tells us sorry that's what we would have to order to get inside. We scoffed at this and walked away. There was absolutely no line. I understand that the club scene in Houston is different but I feel like they need to step it up at this place, as well as be more professional in their response time as well. I get that you want to build the hype, but you also need to get better customer service. As well not to try and hustle people into bottle service. The standard is low in Houston as far as this place is concerned. I am disappointed because it looked like a cool spot. Gonna stick to LA clubs for now. LoL

We had a blast. Loads of fun! We were at Base for a specific one time event. Three DJs, one silent dance floor, headphones for dancing to our hearts desire. All five of us left delighted at the new experience and would do it again. The layout of the underground club was great, the lighting was lit, but we asked for Tito's vodka yet we were served local vodka. Tell me you don't have it. I actually like the exit sign with the secret door. Both ways in and out its tricky but the staff helps. We got to take the elevator down but upon our exit we were directed to the stairs. I look like I could use the excercise, but I had 3 bottles of wine, vodka on the rocks, and beer. Accident waiting to happen.

I was with a group of 8 girls and we watched a group of guys cut us in line. We then got turned down again & rejected until someone from inside came out & forced the bouncers to let us in. Getting inside... this place was a JOKE. Yeah some cool looking lights but the music was mediocre, you could feel the sense of racial discrimination from the second you step inside, rude service, & waste of time/money. I wish I had listened to the reviews for this supposedly new hot club.. haha.. what a complete waste of a Saturday night out with the girls. DONT GO HERE if you don't want to be rejected by a bunch of bouncers who protect their doors like a frat house!!

Would not go back. Came here on a Friday to meet up with a few girlfriends for a graduation party and they wouldn't let us in until somebody from inside came and got us. They claimed it was bc there were full and reserving tables for people. Our friends who were inside had to come out, get us and take us back inside to a half empty club. Although the place looked like it had potential, I can't say I was very impressed and won't be going back.

First stop here was for the elite event. The entrance is located between Barnaby's and a Chinese restaurant. Upon entrance it seems like a random lobby with elevators but once you take a short ride to the basement you're in. The place is dimly lite with seating located all around and a bar along its left side . The silent DJ party was a great time. The music was on point and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I will be back again for another great night out. Ps. Red Bull's are $6. Daaaaamn.

This club is extremely superficial and racist. We arrived at the club appropriately dressed and got rejected at the door by the bouncer before we could even say anything "No, VIP Only." Yet here they are, rallying Yelp Elites for good reviews. If it wasn't for that pathetic event, no one would've gotten in. Don't let this hell of a bar fool your with their estethics and marketing scheme.Market Square has some the best speakeasies and hidden bars that welcomes anyone and everyone. Don't waste your money, don't waste your time with this place.

This is what Houston needed, A NEW UPSCALE CLUB! Located right next to Henke and Pilot where the long ass line is at. Not sure how much drinks were because we left our tab open and was drizzunk, but BE AWARE, they add a 20% gratuity on your bill! Giving all the guys a heads up to DRESS TO IMPRESS big time! The bounces will look you up and down like you are a snack making sure you are not wearing sneakers, kicks, tennis shoes, J's, Jesus sandals,T-shirts, shorts etc. Definitely a good looking crowd.I went on a Saturday around midnight and was melting for ten minutes outside before we were granted access. Once you enter the building there is a person standing by two elevators which looks like the red room of pain inside. You go in and press the B for basement, and it is a quick trip to the BASE!!! The entrance into the club has a neon sign on top of the door that says "Shhh" (great photo op)! The ceiling on the dance floor changes colors and patterns throughout the night and it really makes the club. There are tables surrounding the spacious dance floor and the music was a mix of hip hop and EDM. I hit ten thousand steps that night! I will be returning! UNCE! UNCE! UNCE!
